Size of the room, cleanliness, really good breakfast
When I arrived reception staff saw me and left me stood for a good 5 mins before acknowledging I was there, not a massive issue but a simple ‘good evening I’ll be with you in a minute’ would’ve been nice 😂
Double beds are two singles zipped together. With a terrible mattress topper and uncomfortable seam in the middle of the bed.

Great place with excellent facilities
Witnessed a middle manager being incompetent and aggressive. Not sure why they are there. The people on the floor are fine.
4.1
All very good but the spa facilities and the gym are excellent. The buffet breakfast is also excellent.

Breakfast choice was excellent although fried eggs were hard. Room was nice clean and comfortable. Gym and pool facilities were excellent (although we didn't use them)
All staff were very helpful and polite.
The restaurant's menu (for evening meal) does not meet the standards set by the rest of the hotel. Although we would have liked to dine in, the choice on offer was poor and mainly consisted of chips. Bar did not offer a good range of non alcoholic beers.
The walk from the room to the pool / spa areas involved going outside to a separate complex which was not ideal for us the walkway was covered but it was cold outside.
Room could do with a fridge and there was no safe.

Beautiful setting, well maintained grounds . Fabulous facilities, spa/ pool are amazing.
Greeted and checked in by friendly , helpful staff . Classic room was spacious and nicely decorated. Bathroom fresh and clean with plenty of toiletries. Air con a bonus .
Fresh bottled water every day a nice addition.
Breakfast good , plenty of choice both hot and cold .
We ate dinner in the restaurant . Great choice, well cooked and presented meals . Staff attentive and on the ball .
Close to various attractions that we visited , Blenheim Palace and Bicester Heritage Centre.
No fridges or safes in bedroom …
could do with a hot drinks machine at Breakfast.

All was great except the mattress. You can tell they are not orthopaedic. Waking up in in the morning with back pain.

I came with my daughter, the staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was comfortable and spacious. Lots of choice for breakfast. We had dinner in Grays lovely food, great service, and welcoming staff. We made full use of the spa facilities & booked treatments for extra pampering.
It was a little dated, in the restaurant could do with a makeover, the food and staff were amazing, just the decor could do with an update.

Gym facilities and staff excellent! Equipment is first rate and plenty of it. No excuse for not leaving fitter than when you arrived! (:-)
Bar area is interesting but somehow lacks atmosphere - is a little stark - could benefit from alternative lighting and less 'functional' furniture.

Price of the hotel inc breakfast was really good value. Some aspects of the hotel are tired but the lovely enthusiastic staff fill this void sufficiently for a one night stay for a convenient location at excellent value.

Room / Spa/ Breakfast / Staff , all great.
Restaurant Menu was very limited, and no table d,hote so did not have Dinner, but no problem with Breakfast .

staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean.
the swimming pool was a little cold and not enough Sun loungers.

Nothing. the staff was pathetic and very rude. they were harassing my girlfriend. we requested for late checkout which they agreed. we paid for the late check out still they were behaving below the standards and very rudely. can’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good location, plenty of parking, friendly staff & great spa area
Nothing to complain about.
4.1
the location. and we have been serve and entertained by the staff properly.
it was very disappointing. we have been serve by a different staff and she was so grumpy. we will never return again. we came back because of the great customer services we have received the first time but we will never return again because of the appalling services the 2nd time.

(Hot) Breakfast was very poor . Was cold and undercooked) no expense appeared to spared regarding the quantity of food products available but would recommend cooking & serving fresh which would also reduce amount of waste.
Room was freezing upon arrival, took hrs to heat up ! Reported to reception upon leaving

Great spa facilities. Friendly staff, tidy food too.
Sadly, the steam room was out of order.
4.1
facility like the heated pool
staff wasn’t as polite or courteous.
we needed an extra blanket as it was very cold and they couldn’t even provide it.

Steam room in Sauna was broken which disappointed us as we came for particularly gym, pool and sauna.
Hope it will get fixed soon for other customers who come to the hotel with same purpose like us

the staff were very welcoming and friendly
the rooms were dated and tatty looking, colours were bland and the room was old looking. mattress was uncomfortable and so were the pillows. air con was noisy but as it was also the heater you could not turn it off in this cold weather. you had to walk outside to get to the rooms which if you were going to the spa wouldn’t be ideal. no dressing gowns or slippers were available to move from the room to the spa either and you would of had to walk outside to get there. restaurant was dark and dingy only one waiter nothing very special and very expensive. I wouldn’t put this as a 4 star hotel.
4.1
