Beautiful Chalet with Panoramic Ocean Views

Absolutely stunning chalet with panoramic ocean views - just outside of Napier. Clean, comfortable, spacious, well equipped, modern furnishings, and gorgeous views from every room, Pictures don’t do it justice. Owners were delightful and provided numerous local recommendations for shopping, tours, wineries, etc. A perfect stay – so glad we booked!!

Wonderful relaxing stay.

A lovely unit, very clean, well appointed and really nice hosts. We appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine. The view was spectacular and great outdoor area with bbq. We wish we had the time to stay longer

We only ever book accommodation that shows loads of 5*. Chalet Swen Song offers a level of appointment that makes some of our previous bookings look like hovels. First class fittings, fitments and furniture combined with a stunning location put this accommodation head and shoulders above anything we've stayed in before.

Exceptional property in great location.

A modern, very clean property in a beautiful beautiful location. Very well fitted out with everything that you could want. It is a self check-in but the owner still came down to ensure we were ok. Complimentary bottle of wine in fridge was a nice touch.

- EVERYTHING! If we could give 11/10 stars, we would! - located up on a hill, the apartment offers breathtaking views and a quiet area - very clean and very well looked after - very spacious - amazing and well groomed garden - the most caring and friendly hosts that make you feel welcome and offer wonderful recommendations to make your stay in Napier a very special one - would come back anytime

- we loved everything and wish we could have stayed longer

Fantastic

Stunning, relaxing views and it was just what we needed. The owners are lovely and make your stay 10x better. We had a gig in Napier which they dropped us off to and even left us a bottle of wine. Very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Would not hesitate to recommend this amazing chalet

Great location amazing views and very private Very well equipped with quality linen appliances etc with anything that would be required for staying here Extremely comfortable bed and seating in a new spacious chalet Ngaire and Ron made us feel very welcome never imposing and recommended places for us to visit etc The bottle of wine left for us in the fridge we enjoyed thanks Ngaire and Ron thank you so much for enabling Pete and I to share your beautiful property you should feel very proud of all your hard work achieving what you have.

Perfect Stay 10/10

The chalets location was absolutely superb, morning sunrise view was incredible. Chalet was modern roomy and the bed was magic. Bonus was a complimentary bottle of wine.

To be honest not a single thing with this property disappointed our stay.

the weather was wet & cold for the few days' stay. would be great if there is some form of heating in the bedroom too.

A very comfortable property with great views

We had a warm greeting from our hosts who showed us around. They even left us a bottle of wine in the fridge. The house had all the mod cons and was very comfortable, as was the bed. Having a 11.00am check out was great. The views were great.

The property was above State Highway 2 which I found a bit noisy.

Private with great views although some traffic noise

The views and facilities were great. Just what we wanted. Very comfortable and warm. It was private. We liked the wine and home grown mandarins provided by the hosts.

It is slightly out of town however that's what we chose rather than a town centre apartment. The views over the harbour were great however the road noise was louder than we expected. We were high above the road and the noise just seemed to travel up to us. The place was well decorated although I wouldn't describe it as cosy - it's more of a modern design.
