Door de muffe geur was get verblijf minder aangenaam.

Ruime kamer, goede bedden.

De kamer rook muf en op loop afstand konden wij alleen bij een Mac eten. Het interieur zag er wat verwaarloosd uit.

Fantastic, last minute solitary Break in plush room with fab bed & great facilities!

Staff v helpful & informative; big bed; 24 hour facilities nearby; close to family; great Power shower with option of bath also; big room; quiet; solitude appreciated; good deal for value/price; comfy; close to amenities;

Nectar points offered Online through Booking not honoured/known about by staff; partner booked in advance to join but dropped out last minute & I was offered free cancellation on reservation but when explained it was just me alone instead: no change/reduction in price?!? Asked but told at Reception that flat rate regardless of adult total per room?! Was quoted different few weeks before Online?! Noise from Generator outside all night so couldn't have window open overnight only as noise sensitive; curtains let in light V slightly at bottom by sill & am light sensitive! Only 1 sachet of caffeinated coffee: rest - de-caff!

Perfect base

Good location for exploring arundel and surrounding areas. The staff were great, really friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and had all we needed.

Comfortable and good value

Room was a good size, bed was comfortable, tea and coffee facilities were good. The breakfast was good, with plenty of choice for cooked and continental options.

Lack of restaurant for an evening meal was a little disappointing, and being next to a service station with a busy McDonalds (which admittedly resolved my evening meal issue), made for a little noise during the night.

a little bit of noise from the nearby MaccyD's but I knew it was there so took my chances and was unluckily in the room nearest this. most rooms probably ok.

TV had no Chanel menu so couldn’t find info on programs No iron in the room

It was as explained in the advertisement and close to the event we were attending, so we were happy

We arrived very late and the person at reception was very pleasant Breakfast was very nice and quick

There was no parking available when we arrived. I assume that was because of a busy weekend, but there was no direction to any additional parking Too far from Arundel to walk

The view from the bedroom was great, very peaceful. The bed was comfy.

I would like to change the cup and saucer for a mug.

Big bed and decent bar prices.

Our bathroom was very dated and the toilet seat was considerably smaller than the toilet. When I rested my head on the top of the headboard, my hair was covered in dust! For £8 the breakfast was very basic and decided not to have it the following day. No lift so we had to drag our suitcases up a flight of stairs.

nice stay but getting into hotel car park and entrance was not good

clean. spacious. breakfast was good

it sits in a one way entrance and exit which shares a McDonald’s Drive Thru plus a Costa drive thru and a garage. very congested when arriving at 17:00 hrs. not a good start to our break after a long journey.

Good / better than expected. Location not promising - behind a service station with smell from Macdo

Very good choices for breakfast. Good to have a bath and a shower. Opening window very welcome.

Bed not made up one day - coffee etc was. Door to stairs from corridor is a bit noisy. Fault in toilet cistern - noisy filler kept running. Decor rather tired.

Simple clean and convenient no-frills hotel

Clean and comfortable hotel, no frills but there is a bar and a good buffet type breakfast for only £8 pp. Convenient for the A27. It is adjacent to a filling station and a McDonald's. there is a craft brewery type place across the road in walking distance, and a Beefeater slightly further away but still walkable, otherwise you will need a car to get to Arundel

Car parking is a bit tight, spaces are definitely not designed for any car built since 2010. On a previous visit there was a problem with the queue for the McDonald's drive-thru next door blocking the entrance to the hotel early evening, that didn't happen this time but it was the school holidays which may have made a difference
