Terrific property on the river-- beautiful view.

The house was great. We were able to dock a 26 foot boat there with no problem. It’s up a creek and In a cove with calm water. Great proximity to annapolis, less than 15 minutes. House was clean and as described. Had a great time!

House and host were both amazing.
4.7
The home was beautiful with great views of the water and everything you can want in a rental home. We were there for a girls weekend and there was plenty of space to mingle on the deck and in the living areas without feeling to crowded, and close to town for daily activities or a night out. Marilyn was responsive and answered all of the questions we had both before and during the trip. The weather didn't cooperate with activities on the water but the dock was beautiful and we look forward to returning in order to take advantage of the water front location. Great stay all around

Great place to enjoy some time on the water with a fantastic back yard! The host was wonderful as well.

Right on water and 10 min or less from downtown Annapolis. Dog friendly - which is nice and rare in Annapolis. Large yard and deck which is ideal.
4.7
Peaceful place close to USNA and Annapolis attractions. House was clean and a pleasure to spend 2 days.

We had a blast at Marilyn's home. The location was perfect for quick access to USNA and the exchange. The view was wonderful. Our kiddos had a blast fishing off the dock. Our guests loved the location and meandered from the backyard, to the deck, to the open living space. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We had a wonderful visit in Annapolis and were so appreciative of Marilyn’s advance communication with our group. The big backyard and water views were specific hits with our group. Would definitely rent with Marilyn again!

This house is beautifully located in a quiet spot on the water and just a few minutes drive from downtown Annapolis. The flow of the main floor is perfect for gathering and relaxing and features a beautiful view of the water. A very large back lawn is perfect for family games,

Location Location Location. We loved the property and location of this place. Nice quiet area on the bay and close enough to attractions.I rated this a 4star only because the fishing dock was missing several planks that are near a ft wide making it unsafe for my children to hang out and fish with me. Thermostat is also controlled by the homeowner. I didn't want to text homeowner to change temp. The fireplace in living room was a light switch away to keep things comfortable when it got a little chilly. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home and property. We also loved the fact that we could bring our dogs.

Great communication with super-friendly owner. Sleeps 8, not 10 as stated in ad. Has king, queen, 2 twin beds and pull out couch I. Loft which is not so great. Had some concerns about the back staircase down to yard and back decking boards but owner stated that she would look into this. Beautiful view and plenty of space to stretch out in.

We had a group of 10 girls from all over so we had about 7 cars. The cars all fit well with enough room to drive in and out. The house was so large with enough space to sleep and hang out. The outdoor area was fantastic and the views incredible. It was a very quick drive or Uber ride to downtown Annapolis. The host was so easy to contact, friendly, and helpful! Great spot and we all had a great time!

We had a great time at this waterside house very close to Annapolis. Our host Marilyn was very responsive and friendly.

The house was perfect for a family getaway in Annapolis. Great location, and Marilyn was an excellent host!
4.7
Amazing location and a gorgeous property. This worked so well for our weekend getaway. Marilyn was very nice and accommodating! I gave the accuracy of the listing a 4 out of 5 because it said it has 2 sofa beds and sleeps 10. There is only 1 sofa bed and it sleeps 8. Other than that small discrepancy and the fact that you have to wash and fold all the linens, it was a WONDERFUL visit.
4.7
We loved our stay. The home is cute, the backyard was serene and Marylin was a friendly. Will recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay away from the crowds yet close enough to enjoy the Annapolis downtown and amazing food.
4.7
The place is comfortable with a large well-equipped kitchen and plenty of room to lounge around for our group. Although the decor was somewhat dated, it was perfect for our gang. The king size bed was divine.
4.7
We enjoyed the close proximity to Annapolis and antique stores. The area out back was good for family yard games. The waterfront was pretty and we were able to get in and out of our kayaks easily.

Her house was so hot, none of my guest stayed the second night. There was mold on the shower curtains, the beds were old, uncomfortable and rundown, and only one tv was functional. This woman has major problems, the day I booked the house I sent her a message asking her if it would be ok to have a small family dinner with 10-12 people. She said it would be fine and did not mention any additional fee even after I asked her if there would be one because that is what is on the listing . Now she wants to charge me additional fees that don’t make any sense. She waited til the day of me checking in to send me a list of rules she required of me, which I didn’t think applied to me since she charged a cleaning fee that was included in the total amount and she didn’t mention any of it before confirming my booking. The outside grill was dirty and we had to clean it before we used it, but she required me to clean it after we used it. She also failed to mention that she controls the thermostat and she never cut the A/C on even when I asked because upstairs was almost 90 degrees and my guests were now looking for other places to stay. She joked that she would be spying on everyone thru the ring doorbell she has installed on the back deck; I thought it was a joke but she don’t know that the listening mic is loud so we could hear her listening to us on and off all evening. There were ants everywhere in the kitchen and the linen smelled old but wanted me to wash her sheets. Her kitchen trash can was broken but I didn’t mention it to her because she said she was there prior to me arriving so she had to know already. Now she is blaming me for that too. She told me that she had guests checking out of the house just hours before we checked in but somehow me and my guest broke dishes and trash cans. I just think that all the details of her house should’ve been told to me up front before booking since she has a no refund policy and I don’t think it’s fair to have all those stipulations after you take someone’s money. Especially since she required me to pay the entire balance the day I booked the house prior to telling me all those “requirements “. I wouldn’t have booked this property if she provided her list of demands upfront.

Wonderful house; amazing host.

Thank you to our host for sharing your lovely home. It was spacious and comfortable and allowed for a small family gathering that included our beloved dog. We are all returning to our homes, refreshed and happy after our mini vacation.

We were looking for a relaxing weekend away and this property did not disappoint. Located just minutes away from Annapolis and some great restaurants. Right on the water...we loved watching the Ospreys fishing from the deck. The first couple days of the stay were colder so we had to spend more time indoors than we had anticipated, but the fireplace and furnishing in the house made it really comfortable. The owner was great, very attentive and great communication. We enjoyed everything about our stay and will be back!

This space provided a small slice of heaven for our girl's trip getaway! From the beautiful view of the water where the sun wakes you up to abundant outdoor patio space great for yoga, a firepit to keep warm during the cooler nights or just enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of your favorite vino by the dock. I love this quiet tuck away and it's proximity to downtown, parks, the naval base and golf course make this the perfect spot for your next Annapolis adventure.Everything is ready to go for you. Marilyn makes the check-in process super easy and she was accessible and communicative throughout our stay though we didn't really need to reach out for much. This is one of my favorite vacation rentals; we're already looking to rebook for a full family trip. So much to love here!

Great escape for my family for a weekend. Our 2 dogs loved exploring the large yard. Comfortable and relaxing, but within minutes of restaurants and attractions.

Everything as advertised, wonderful host...we would definitely stay again
