Satisfied customers. Great position for access

Easy access from station to accommodation and next to town centre. Clean and room had all we needed. Lovely new bathroom and room.

Although breakfast was included, advertising in accomodation said full English . We had sufficient continental for our needs but slightly surprised that not offered. All the same was good and not complaining.

Friendly and very comfortable

Lucie was a great host. Room was comfortable and lots of thoughtful touches e.g. slippers. Very convenient location

Water pressure in the shower was perfectly usable but ideally would be a bit higher to match the standard of everything else.

Highly recommend

Lovely hotel with lots of nice little touches, very clean and well decorated throughout. Very friendly owners, we had a lovely breakfast too including some homemade marmalade.

Perfect location with helpful hosts

Location was perfect, easy walk to all the sights in Arundel. Lovely hosts and breakfast.

As a light sleeper was a bit noisy.

Excellent place to stay ,friendly service ,will recommend to friends .

The room was very comfortable ,bright and airy. The breakfast was very good and the service friendly and excellent. We would recommend this b&b to our friends .

The host is wonderful , kind and she makes you feel at home immediately. Breakfast was very good and there was enough of diversity.. There was even a personal welcome note ... FANTASTIC Thank you Lucie Ps. ( the cake was sooooo good ) With kind regards , Paul

Best option in town

Great location near hwy, and walk to Swan Pub for great dinner, and to castle entrance. Clean, comfy, cozy, quiet, charming, friendly, homey, welcoming. Fabulous breakfast. Safe adjacent parking to be also used for visit to Castle where any kind if PARKING is a nightmare. Friendly host. Nice other guests. Easy to locate. Tea/coffee etc in room. Great hot water. One flight of stairs very easy and minimal. Attention to detail. Very professional.

Everything a bit tiny. Not for the really big guys or super-hefty gals ! The world's smallest sink was amusing but IMPRACTIBLE . . .

A very comfortable and welcoming stay in a beautiful part of the country

Lucie was very welcoming and helpful with local advice. Breakfast was excellent, including fresh fruit and homemade marmalade. .

lovely stay- would come back if room had curtains!

the room was light and airy and spotlessly clean, bed was comfortable. welcome card and slippers and robes a lovely touch.

the only negative I have to say about our room was the fact that there was only thin blinds, which meant that even we went to bed at 11.30pm the room was not dark. we were both awake from about 6am as it started to get light. thought it a little strange that the blind in the bathroom darkened the bathroom more than the ones in the bedroom! definitely needs curtains/blackout blinds as so much light comes in around the thin blinds they may as well be drawn.

Wonderful stay, I will be back

The friendliness of Lucy the owner. She was extremely helpful. The breakfast was really good. The entire ambience of the property was just like being at home. Walking distance to good restaurants. Easy parking.

Lovely location - close to centre, very welcoming and comfortable. Would book again

Breakfast choice very good. Nice little touches in the room - welcome card, chocs. Nice and warm and comfortable, if a little on the small side.

handbasin in bathroom very small and difficult to use without soaking the floor! Found the house difficult to find in the dark but friendly neighbour helped out. No serious complaints.

Only there for one night but would be happy to return for a long weekend.

Breakfast was perfect and covered all you could want. My room was a surprise as I was given an en suite which was totally unexpected. Being so close to town and having parking one is able to explore without worrying about the car. All in all I was very happy.
