Niiden pankkikorttilaite EI toiminut, vaativat käteistä. Järkyttävän iso ilmalämpöpumppu suhteessa huoneen kokoon, ja se puhalsi suoraan sänkyyn, linnoittauduin tyynyjen alle, jotta tarkenin ja kasvot ei jäätynyt. Alueella biletettiin yömyöhään, ei yörauhaa. Todella vanhanaikainen, ankea huone. Kuvat oli taidettu ottaa rannan kahdesta huoneesta.

Die Lage am Strand ist sehr schön Viele Bars und Restaurants in der Umgebung Frühstücksbuffett war auch gut

Das Bad war enorm dreckig, und schimmelig Leider auch einige Kakerlaken...

Exceptional

This place was absolutely incredible. It is literally beachfront to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. There's a restaurant right next door, and many more just down the street. Nothing like being able to watch a beautiful sunset just by stepping out your door

The TV wasn't a smart TV. It was a TV with some kind of ROKU device that had 100 infomercial channels. But I brought my laptop and the WiFi was good so I just watched movies on my laptop.

Beachfront room is great but hotel is very tired

Thank heavens we purchased the beach front room (there are only 2 beachfront rooms). Friends stayed across the road at hotel which backs onto a very smelly river. The location of our room was amazing. Watching the waves roll in. Sometimes it felt like we were nearly in the water. Faces west so the sunsets were glorious. We were there during the off season and the beach only had no more than 6 people on it. Easy access to some tasty restaurants and the 100 baht cocktails from the Reggae Bar next door are great value and delicious. Good internet and friendly helpful staff.

The hotel is tired. At first we couldn't lock our room door. Our toilet seat was broken. Towels are frayed. Tile on swimming pool broken. Rental motor scooters are getting passed their use by safety date. When paying good dollars we expect a reasonable standard. A few of the local hotels are renovating. The Lanta Seafront Resort owners need to spend some money if they wish to remain competitive.

Location great, service and food could be improved

Stayed in a beachfront bungalow- brilliant as you step out of your door and down a few steps to the beach Sunbeds were also available for these two rooms which was great Really good location- short walk to atm and 7/11. On the beach there are many restaurant and bar choices within walking distance

Having payment demanded in cash as soon as we arrived was not a great welcome. And this is despite the massive sticker behind reception advertising Visa payments Hired a motorbike through reception which was convenient however being forced to leave the passport was inappropriate. This was made even worse on return by the staff being unable initially to locate on the return despite assurance of the safe keeping Breakfast was poor- buffet style which was lukewarm at best and if you arrived after 9am very little left. The chicken sausages were the most disgusting things I have ever seen. Stick to the eggs being cooked fresh and some toast!

Hotel needs maintenance

Friendly and helpful reception staff, Ping and house cleaning staff. They made it up for the otherwise rundown and tired property which need better maintenance. Hotel location is good, quite near restaurants and shops, and just across the street is the beach.

The first room we had had many problems in the toilet - heater not functioning, water leakage at wall, toilet flush issue, no toilet roll holder. We changed to another room. The heater worked but there was no toilet roll holder, hooks or towel rail. The hotel gave only one towel each. There was no hand or hair towel. Not all the lights worked.

Beachfront Room - Beautiful

Beautiful beachfront room is highly recommended but only in high season when the beaches are clean and waters are calm. The low season can be a very different story because the beach is nasty & angry waters. The room itself is great, having a fridge & kettle is really handy. Room is clean & quiet

Very Pleasant experience

A decent sized clean room right on the beach. The view was breath-taking. Clean pool and well behaved staff. The area is also very near to 7-11, and multiple street food vendors and many small food joints. Availability of bike at the resort is a plus. Overall had a pleasant experience.

Excellent service. The staff were very helpful. The location is good. It is near a beautiful beach and it is somewhat in the middle of the island. They were not serving breakfast but good street vendors nearby.

Great place would definitely go back

The pool was unusable unfortunately. The staff we’re trying to get it sorted but ultimately if you wanted a pool holiday then you’d be disappointed. The beach more than made up for it so it didn’t bother us.

Lanta seafront family stay honest review

The location of this property is fabulous, just across the road from the beach and round the corner from shops for necessities. The property is basic but absolutely fine. Staff are great and helpful. We got the family deluxe which was 2 rooms connected by a door. Very spacious. The noise from that room was quite loud from the road but didn’t cause a problem and loved hearing the monkeys in the mornings!

The swimming pool is extremely small but there was a huge problem with it when we got there. It was green. The staff knew there was an issue and got some one in to filter and clean it. It then turned brown while being done. This took a full day but when it was completed the pool was clean. It the. Started to turn green again after 2 days. They repeated the cleaning process the day after but we didn’t use the pool at all. It didn’t affect our holiday because we’re not really pool people and the beach is great but if you were a pool person you would have been incredibly disappointed. In total the pool was u usable for 5 days of our 10 day booking at this hotel. I looked it up and believe (but not sure) it’s to do with copper and algae in the water?
