Le personnel s'est excusé, l'hôtel était complet, mais aucun autre geste commercial n'a été proposé.

Parking sécurisé. Et l'emplacement proche du lac .

Etat de la chambre a 170€ déplorable . Espace entre les lattes du parquet , les plinthes abîmées , Le Sol de la salle de bain était sale . Et le matelas d'une qualité médiocre . L'équivalence d'une première classe ou d'un Formule 1 était encore supérieur. A éviter , on prend les gens pour des idiots ou bien ! ?

Dormir y est difficile

L’emplacement et le fait qu’il y est des places de parkings gratuites à proximité (par contre parking de l’hôtel toujours plein). Autre point positif : des réductions dans certains établissements notamment loueur de bateaux a proximité.

Les COUSSINS qui sont de véritables crêpes, totalement inutile. La literie est déplorable. La chambre est très petite (impossible même d’ouvrir la porte en entier). Finitions de mauvaises qualités. Salle de bain très mal conçue car la paroi de douche est trop petite donc sol inondé à chaque douche. La ventilation n’est pas bonne non plus, la chambre reste humide longtemps. La cerise sur le gâteau : alarme incendie nous réveillant à 6h du matin sans grandes excuses/justifications de la part du personnel.

Calme, bonne humeur, tout ce qu'il faut pour un bon séjour !!!!

Je fréquente cet hôtel depuis 2016, et c'est toujours un plaisir .... Propreté irréprochable , magnifique jardin, hôtel royalement placé face et tout prêt du lac d'Annecy , trés calme, petit déjeuner lui aussi ROYAL :-) , personnel sympa, Pour sûr, JE REVIENDRAI trés vite :-) - Je recommande cet hôtel sans crainte :-)

La vue sur le lac

L'étroitesse de la chambre au regard du prix, le manque de prestation (pas même une bouilloire dans la chambre, c'est sensé être un 3 étoiles...), le coût élevé du petit déjeuner...

Quelques petites choses mais rien de grave

Cadre et emplacement Gentillesse du monsieur au petit déjeuner serviable et sympathique

Quand vous restez une semaine tous les jours le même déjeuner..manque de renouvellement Trop de bruit dans couloir du 1er lorsque le ménage est fait Employe en tenu de travail qui vient prendre un rosti avec ces doigts et le mange Conversations d employés autour du café

Logés dans l'annexe de l'hôtel la chambre est propre, très spacieuse à la déco moderne Emplacement bord de lac mais a distance du centre ville Petit espace extérieur avec table et chaise à l'abri des regards Grand choix pour le petit déjeuner

Les minis viennoiseries du petit déjeuner peut goûteuses heureusement très grand choix en pâtisserie et pains

The lake of Annecy and the historical center of the city are of outstanding beauty.

First of all the staff was very polite and helpful. The location was more or less o.k, all destinations easily accessable.

From our window we looked in the back yard of a restaurant. It was full of rubbish bins and smelling, impossible to open the window. We could hear the people talking in the neighbor rooms, even walking. The inside construction of this hotel is very poor. When you walk up and down in your room even the cupboard is shaking. It is an advantage that we come from Greece, so we are used to earthquakes.

Good for a stopover stay

It's great because it has private secure parking, it's a lovely walk along the lake into the old town for supper, it has enough comfort without being too sparse in the rooms

I was disappointed not to find a kettle / cups /etc in the room
