Need a kettle and coffee and tea in the room. Mentioned this to staff and they said they are hoping to do that

Hotel room is big and located in the heart of the city. Breakfast is ok. No electric pot provided.

Excellent location is first impression. Breakfast is ok.. Room is a little bit old but very big room (I like it). All glasses in this hotel is paper cup (good for me). Good car park in front of Hotel.

Sad to see that there is no electric pot inside our room. Just paper cup provided. We do not mind if they do not have coffee or tea bag complimentary. But some old people need hot water. (Do not tell us to get it from tap). Electric pot is not expensive right now.

Hotel is situated in excellent location-at the heart of the city. and it is close to everywhere. Hotel is very comfortable and clean. But the breakfast could be better.

great central position very clean, pleasant helpful staff and good breakfast

we were in a room facing the square which seemed great until 5.30 am when a very loud call to prayers went on for 10 minutes. not sure if it was noisier than normal as was first day of Ramadan. all part of the atmosphere of being in a Muslim country but think would sacrifice the view and ask for a room the back next time. would definitely go back here

the worst place i have ever rented.

nothing

stinky smell in the room. Poor housekeeping and not changing bath floor towel. The carpet is too bad. The door lock broke down 3 times. The bathroom heater was not giving hot water sometimes. The bed seem to have bugs causing itching. the breakfast was ready earlier than start time but the staff did not allow us to have breakfast.

The hotel is located in a very central area. Easily accessible from different parts of the city. The staff was very helpful and polite. All nice guys. Room was clean and comfortable. We got a baby crib for my baby for free.

Excellent central location, right in the heart of Ganja. Good and clean rooms.

The breakfast seemed to end early, before 10.00h, or things were supplemented rather erratically. And no one to ask for something.

Excellent location and good value for money.

The location was excellent, situated on the main square opposite the mosque and hamman, as well as in close proximity to the Beer House. The breakfast was very good too and the room comfortable, with always helpful staff behind the reception desk.

There is the odd element of wear and tear on the carpets and furnishings.
