Comfortable place at very good value for money, central location, many restaurants, incl with buffet

Very comfortable, suitable, clean room, newly furnished, with comfortable bed, table, and very good bathroom. Everything was favorable, having you feel at home. Check in, when the machine works, is straightforward and practical. Reception across the street are friendly and helpful in case of any issues. Wifi is very good, and location is excellent with many many restaurants in immediate vicinity, including fish restaurants and ones with lunch buffets. Also many shops, cafes etc. The Central Station is within 3 - 5 minute walk.

There are only stairs, but no elevator. However, the staircase hall is comfortable, and if you see the climb as free daily sport, it is actually positive.

First night left out from the hotel because of my late train (although I tried to inform them days earlier to have a plan b in case of problems with the train). But the worst is that when I was calling the receptionist to ask how could I manage it, he’s closed the call in my face. Worst experience ever in a hotel in my life, and most rude and careless receptionist ever.

ca e aproape de gara si ai aces la transport...

mult zgomot...frig in cameră ..nu ai niciun pic de facilități..cum ar fii o chiuvetă in cameră..sau toaletă..daca ai nevoie noaptea trebuie. să coborii pe niste scarii in pantă...NU VA RECOMAND ACEST HOTEL...POZELE NU CORESPUND CU REALITATEA..

Alles in allem empfehlenswert

Die Lage ist ideal, wenn man in der Stadt zu tun hat. Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und man findet auch immer Platz.

Dass man im Hotel auf der anderen Straßenseite einchecken muss, sollte besser kommuniziert werden. Der Fahrstuhl ging leider nur einen Tag, war danach kaputt - wohl nicht zum ersten Mal. Den Reinigungskräften sollte auch eine Liste der Zimmer gegeben werden, wo ausgecheckt wurde und die gereinigt werden müssen. So müssen die Reinigungskräfte nicht jeden Tag am Zimmer klopfen. Selbst bei fünf Übernachtungen sollte ein Zimmer nicht so dreckig sein, dass es jeden Tag gereinigt werden muss. Ein Haken zum Aufhängen der Jacke wäre nicht schlecht, wenn es schon keinen Kleiderschrank gibt. Trotzdem ist es allemal eine wesentlich bessere Unterkunft als jede Drecksherberge in Berlin.

L'hotel le plus Merdique d'Allemagne

Tout, en commençant par un emplacement merdique, ascenseur en panne, chambre avec vue diabolique, des traces de tabac malgré que c'est une chambre non fumeur, une matelas très sale. Des équipements manquants (pas de chaise, pas de verre d'eau...) tout est merdique sauf un bon réceptionniste, souriant et serviable.

Bekväma sängar och trevlig personal.

Ingen luftkonditionering, det blev jättevarmt och gick inte att ha fönstret öppet då det var stökigt område. Knarknäste utanför dörren, lät fram till 5 på morgonen. Det luktade urin i hela trapphuset. Hissen gick till fjärde våningen och vi bodde på sjätte våningen, kan vara bra och veta om man behöver släpa med sin packning upp för trapporna. Inte prisvärt!

Good but could’ve been better!

Clean.

For starters, it’s very confusing to get to the property as it has 3 different places were they have put up their boards. When to manage to reach the reception for check-in the lift doesn’t work to get you to your room.

das Internet war schlecht bis garnicht vorhanden und bettwanzen hatte ich auch im Zimmer als ich das klären wollte wurde ich aus dem Hotel verwiesen und musste mir eine andere Unterkunft suchen

Wahnsinnig tolles Angebot für Hamburg

ich hatte erst Bedenken, weil das Angebot schon fast zu günstig war. Der Eingang/Rezeption ist nicht besonders schön, weil alles etwas eng ist. Aber das Zimmer hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen. Das war wirklich toll. Nur 10 Gehminuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Top!!

Super central, quiet and cozy place with minor issues.

5 mins walk from the Flix bus station. Very comfortable and silent. Lots of power sockets and good internet connection.

On the second accommodation building across the street the entrance door opens outwards over two stair steps directly to the pavement, so, you need to climb up to open the door and hold it while climbing down so you can actually enter, if you have luggage it's a nightmare. The elevator was broken.

Billig und willig

Der Schimmel in den Fensterecken muss halt echt nicht sein. Sonst war's sauber und OK - halt ein sehr günstiges Hotel. Aber Schimmel - wurde schon in anderen Bewertungen bemängelt. Kommt schon Leute, Schimmel ist echt widerlich.

Peggior Hotel di tutta la mia vita!!!!

