A relaxing stay in Cheltenham. The garden is peaceful and a great place to wind down at the end of the day. Staff are lovely, extremely helpful and attentive. The house is a short walk from the town and travel hubs.
Would love a fridge, I had early starts so would have loved to have a cool place to keep food and drink for the day.

The en-suite cabin was lovely, cosy and clean. Perfect for a weekend stay. Karen, our host was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place.
No parking available at the property but thankfully we were able to find a space in the residential street opposite.

The owner is really nice. The location is perfect (not too noisy, yet pretty close to town center and a 20min walk to the rail station). There is a supermarket really close too.
4.1
Cute location, nice furniture and cosy
Host was a bit cold initially.
Breakfast was mediocre, weren't offered cereals or juice when we went down to breakfast.
Stairs area were saturated with the smell of drains
4.1
Host very friendly and accommodating, good communication and location easy to find. Despite close proximity to road it was fairly quiet. Host was happy to find a safe space for storing mountain bike overnight.
Previous occupant had smoked in room, bathroom particularly smelt of smoke. Host did go to some length to explain her actions to rectify this but it wasn't really adequate.
Bed was quite uncomfortable and curtains let too much light in.
Breakfast was very basic, cheap yoghurts, no fruit juice. We were left standing not knowing where to sit when we arrived at the agreed time - eventually we sat at a table that had recently been vacated by other guests - but it took a while for the host to clear the table. Our order of beans and toast and scrambled egg on toast arrived pre-prepared without butter on the toast - which wasn't great. For the facilities, location and breakfast this property is very overpriced.

Cosy little cabin at rhe end of the garden and nice breakfast. Great for an overnight stay. Unfortunately I came home with the hairdryer! I'll post it back later today!
Shower was not very powerful.
4.1
Great value and lovely breakfast. Very accommodating as I needed to leave early so breakfast time was brought forward.
Only downside was that there was no parking and had to park on the road near. Plenty of space for this, but when you have products in the car, this is a little risky.

Warm duvet in cold night.
Bad smell in bath and corridor, sounds from toilet heard inside the room, breakfast suppose to be served after 7:30 but since my job were starting before 7:30 so I didn't get any, room was cold, floor where looking liked stripped from carpet and waiting for something.
4.1
Nice place, friendly lady, nice breakfast, excellent bed. All round a good experience from arrival to departure, would probably use again.
My only negative for the stay was that the shower was very difficult to set to not be freezing cold or boiling hot and was, in my opinion, weak.

the bed was comfy, the breakfast was fine, staff very helpful. the room was tight cosy, shared bathroom couldn't get hot water, but facilities in bathroom was good. parking not very good.
the thing what was wrong is false advertising the rooms in the booking . com doesn't look anything like what the property offered. it was advertise free parking, the parking is down a street away from property if there is any spaces. The property its self is a house set back 3 places. The single rooms are basically a sun chalet with a bed and toilet in it. the rooms with double beds in them, are shared bathrooms not good. the property basically could do with an update.

The only thing I liked was a morning breakfast.
Discovering that the room allocated to me was a garden shed, supported by British rail viaduct. The pictures on the internet show the large well maintained summer houses. Which looks quite pleasant in summer. It doesn't show the lean to shed poorly maintained, which was allocated to me in winter.

Warm cosy friendly and good location
The bed was so noisy.everytime someone moved

Location - near town centre
Many eateries nearby
Host was nice.
1. Please change the false information at the booking.com website that the B&B has parking. There is no on site parking, there are a few parkings available on the street with some time limitation.
2. Unbearably cold room. It was freezing on the first night we stayed in, could not sleep properly. I understand temperature outside was -9 however that should not be an excuse for a very cold room in a professional B&B setting. The Host tried to solve the heating issue on the next day, better but certainly can not recommend the room unless the heating issue is resolved.
3. There is NO toiletries. Simply unacceptable.
4. Breakfast is average but manageable.

The staff where great, the rooms are brilliant, very charismatic we stayed in a beautiful 4 poster bed. We had acute little Robin visit us at breakfast, the breakfast was simple but very nice.
The bed could of been a bit more comfortable, an on suit would of been nice but the character of the house couldn't lend itself to that.

Shared bathroom down the stairs was awkward

I was great to have my own separate building and patio area - like having a hotel room with a balcony!!. it was very cosy and had everything i needed.. karen was extremely warm and friendly and it was very convenient - only a short walk in to town..
Nothing really.. the only thing i might change is maybe i’d add a lock on the gate at the side of the property.. but that’s just because i am easily spooked.. being at ground level i felt a bit weird sleeping with my window open as someone in theory could have walked into the garden off the street.. (i still did though and it was fine!) but also there is cctv and the sign on the gate says so which would act as a deterrent.

The garden is a little paradise

The cabin I stayed in was clean and well maintained. When I checked-in, the woman I spoke to upon arrival was helpful and made sure I was well settled. Breakfast was great.
Will almost definitely stay there again if passing through the area.
The b&b has no parking of its own, which is a little bit of pain, but there is a free street nearby that was easy enough to find a space on.

It was small but very cosy. The garden and all the trees and birds singing made me feel like I’m in a forest. I’ve slept so calm and peacefully with my doors wide open like in a farm away from everyone, miles and miles away from society. The lady was amazing, she made me really nice breakfast.

We stayed in the delightful log cabin in the garden (luckily there were stepping stones over the grass to the door!) It was bijou but cosy and they still managed to fit in an en-suite, fitted wardrobe and a tea/coffee making area. Loved the Moroccan-inspired decor, the bed was comfy and we had a good night's sleep. The owner was lovely too, and very welcoming.
Unfortunately because people were still nervous about being in close proximity to others, the breakfast room was closed. We had our breakfast brought to us in the room instead but I would have preferred to sit at a table and not to have to choose what I wanted the night before. Hopefully next time we go, the room will be open again. People have pointed out the lack of parking but we parked in town - we were there for most of the day anyway so it wouldn't have cost any more for the overnight parking. It was about 20 minutes walk from the car park so a bit of a trek in the rain with overnight bags, but we realised when we got there (around 6.15pm on a Saturday) that if we'd wanted to bring the car down, we could've probably, fairly easily, parked in one of the side streets nearby.

Great value for money, very good location. Cabin was cosy and the bed was comfortable. Could provide soy milk for the tea at breakfast which was a nice surprise
Not ideal parking wise as most of the roads are permit only 8am-8pm. Bathroom could have been cleaner and the bathroom bin emptied before we arrived.
4.1
Warm attractive cabin Good range of breakfast options tastily prepared and served in the room.
Helpful friendly staff. Great value
The shower was a little weak but OK. Parking was not ideal but it did work out OK. Some nights we had to park in a zone where we had to move by 8am but it was close to the b&b so no real problem

The room indoors was very cosy and the bed comfortable.
I enjoyed the breakfast choice of hot food, together with choice of cereals, yoghurtsand fruit juice.
Nothing.

The bed was divine and the duvet kept me quite warm.
I have stayed in the guest house a couple of years ago with my sister and I loved the decor, it takes you yo another era, and it is very comfortable.
I prefer the rooms on the patio, but all are very good.
The TV signal was quite poor I had to re do the set up in order to watch something.
I had noisy neighbours so couldn't sleep that well, but the host apologised about it.
