Never again!

Not much to be fair! Kids liked that it had a pool but it was very dilapidated

The motel is obviously a short term emergency accommodation facility which is very unwelcoming and makes you very uneasy!

Only spent one night but it was an enjoyable stay. Water in the pool was very clean and nice and warm

I liked the pool, bed was comfortable, place was clean and Netflix and others were available for night time entertainment. Close to beaches and The Entrance

There was no fly screen door so couldn’t let the sea breeze come through

We luckely only had booked for one night and would not have wanted to be there longer.

The room was spacious

The standard of cleanliness was basic, cockroach in bathroom. The whole place including the furniture looked very tired, and could do with a freshen up.

Very convenient and met our needs at the time

Simple, clean and central to the main area

We had the same towel for the 5 days - lucky we took our own too. Maybe provide a "top-up" house keeping visit.

Glad it was only for one night

Location was good

The place is run down could do with a bit of maintenance work. Bed covers were not clean, floors were dirty bathroom could do with a complete renovation, the bed so hrs it was like laying on a brick would of had a better sleep on the floor.

Very disappointing!

The location was ok.

Tv very hard to tune. Shower took 10 minutes to get hot. The floor was dirty with hair & dead earwigs on it. The cutlery & plates were dirty. There were no wine glasses.

Give it a miss.

Very little.

We had pre booked for two nights. The place is a disgrace . Poor signs, rubbish everywhere, dangerous stairs. There hasn't been a cent spent on maintenance for a VERY long time. No coffee cups. Black mould in the shower. Don't get this place mixed up with another motel in town with a similar name. We went to the other one for our third night. Wow, what a difference. Chalk and cheese.

It was comfortable, clean bed.

The floors were not clean , found rubbish under the bed, previous people left tooth brush that was left in the bathroom. Shower recess was dirty, easy fix with a spray of bleach

There was no hot water in the kitchenette sink, no detergent, no hair dryer, no shampoo or body wash. No toaster.

No cutlery, no crockery, smoke coming in room, the owner/manager had a door opening into our room, could hear owner/manager at night through door access and the smell of there cooking and smoking, no chairs had to ask, had to ask for towels, shower didn't work properly, the outside BBQ was disgusting ,

The location was pretty much the only reason we booked this Motel.

There is no elevator, the ned was hard to sleep on, the bathroom was tiny, we had to go and ask for various supplies from the main office and the lack of maps and things made finding rooms not accessible.

Have stayed here proeviously, the motel is older but clean and comfortable and the staff are helpful and relaxed. Is in a convenient location with a good size fridge and microwave. Good parking, pool and outdoor area are good. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

This property was a very dirty property. Hair in drawers, bugs on floor, my bed had no mattress protecter and the linen wasn’t appropriate. Cracked tiles, cockroaches. The room next door seemed to be rented by the hour.. so loud. I will not promote this property nor would I ever stay here again.

The old saying goes you get what you pay for !

Bed was ok, black out curtain was good room was very dark when drawn, plenty of cupboards and hanging space for your things there was also a full size fridge/ freezer in the room.

Bathroom was badly renovated and a bit dirty, mould on ceilings, the sticker tiles that was use were coming off, grout missing from the old floor tiles and the shower head was more like a hose

There was a rat in my shower and the worker said it was a pet then I saw other rats outside I asked for a refund and he didn't reply the place was very dirty my feet were black from the floors I wasn't happy with your service at all