Ho lasciato la camera un giorno prima nonostante la prenotazione. Venerdì ho chiesto di poter soggiornare prima delle 15.00 a causa di un lungo viaggio e mi è stato negato più volte prima che mi dicessero che la camera era pronta. Dopo aver riposato a letto mi sono imbattuto nell'addetto alle pulizie che è entrato nella mia camera, mi ha svegliato chiedendomi se stessi dormendo. Lo stesso è accaduto una mattina, al momento della pulizia della stanza. Ero ancora a letto quando ho sentito bussare la donna delle pulizie, e il mio "non entrare" "Nonono" "Qualcuno è qui" non è bastato, ha aperto la porta ignorando la mia privacy ed entrando nella stanza. Pulizia minima. Il materasso non aveva un Lenzuolo che lo coprisse ed era davvero sporco. Bagno ammuffito. La zona un disastro e davvero sporca.

L'accueil pour la remise des clés, pas avant 14h, et en plus, l'accueil à l'opposé de l'hôtel, en plus, il avait neigé , il faisait hyper froid franchement, dégueulasse d'attendre le passe à 14h.

Nach Hamburg komm ich gerne wieder, nicht aber in dieses Quartier oder dieses überteuerte Hotel!

Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, hatte alles was man braucht. Sobald man im Hotel ist (siehe unten...) ist alles schön gemacht und man fühlt sich wohl.

Lage, es ist zwar nahe Bahnhof, aber in einem ghettomässigen Multikulti Quartier, lärmig, dreckig, hektisch, stinkig, Bettler, Obdachlose... definitiv nichts für alleine reisende Frauen oder wenn man Kinder dabei hat (zumindest Abends und in der Nacht nicht...). Der Eingang zum Hotel passt dazu: Sicherheitstür, enger Gang, schmucklos, zweckdienlich. Obwohl ich sehr viel gezahlt habe für die Nacht bietet das Hotel kein Frühstück, nicht mal Kaffee (keine Mini Bar oder so). Heisst am Sonntag erst mal was im Quartier finden, was aus oben genannten Gründen nicht einfach ist.

Ganz in Ordnung

Das Hotel ist mitten in der City direkt am Hbf - das ist eine perfekte Lage um überall schnell mit S-Bahn bzw. U-Bahn weiter zu kommen. Das Zimmer und auch WC & Bad ist sauber und komfortabel gewesen.

Obwohl ein Flachbildschrim TV angekündigt steht hatte das Zimmer bei der Anreise kein TV Empfang. Erst nach eine schriftliche Beschwerde wurde TV im Zimmer repariert. Kein Kleiderschrank im Zimmer, anstelle eines Schrankes stand eine Kleiderstange mit Bügeln.

Einmal und nie wieder

Sehr nah zum Hauptbahnhof, allerdings in einer sozial kritischen Gegend. Das Zimmer war sauber. Frühstück wurde nicht angeboten.

Es handelt sich nicht um ein richtiges Hotel mit ständig besetzter Rezeption. Vielmehr ist diese nur zwischen 15 und 22 Uhr besetzt. Das ganze Haus ist ansonsten verschlossen. Man kann vor 15 Uhr nicht mal seinen Koffer abstellen, solange bis das Zimmer fertig ist. Das ist vollkommen unpraktisch. Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach ausgestattet. Bei uns hat der Fernseher nicht funktioniert. Die Toilettenbrille war zwar sauber, aber unansehnlich. Alles in allem hat das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht gestimmt. Ich werde das 'Hotel' nicht nochmal buchen.

Cheapest stay in Hamburg. Expect nothing and it will turn out fine :)

The linens were clean and nice. Interior design was nice both in rooms and common areas. All supplies (tissues, shampoo...) were in place and good quality.

The rooms were really dirty: on the floor there was a used lipgloss, old socks, a quarter of a lemon and even a pill of unknown medicine. The matress on a double bed was worn out. Cheapest sinthetic blankets. One of the shared bathrooms had no lighting; one of the showers was out of order and most furnishings were in need of repair. The elevator was also out of order at the moment of our stay.

Good value for money. Area feels unsafe at night.

The room was large, with 2 window. No frills, but clean and functional. Good value for money. The check out is super easy; just drop the keys in a dedicated mailbox in the stairwell.

Check in was a little slow, but nothing out of the norm. The elevator was not fully working when we arrived, but luckily we got a room on the 2nd floor. The room oversaw an emergency stairwell where people could go smoke, so we sometimes had people right out of our window. The area does not feel very safe, especially in the evening.

They say you are different things they do different things, and in the end they make you pay for their mistakes… There is many hotels in Hamburg. They are perfect and so comfortable, but this one really was bad.

Bring ear plugs.

Clean and ok price. Can walk from train station.

Very noisy from street all night. A lot of homeless & drinkers around. Lift stopped mid floor! Restarted! Only reception 3 to 10 and 1 key set for a 4 person room! No air con. Carpet felt dirty.

It needs to be cleaned better than this from the entrance to the room itself The light of the bathroom went off And the hairdryer was not working and destroyed. The check out was at 10:00 am which is very early

Too expensive to park the car in private parking. TV channels were useless, only commercial channels, TV remote was out of function. Too much noise from the street.

Location close to train station. Many restaurants nearby (most turkish). The room was quiet good.

The check-in was awfully slow. Took 40 minutes.
