Unclean bathroom.

Some rooms have a great location by the beach.

When we booked it was unclear that the room would be on the other side of the road on a hill. We saw two cockroaches in the bathroom and it smelled bad. The water didnt go down a drain, there was a hole in the shower to the ground below but the water didnt go down there, it just had to lay on the floor and dry. No cleaning during our stay. Too few sunchairs by the pool. The staff wasnt that welcoming.

Passable.

I stayed across the road but didn't know this until after I'd paid and no refund. They said I could change room/upgrade once I got there but they were full so it wasn't possible. Another guest got the same email about upgrading and wasn't able to either. Also, and it wasn't a huge problem for me, there is no WiFi in the rooms across the road.

Superb

This is our 2nd time staying here, cant think of other better choice for now. The facilities are good, staffs are friendly and helpful. Really worth the money spent!

The car park, unfortunately positioned beneath a mango tree, regrettably resulted in unintended consequences as my car's paint suffered some mango sap.

Very good

You could not wish for a better location, step out of seaview bungalow, walk 10 steps past the pool and you are on the stunning beach. Lots of beach bars and restaurants a stones throw away along the beach. Shoes not necessary!! Sea view bungalow was large. Standard felt quite small.

Rooms are outdated and not particularly clean but the location is the key thing here!

beach was very nice the bar was very nice and the beach bar staff was very nice, the pool was small and some times dirty the room was very basic and the bathroom was awful. Also the bed and the pillows was auful.

Good enough. Not special.

Position on the beach was great. Breakfast ok, but nothing special.

It’s far from anything you want to do at night (restaurants, bars, discos). The staff is not very welcoming and available. Lost a bag of clothes, found it later. Bad English, that makes it difficult to receive suggestions and help when needed. This happens everywhere in Thailand. Some of the showers didn’t work properly.

Exceptional

I loved the location and the staff is super helpful and friendly. They have a bbq every night and it's yummy. Loved the bungalow and we ended up having a sea view one. It was perfect. There are masseuses on site too. The location is amazing the beach is beautiful and has the most gorgeous sunsets.

We had very good stay - might wven want to return in the future.

Great personnel, helpful and friendly, solved cultural misunderstandings in favour of guest. Great location and beautiful surroundings. The beach is great and clean. Food (breakfast) was very good.

The beds were a bit used causing bad sleep, however we got a new mattrace when asked.

Family fun

Such a lovely little resort. Great for families. Although the interior of the room and bathroom are outdated, the beds were comfortable and there was enough storage. The BEST part is distance between the room, pool and beach. All within a stones through - perfect when having little ones too. Also there was a nice little food shack down the road - great for lunch.

perfect beachfront location

great little resort - make sure you book the beachfront bungalows! restaurant was great for breakfast; like many in the evening the serve BBQ fish on the beach which is great. lots of beachfront bars to enjoy - nice food market as well by the 7/11.

book beachfront but avoid bungalow A6 which we were out in for the first night - it’s beachfront but Rick away at the end in a dark corner!

Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. We had some problems. We thought we had breakfast included, they said no. I gave in laundry and my favourite dress, didn't come back, or was stolen from the drying rack outside our house. I unfortunately do not know which. But it is very sad!! I can add a picture if you like. I rented a car from them, took pictures and a video before taking, and after returning the car. They claimed I had an accident. Showed me a picture of a dent and did not want to return my passport. As soon as I mentioned phoning my attorney in Germany, they said not to worry, it was a mistake! We originally booked a premium bungalow on the beachfront and a normal in the back. They downgraded us due to the family but didn't offer us or give us a discount on the price. The bar area and people were fantastic. All in all it was a sad end to a good beginning.

I do not like it when someone tells me that I'm lying which is what the lady did regarding the car. The areas surrounding the cottages was very slippery where 2 or 3 guests slipped and fell, including my 65 year old friend I am not often complaining about accommodation but when I am angry, I find fault with everything.

Old chalet. No shower hot water. Old furniture. Ants everywhere. Really need an upgrade.

Beach near the hotel but pool was always full mostly for little children. Really good breakfast.

Small bungallow. Not really good electricity and water not go really good. And photo from booking was different than real. But deluxe bungallow was better.

Comfortable, and homey. We love Lanta Paradise.

The beds were newer with a pillow top that was much better than the last time we stayed. Staff was lovely and Rin the boss was super accommodating to us and helped us with a discount.

The breakfast is almost always cold. They dont quite understand having the fires lit under the chafing dishes. This place is great for families but as we are traveling as a couple there were so many kids. Not as quiet as you may want if looking g for a more adult holiday.
