Good, communication regarding service staff would have been appreciated

The view was great, amenities were good and it was clean

An NBN guy came in at 9:30AM on the day of check out, it would have been nice to either notify us about this person coming, or waited until we checked out at 10:00AM. It was awkward and we felt like we couldn’t fully appreciate our stay before check out. It would have been awkward if we were in the shower or not ready to receive guests.

Clean, well presented apartment in an amazing location. Would stay there again.

The location was amazing, very central, apartment was clean and roomy enough.

Only one set of keys provided, a second set would have been handy.

Alright, could use a facelift as it’s evident there was no thought into the dynamics of the room.

Room was well furnished.

Great views, spacious rooms

Great views, comfortable beds, loved the spa and sauna and rooms were spacious.

Lamp in lounge didn't have a globe in it.

Situation top à Melbourne

Appartement situé au 47eme étage avec une vue incroyable. Moderne, bien équipé (lave linge / sèche linge...). Décoration actuelle. Excellente situation proche de Southern Cross et dans le CBD !

Do not stay.

Do not choose this accommodation! I booked a Two bedroom with One private bathroom, however, the private bathroom had a padlock on the door so that guests will have to use bathroom in the living room. After contacting the host, they told me to pay extra for the access. I logged a complaint through Booking.com requesting for a refund as the room didn’t match what it has been advertised. The host contacted me again, insisting it was Booking platform giving guests wrong information, the bathroom was actually broken. My understanding is, this bathroom was either: 1, pay to use. 2, broken. 3, disabled toilet only (instruction on the door). After so much false information given by the same host, I have lost my trust with OZ escape. I would contact Booking platform only instead of contacting the host directly. I am still waiting on Booking’s response in regards of this unpleasant experience. Got scammed by Aussie Escape Apartments. Think wisely before making your decision.

The host was rude over the phone, extremely disrespectful and dishonest during the entire communication. If you don’t want to be the next victim, stay away from this property.

Great apartment and location, perfect for the family

The view and the location was great. The spa was perfect and kids enjoyed the pool but it’s not heated.

Apartment was conveniently located, clean and had great views.

Location was excellent. Tram station downstairs and Southern cross station just around the corner. Amazing views from the apartment. I was able to see the sunrise from our apartment. It was amazing.

Not much really. Maybe supplying a clothes drying rack and laundry basket and dish drying rack, will be most handy.

Great location, views, room.

Communication was really good before our trip and even after. Location was awesome for us as we travelled by train, then the tram stop was right out front to get to our next destination for the day, room was clean, comfy and a great view.

Value for money & breathtaking views

Full facilities available, washing machine, dryer, full stove & oven, full fridge/ freezer & microwave available. Basically did not need to eat out some nights because we could cook full meals in a full kitchen. Enjoyed my stay! The beautiful view on level 56 was breathtaking 😍

Maybe an extra key included from the start could be nice especially when group of people have a separate events on during the day. Other than that, everything else was great.

Great value for money central apartment.

Great value for money. Fantastic central location - 2 min walk from the train/bus station and 5 minute walk from the heart of the CBD. Coffee shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants right outside the building. Gorgeous views of the city. Clean, comfortable apartment (decor is dated though) with great facilities (swimming pool and gym). Communication was great, met us promptly to provide keys to get into the building and accommodated a late check out.

No real issues. There is a second bathroom in the apartment but no access is provided to it (padlocked shut). An option to pay more to have access to it would have been great as there were 4 of us staying and sharing the one bathroom. Small aircon unit in the kitchen, none in the bedrooms so it did get hot in the bedrooms at night.

Perfect stay for families and great location and even better views :)

Property was great, the location, the views just a great spot. Kids loved it and the pool area perfect for them. I also loved the gym facilities. Definitely had a great stay and would 100% stay here again.

very happy with our stay I plan on staying again

location was perfect, beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was a good size, view was very nice. pool and spa were amazing

Spectacular views from morning to night. Modern, stylish and comfortable apartment.

The location was excellent, within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to visit in Melbourne city. The apartment was amazing with views for days. We even saw hot air balloons one morning drifting through the city on sunrise. It had all the mod cons you need plus more including washing machine and dryer. Very comfortable living area and the kitchen had all appliances and utensils needed. Plenty of cups, plates, bowls etc. Whole apartment was clean and tidy and really felt like a home away from home. Teen kids loved the amenities - gym, pool and sauna and even Netflix for down time after sightseeing all day.

I really can't find anything that I didnt like about the accomodation. It was all excellent. I just wished we could have stayed a lot longer to keep on enjoying the space.

Great location, central to the city with a tram stop nearby and easy access to Southern Cross Stn

Location was good, room was roomy and provided all that was required.

No reception, but we were well looked after by James.

Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable. Views were stunning. Although there is no reception desk, communication was excellent. I received email and text messages a few weeks prior and also on the day regarding where I needed to collect keys, leave keys upon departure etc. Tram right out front.and only a few minutes walk to Crown one way or Spencer Street station the other way. We stayed on the 59th level in a 2 bedroom apartment.

There were noises from the ceiling (whistle, banging type sound), but it was quite windy both nights, so I'm assuming that it was the wind and not a hotel issue.

The property is actually what I'm expecting. Only that I couldn't found where the swimming pool and spa location was.

The view from apartment is great! The pool and spa were awesome, and the best thing about staying here. There was also a washing machine and drier which was great. I would probably stay again for the price, and pool and spa.

There was no reception. On arrival you need to call someone to come and hand you the keys. The rooms were tiny and so were the beds which were pretty uncomfortable. The room was fine, but the hall areas and elevators smelled really badly. There was a long wait for elevators, and as there must not be a service elevator workers were carrying furniture and other items in them constantly.
