Friendly and helpful reception guys, especially the guy I checked in and out with, sorry I didn't ask your name. Other hotel staff were also friendly.
Amazing location right next to Jama Masjid. Nicely furnished cafe at rooftop with views of Masjid.
My room was spacious with high ceiling, well furnished with king size bed, aircon, TV and with view of Jama Masjid. Toiletries as well as slippers, comb, shower cap, earbuds etc are provided. Kettle and tea items are also provided.
I felt very safe and at home at the hotel.
Bed sheets are not provided. However, a comfortable doona is provided should you need to keep warm.

A slick modern(ish) hotel at the heart of old Delhi. Comfortable room, if slightly dark. Good shower
no window in room, but that isn't the hotel's fault really. Extremely expensive bar on roof

Good location, staff helpful and friendly, neat and clean room.
Bathroom mat to be placed, out side bathroom, water absorption
2.5 / 5.0
Great location and pleasant staff.
There was noise in the corridors and from other floors constantly. From morning to evening there was constantly banging and drilling due to internal construction. At night time other kids and tenants took over by being excessively noisy. At some point we woke up at 2.30 in the morning due tonloud banging. Also there was no hot water whatsoever.

The room was as in the photos. I had a view of the mosque and several amenities . The rooftop restaurant has nice food and amazing 🤩 view . I spent dinner there. Good quality for money and great experience
The room floor was quite dusty . A pity for this great stay . In my Milan flat it rarely gets that dusty even after a week (I have weekly cleaner )

Bed was comfortable,
My mother had back issue so the hotel provided extra pillow.
Easy checkin.
Is next to Jama masjid.
- They charged 1200+ for Breakfast for 2 people.
- Refused to give invoice/bill of the booking + of the breakfast amount that they charged.
They kept saying that booking.com will give me the invoice, when I followed up with Booking.com they said that the hotel must give the invoice.
Invoice was important for me as I had to give it to my company for reimbursement.
Basically I paid 4500 INR for room + 1200 INR for breakfast, which is around 5700 INR, all from my pocket.
If you get this hotel at 1200 INR then it would have been worth.

I highly recommend this hotel for visiting Old Delhi. Staff was quite helpful and nice. They helped us arrange a tuk tuk at a local price. Beautiful view of Jama Masjid. Rooms are nice and the beds were comfortable. Area is great for Red Fort & the Mosque.
Sounds from the kitchen were a bit noisy in one of our two rooms.
No fault of the hotel, but this area is quite chaotic and we had difficulties finding a supermarket in the area.
I'm Muslim, but I had to have a long conversation to convince the mosque caretakers who tried to prevent me from entering the Jama Masjid for Ishaa prayer. I did, however, make it in.

Receptionist Rashid was very helpful and other staff were very friendly and polite too. Location of hotel is best and cafe was the best. I recommend every one to this place if they want to spend time in old delhi.
Room size could have been little bigger atleast for super deluxe

The location is prime and you can find the best food around. Also Cafe Gumbad at Rooftop serves the best Mughlai food.
We stayed at room 104 which felt small as we were 3 and had extra luggage to carry.

Can't beat the location and the rooftop view but everything else...
The room wasn't clean. Stuff was helpful.
They charge for the teabags placed in the room. The cleanness of the room wasn't good.

It was too noisy. It was really hard to get a good sleep here. The top roof restaurant had no shadow and the breakfast was very poor. It was also very dirty.

Beautiful view of Jama Masjid from our bedroom. Staff were helpful in finding us a rickshaw driver to take us for a tour of the nearby market (a must do!)
We had a beautiful dinner on the roof top, friendly staff and exceptional Indian food overlooking the mosque

There is nothing to dislike there.
Services are too good and staff's behaviour is outstanding.
They know the value for money, time, and other things.
I like to visit Aiwan ae Shahi too many times, if I get the opportunity to go to Delhi.
