Yet again another remarkable stay at Villa Heywoods. I can’t wait to go back in the near future. Just feels like home.

Property is so clean, in a great location and all the residents are so polite and welcoming.

Honestly there’s nothing we didn’t like about it. Other than having to leave.

2nd visit within a year. Hope to be back in the not too distant future. RECOMMENDED.

A nicely layer out property, easy to find and within a short distance of facilities and the beaches.Air conditioned bedrooms, lounge with ceiling fans and an outside patio with a ceiling fan. Bob, the owner, was there this visit, our 2nd within a year, and is an excellent friendly helpful person. When he is not the Al, across the road , is the same. Nice and quiet.

We had visited the area before and knew what to expect. Speightstown is rustic and lovely

Easy to get to the property, keys very accessible and a nice gentleman across the road is available should there be any difficulties, which is unlikely . Clean practical accommodation with excellent facilities.

If we return to Heywoods, we would definitely try to rebook at Bob’s place.

It is close to the beach. The apartment is comfortable and nicely decorated and private. Bob,the host, is awesome.

The neighbourhood has many dogs and roosters. This is very noisy from time to time, especially at night.

Excellent, quiet, non-touristic location & great host: friendly, accommodating, relaxed!

Bob met us at the gate on an early evening arrival, and helped me with some quick orientation and arrival shopping. The property is quiet, clean, and ideally located near an excellent non-touristic beach. The kitchen was well equipped, with excellent air conditioning in both bedrooms. The outdoor space is a great place to relax and enjoy the mellow evenings. Walking distance to shops, bus terminal, beach, and Bob was always available to chat and answer any questions we had. Absolutely great stay and top host, highly recommended! Thank you!

Can’t wait to go back!

Heywoods Villa was perfect for us. Two double bedrooms with air conditioning & a decent kitchen. Lots of outdoor space with an option of sun or shade as well as sitting space inside, but which we never used. Bob, the owner of the property could not have been more helpful & kind. Perfect location close to beautiful beaches, bars, restaurants, supermarkets. Less than a ten-minute walk to the local bus station with buses all over the island.

Friendly Neighbourhood, Location to beach & shops (especially the local bakery) brilliant local restaurants. ‘De sweet Pot & Caboose, Local eateries. Clean well kept accommodation. Safe secure property with good fans & air conditioned bedrooms. Welcoming host & owner Bob made this accommodation extra special.

Fantastic!

Location is good, 10 minute walk to the beach and into speightstown where you can get a bus easily to wherever you need to go, lovely neighbourhood and friendly neighbours, property had everything we needed including washing machine and all the essential appliances. The neighbour opposite is also very helpful and is always around if you need help with anything. The property was clean and had a nice area to sit in the evenings and relax. Felt safe too, very comfortable stay. Would recommend, very good value for money. Lounge is really comfy also.

Just needed some more bedding like a couple of thicker blankets and more sheets.

Exceptional

General very comfortable place, with option to cook by yourself, as food is expensive on island. Host Al is very helpful as owner Bob, that make sure we have all stuff we needed.

Actually there is nothing to make us unhappy etc. We missed washing machine only, but it wasn't essential needs anyway.

Fabulous budget Apartment, great value for money, close to all amenities and gorgeous Beaches!

The Apartment covered everything we needed. All Facilities were available - Kitchen, Bathroom, Bedrooms, Living room and dining room. There is Air con in each Bedroom. The 2nd Bedroom even has Bunk Beds in case of Children so could accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. Kitchen is basic but functional with a Cooker and micro wave, plus a perfectly adequate Fridge. There is a Sofa and a couple of chairs in the living room, with a smart TV, that you can plug your own Chromecast/Google TV if you like. The apartment even has 200mbps Broadband as great bonus! Location is perfect for a bit of peace and quiet, but close enough to Speightstown to walk. The local Beaches are brilliant. Overall, Great Value for money.

Only to be super critical, the apartment could do with a spruce up.... It is a little dated, but very clean and suitable for the majorities needs.

I had a very relaxing holiday and stay…! thanks a lot

I had a great stay at the house. Lots of space, clean and very close to beautiful beaches and down town Speightstown. . Everything was organized pretty smooth by the owner - his neighbor Al helped my to find a rental car and was always helpful when I had questions or needing some missing things. I recommend 100%.

The barking dogs in the morning - just take ear plugs with you to have a nice sleep in 😃✌️
