Everything was fantastic.

Amazing rural village in The Cotswold, very confortable place with very welcoming hosts.
The place has all the necessary amenities for your staying
Lovely village to walk around and good pub
I understand in the previous comments that privacy can be and issue because the entrance of the cottage is the same that the house cottage’s owner; however, this was not an issue for us.

Nice and comfy and really homely. Plenty of logs for the burner. So cosy! Appreciated the outdoor space and seating with ability for dog to go out easily. Lovely friendly dogs next door were delightful. Kitchen easy to work in with lovely little package of local cheese etc.
Some people love rainfall shower heads but I find them quite difficult. Shame the bathroom vanity/sink was not larger as there is plenty of space. These are small issues given how lovely the whole feel of the cottage is.

Charming cottage in beautiful Cotswold village. Ideally located to attend wedding at local church.

How wonderful to stay in this gorgeous wee cottage in the lovely village of Bisley. Ness had fresh flowers, home baked bread, cheeses, butter and pickles ready for us. Ness and her husband were so friendly. The cottage was very comfortable for the two of us and not far to explore the rest of the Cotswolds. We had dinner twice at Stirrup Cup, walking distance, and the food was fantastic. We highly recommend Dove Cottage for a fabulous stay.
Loved everything.

Perfect stay!
Hosts where so welcoming and friendly, they really made us feel at home.

Left milk, bread, cheese and fruit - more than enough for a welcome pack and most welcome too!
Nothing to say!

well equipped, decent pub which did food and local shop within walking distance. Welcome local cheese board and fresh baked bread on arrival. Owner next door if any problems. Short drive to Stroud and Farmers Market. Easy drive to Bath and Christmas Market. Good walks in area.
No street lighting or pavements. Need to take a torch with you. Ignore satnav around village as will take you unnecessarily down single track lanes with hair pin bends.

The property is ideally located for walks and relaxing in the wonderful country side. The people who rent the property are very helpful.

Absolutely perfect little cottage! We arrived on a very wet Friday evening to find the fire lit, and the lights on, very welcoming indeed. A freshly backed loaf of bread was provided, and some very tasty local cheese and pickle, which made for a fine supper!
Very comfortable, warm and well appointed cottage, you couldn't ask for more. We will be back!

The couple were lovely and made us some home made bread with some cheese and chutney. The cottage was clean and the location was lovely.

We had an exceptionally good 3 nights stay at Dove cottage. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming & the cottage itself was fantastic, beautifully presented & the bed was extremely comfortable. We were even given fresh baked bread and some excellent cheeses! Overall we had a fantastic time in a wonderful property in a gorgeous village. A big thank you to our hosts and we will definitely be returning!

Lovely cottage in a lovely quiet village. Owners were very helpful and kind. Great facilities in the cottage and granola was delicious.

It was not made clear to me through the billing process that the owner was obliged to provide breakfast.
Had the booking.com website provided a more detailed and clearer explanation of the property and what exactly was included in the bill I would not have rented this property. Access to the hot tub which was billed as a £75 spa tax was actually located in next doors garden, the garden belonging to the owners of the extension adjacent to their property which they had converted into a self sufficient annex and were now renting out via the booking.com website advertised as Dove cottage. Apart from having to walk into the owners garden and past their front door in order to gain access to the hot tub I was also informed that the hot tub would remain available to other family members when they wished to use it. Another issue for us was that because of my wife's Arthritis without a support rail and fixed 'step' in place safe access to the H/T was not possible.
The other issue I had with the property was that due to its location anyone visiting the owners or going to or returning from work/delivery men etc over the course of our stay walked right past our front door and through the outdoor sitting area. This might sound like something quite petty but neither of us when in the property felt completely comfortable with this arrangement.

Well maintained cottage, clean and cosy. The extra little touches of local cheese and fresh baked bread were wonderful.
All round a fantastic weekend away.
Will highly recommend!
Parking is a little tricky, but to be expected in the location.

Everything honestly. The place, village, hosts, comfort and attention to detail. Can't recommend enough.

Dove Cottage was an amazing find: very comfortable with everything you would need for your stay right in the heart of a beautiful Cotswold village. Bisley itself has two pubs and a small shop/PO and felt like a proper community. The village is close to the Cotswold Way and there are footpaths in every direction.
The cottage and location exceeded our expectations.

It was a beautiful cosy cottage - the owner had decorated it for Christmas & left fresh bread and cheese for us which was a lovely touch. The village is really quaint and cute - would recommend visiting Bisley!
The cottage wasn't quite what we expected; it's not very private as the owners live next door and they access their house by walking round the cottage (you can hear everything and constantly see them going straight past the windows). We were excited for the hot tub, but it's actually in next door's garden so, again, lacks a lot of privacy and we didn't use it for this reason. It wasn't as peaceful as we were expecting - we could hear the owners dogs barking at night, general noise from next door and the boiler in the kitchen was constantly noisy.
