Location was excellent. Walking distance to town centre, river and railway station
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like

Beautiful place and the owner was there for us 24/7.
Loved all..parking was tough sometimes but we figured it out.

Excellent location - very close to town.
Good size house for a family of 4.
Essentials all covered - tea, coffee, sugar etc and also really appreciated the little extras, such as fresh milk, fresh flowers and gingerbread biscuits for our children.
Bedrooms were extremely light at nighttime, could have done with a blackout blind or darker curtains.
Also lack of wardrobe space as there was only one wardrobe for both the bedrooms.

We loved everything about the property. The location was so close to the town centre of Stratford, a few minutes walk. The house was exceptionally clean with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We loved the extra touches Mirren had put into the house to make it feel like a home. The beds were comfy and the shower was powerful.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like, we just wish we had longer there.

Mirren was so helpful and flexible. Place was clean and bright and had everything you needed. Also, walking distance to supermarkets, town centre, and station.
Bed was hard and could feel the springs in the mattress and the roll down blinds does not cover the windows enough so the street lights was quite disturbing at night. Master bedroom faces Arden street which is quite busy and noisy .

very clean, spacious, accessible. hostess was very good

Clean and fully equipped. The owner, Mirren, was extremely helpful and any queries were answered almost immediately. The property is in a good location for the train station and the town centre.
The parking permit was extremely useful and we had no difficulties in finding a space. it may, however be more difficult in summer. There are however several car parks in the vicinity. The two gardens are a great addition to the property and would be fabulous had the weather been warmer.
The property is on a busy road and the traffic was a little noisy at peak times but that is counter balanced by the advantage of staying in such a well equipped, reasonably priced property in the centre of Stratford.

clean and comfortable. attractive character-able cottage, scented flowers, wood burning stove and wine
nothing it was perfect

The property was perfect and had everything we needed including Wine milk and cake too
for us on arrival . The property is very central to the town centre and ideal for our cockapoo with items for a pet there and a small garden at the rear. Mirren thought of everything

Perfect little property a short walk from town. Quaint but clean and afforded with modern amenities. Decorated with heart and attention to detail. Owner is warm and helpful.

Having a whole house with two gardens. The house was tastefully decorated and equipped. It was spotless and very comfortable.
Nothing, it was wonderful, and we hope to return.

Great location and lovely house. Beautiful and very clean. Loved the Secret Garden.
Nothing. All good thanks.

Good central location home comfortable, clean and well equipped
Not so easy for drop off as double yellow lines outside of house possibly get agreement with Doubletree across the road to allow drop off and pick up for house?
Suggest expand the information in the house on local walks and eateries especially those suitable for dogs

Bakers Dozen was very well equipped and in a great location.
Nothing to dislike

Fantastic location. Plenty of local parking. Easy access to town centre. Clear instructions on all facilities. Responds quickly and clearly to all communications. We went in December and even a few easy to the eye seasonal decorations to get you in the festive spirit.
Would highly recommend.

The house and garden are beautiful. All amenities are excellent and well equipped. Excellent location for sightseeing, shopping and dining.
The double bed wasn't as soft as I am used to but that's just my personal choice. So I am sure it's fine for everyone else 🙂

Lovely house, very comfortable, exceeded expectations. Exceptionally clean, everything you would need. Lovely garden to relax in. Perfect location for visiting Stratford.
Great having a parking permit but a space not guaranteed. There is parking not far away at a reasonable price though.

Fantastic location which is a short walk into town,we parked the car and didn't use it again for our whole stay as everything was so accessible.
The house itself is so lovely, very comfortable and has everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. It also has a lovely back garden with table and chairs to sit at and enjoy all the garden plants.
Our host Mirren communicated with us throughout, and left a lovely welcome gift of bubbly, cake and milk for us.
We would highly recommend Bakers Dozen and would choose it as a first choice for any future visits to Stratford.
Nothing.
