The size of the rooms were amazing my wife loved the bath and both the kids had plenty of room to run around
We shouldve stayed longer

We were in #1 was amazing! Loved that each unit has their own washing machine/dryer! Very handy while it rained on our trip…
Was nice an clean a great home away from home for our family trip
Love the little touch of having fly spray! Was used at night time with all the bugs..
Dog poop! The “playground/spot field area” was yuck!! Saw many dogs doing wee/poos*owners need to pick up clean up after themselves if bring pets!!
Was not good as I didn’t not want my kids near it! So couldn’t let them play outside freely
Also! The lights make the room bright in the middle of the night 😣 woke a few times thinking it was early morning but it was just the outside lights…
Need block out curtains!!

Very clean with all you need - close to stiff & pool & spa - take your dog cause there’s an off lead area too. Staff super friendly & our dog played with their dog

It was very quite which is what we were looking for

I loved that it is well treed and gives a sense of seclusion, with winding paved walkways and gardens.
The huge, fully fenced dog run was an added bonus, as I had my large boy with me.
The staff were excellent. I honestly couldn’t speak more highly of those I met, from reception staff to the grounds staff.
There isn’t anything I didn’t like.

The location. Nice rooms and pool area.

Great location. Haven’t stayed here for 13 years and it’s a bit run down now, however great value for the money and the staff are friendly.
Pool lights stayed on all night and the main bedroom
was too light. Kitchen utensils are a bit out dated and old and a few things missing, however I would just bring those with me if I stayed again.

The spa pool & bath was nice. The location across from the restaurant was handy, as was its location from Mandurah waterfront.
Although outdated, it was clean bar the spare blanket.
The television in the lounge was too small for the large space & couldnt connect to any sat channels. There was no tea towel in the kitchen & only 3 small milk with no convenience store near by. The small balcony off the children's room was dangerous, the two beds kept moving about the floor & the wool blanket had food spoils on it. The king bed in the main room was hard & lumpy. On top.of it all you were expected to pay $5 for a pool towel.
You couldn't park your car near your allocated property and then you had to be strategic about where you parked due to large dropping honky nuts.from trees.

layout of apartment was lovely. outside area beautiful with large gated pool are and fairy lights on fencing. the twin bedroom was nice but air conditioning unit directly over bed so had to leave it off all night ! king size room & en-suite we’re both spacious , large kitchen - living area and all utilities to hand Bailey Brewing Co directly across the road so great for food & drink
as above air con unit location in twin room not great tho limited as to where else it could be

A fabulous place for a family holiday. A very spacious apartment that was well equipped. Nice to have a good washing machine and dryer too and 2 x toilets/ bathrooms. Very clean. The pool is huge and has a toddlers section as well as a spa. its next to the small gym that we didn't use but there is also a large grassed area for exercise with a volleyball net. BBQ area seems great but unfortunately we only stayed 1 night so didn't use it. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Its location is out of town but in a really nice waterside suburb and opposite Boundary Island Brewery / Restaurant that is huge and has a large old wooden boat for kids to play in. We will be back.
Maybe a room safe and for a bit of luxury a coffee pod machine? But all good
