Great location just out of, and above, the old town. Nice pool, super helpful staff, clean and tidy
Nothing really. One bed had a slight squeak if I had to be picky

The personal was really friendly and helpful. The pool area is great.
The prices in poolbar are a little bit too high considering the overall Greece pricelevel. I booked two rooms and in one of them there were no drinking water, also they didn't add any water the next day

The Hotel in general, is very well-managed and maintained
Position really quiet and comfortable with a sea view in every place.
Anna was really kind welcoming us and giving lots of suggestions for visiting this amazing island
Some other guests... but this is not hotel's fault ;o)

The hotel is easily accessed from the main road, and is a short walk from Malia center.
It has a parking, a nice pool, and a bar in which an excellent breakfast was served.
The room was equipped with a fridge, had enough space, and a tinny porch.
The room was very clean, and the staff helpful and friendly.
Excellent value for the price,
couple of small things:
a chair inside the room would be nice (we brought in from the porch).
A kettle in the room to prepare coffee would be nice.

simple hotel but newly renovated rooms, great beds, excellent breakfast and very friendly staff! we stayed one night for a stop over and I can definitely recommend, good value for money!
no restaurant but plenty of options within a 5 min walk

Good breakfast, bed and pillows were comfortable. The view from the room of the water was very beautiful. Staff were nice!
The bathroom in my particular suite was small and the position of the toilet in front of the wall made it difficult as an adult to sit properly. For a child it would be enough space since they are smaller in height.

Honestly it was my second stay in that hotel and I have to say that every time they go over and beyond the expectations!
They even remembered us and we were welcomed like being their friends. The room had an astonishing view and it was extremely clean. The breakfast next to the pool with the amazing view of the area is the best way to begin your day! The always smiling, polite and helpful staff is the biggest gem of this hotel!!!
I will definitely come back and I highly recommend it.

The hotel itself was fine, you get what you pay for. The staff were extremely helpful and couldn't have done more for you. The room was clean and the bed was fairly comfortable given the price. The pool was amazing and so were the cocktails but they were a little pricey given there were bars a stones throw away where the prices were halved.
The room was advertised as with a sea view, there wasn't one but that wasn't really important to us. The room was okay, the light in the front end of the room didn't work if we were being picky but we're not as we didn't use that side of the room anyway.

The rooms were really clean and quiet. Very kind personal and Chef of the hotel.
The breakfast was awful, cold eggs & meat! Even after we told them, the breakfast was still cold! Little amount of sweets so the donuts, cakes and rest of the sweets-food were mainly gone after 10 costumers! Worst about the breakfast was the time in the morning, starts from 8:30 AM! No chance to have it earlier, a big sign at the pool bar will let you know!
The showers in the room didn’t work at all, sometimes we had to wait 15 minutes for a bit of coldish water while started showering already! For women with shampoo in their hair a absolute no-go!

Nice big room. Pool was good and not too busy. Lots of sunbeds available, nice view to the sea. Easy walk into old town for some nice restaraunts.
Unfortunately room was on the ground floor, lacked a view but was no problem. Breakfast was fine but basic.

It was further from the party area of Malia so it wasn't noise from parties, but still from a walking distance for visiting restaurants and shops. I also appriciate that I let the hotel know about my gluten and milk intollerance and they solved this issue for breakfast.
The room wasn't as expected based on my reservation. The reservation said it has a sunset sea view and the photo showed a front balcony room. But in reality we got a side room on the ground floor with view to the garden and parking area. When I complained, the hotel manager lady said with a smile that those rooms were taken months ago.
The bath was dirty, hair was left there from the previus guest, the towels weren't that clean, one night there was absolutely no warm water and other occasions it was impossible to set the right temperature of the water, it was dangerously hot from one moment to another. Might worth putting out a sign to notify people about this!
The walls are super thin, we could here all our surrounding, neighboring room and aula guest noise.

A return visit to this place and again was not disappointed. My partner proposed whilst in Crete and the team at Notos went out of their way to make this the perfect day. I cannot wait to come back.

The bungalow was new, state of the art and very clean.
The Pool area was nice.
Good strategic location to discover Malia.
Basic breakfast but still okay (except the coffee).
The stuff was super friendly.
If you travel with small kids please consider that there is a small street between the bungalows/ apartments and the pool/ breakfast area. Some of the few cars driving there are not really driving slowly enough for a hotel area.

Very nice rooms, with big bathrooms and spacious modern room. Nice pool area with sea view. Friendly personnel.
We booked a sea view room and it only had one small window and a public space with two chairs right outside the Beth room door, it was nice but we thought it would be like a small terrace. The air conditioner was a bit noisy. He had a cold shower the last night. we think a lot people used the thermo tank water. but still, we had to shower with cold water. Still is a nice place to spend a few days and good price quality
