Recomendo, excelente custo benefício e pertinho da 25 de março

Camas, limpeza, café da manhã, localização custo benefício

Porém a maioria das tvs noa são smart como saímos pouco recorremos ao celular e na tv só poucos canais abertos, não é uma viajem turismo.

Não possui estacionamento no prédio.

close to the Metro and well located.

it is close to an intersection and noisy restaurants. Music goes on until 3am.

it is a good value property that provided a comfortable stay

well located in Centro and Republica, very spacious rooms, good breakfast….it did the job.

front rooms catch the noise from the bars opposite till late in the night and early morning….

very clean, good breakfasts, good downtown location in Republica. Does the job. Rooms are large, high ceilings, spacious.

the front balcony rooms can be noisy at night mainly from the bars across the road.

Excellent price for the stay, but don;t came late a night.

For the price, the breakfast is very good. Fresh orange juice ! The place is very clean, and the staff always helping you out. Like an socket adapter, heating food late at night.

The surroundings, specially at night. Noise and very busy. I will dare to say dangerous.

Cheap hotel with a good location

Even though its best years are behind it, Nébias Hotel remains a good choice for business travellers in São Paulo's historical center. Ample room, nice bathroom, toaletries OK and a frigo - always good. What an excellent breakfest! Fair price.

Sheets with visible cigarette burns. Pillows were not something to drive home about. Elevator working precariously. The surroundings - as any part of historical center is - are dangerous places, pay attention.

Disappointing

Price was 100 real in their list , But I paid 130 reals . When I asked their answer was very interesting :( because they tald me " we pay comiision to booking , thats why expensive in booking " it is comedy !!!
