Exceptional

Overall very decent accommodation, very spacious, with huge terrace with great sea view in standard apartment (second apartment has a big balcony with sea view too). Very clean. Self-check in was a breeze. Efficient communication with the host's representative.

Access by car via steep and narrow street, I literally scratched the car when arrived first time in the dark, GPS leads to a slightly different place 2 houses away. Next day it was fine as I knew what to expect, once you get up, the parking place is big and convenient. So overall it's not a big deal, yet I'd recommend leaving a car on arrival down on the main road and go to check the parking first.

Exceptional

This property is located in a nice area so Mlini, which is about 10km away from Dubrovnik. Transportation to Dubrovnik is convenient by bus (18 kn one way) or by Uber (around 100 kn one way). The owner is an old couple, very nice. The comfort apartment has very modern interior and excellent room plan with separate bathroom connected to each bedroom.

A True Gem This place has spectacular sea views. It is very spacious and was spotlessly clean.

This appartment was spotlessly clean throughout and very well equipped. Fabulous sea views from the kitchen/ living room and balcony. Great communication with the host, thank you so much.

There was nothing we personally didn't like. Location may not suit everyone though because of the climb up to it

Suberb apartment with view of Mlini beach, but walkable too

The place is stunning. Our favorite apartment on our trip. Make sure you have the phone number of the apartments, because I don't think your GPS will ever find this place.

The place is fantastic. Balcony overlooking Mlini bay and beach. Super clean and modern. This is a no-brainer great place to stay.

Nice stay at villa enzian

The rooms were very spacious. We booked the standard apartment. Perfect place to stay and relax. Nice view of the sea.

Although everything was nice, but the rooms didnt have any duvet. Also for people coming by car, there is private parking. Since the apartment is on the incline, hence the cars need to drive around 45deg incline for 100m.

The apartment is very comfortabble and the views are stunning

The apartment was very comfortable and the views absolutely stunning. It was a pleasure sitting on the balcony At the bottom of the steep hill are a couple of bakeries and their bread and cakes are delicious

Finding the property was very difficult, you definitely need a GPS but our GPS didn't work and it took us along time to find which means we were late arriving. Coming from Dubrovnik Airport the apartment is on a hairpin slope which we missed .Once found you drive up a steep, bendy slope and parking on site was challenging due to having to double park so everyone staying can park their vehicle. Getting our luggage up to the apartment was hard work too but for a younger generation I am sure it would be fine. As the apartment is out of the way it would have been nice to have had a welcome pack with a few groceries

Wonderful relaxing break, a great place and friendly helpful owner

We stayed in the comfort apartment and it was very spacious and exceptionally clean. The beds are comfortable and all guests got a good nights sleep. The interior is modern and has good facilities, lovely showers and 2 ensuite bathrooms, with a third bathroom next to lounge. The balcony affords exceptional views over the bay and gets the sun all day long. Sunsets from the balcony are spectacular. There is a washing machine for use in the lobby for a small charge, which was handy. The owner is really lovely, friendly and helpful, giving us information about buses and the area. There was also a much appreciated welcome pack to get us started. He also gave us grapes which he had grown - delicious! A wonderful stay. Location is good, above the main road, so buses are readily available from a nearby stop to Dubrovnik and Cavtat/coast road. There is also a water taxi about 10 minutes walk away (at Mlini Port or Srebreno) which goes to Cavtat and Dubrovnik - a nice way to travel. There is space to park a car if you have one.

There are a lot of steps up to the apartment, but we did not mind these as the views were well worth the steps. A safe in the apartment would be welcomed.
