Staff friendly and food very good. Felt it was a bit dear, given it's age, but I presume it was because of the location. It is ready for some updating as there's evidence that some areas are looking tired. Would definitely stay again.
Just looking a bit dated for the price.

One of our favourite places, the Littlebury is a real hotel. Our room was spacious with a twin and a single bed as standard, bathroom with bath, and plenty of space for a sofa and a couple of chairs. The bar is one of the nicest relaxing lounges in Bicester, with hot food for a proper evening meal available as well. Breakfast was basically whatever you would like from the usual items - scrambled eggs with bacon and mushrooms not a problem, plenty of coffee and juices on tap plus cereals, yoghurts, toast, etc. The bathromm was obviously recently retiled and the bath and bottles of shampoo/conditioner/gel were excellent, as were the plentiful towels.
The rooms are upmarket but just a little jaded. The TV wall socket was loose and the seam of a bit of wallpaper had come unstuck from the wall. And the 1970's glazing units were tired with seals that need fixing or replacing.

This Hotel has the most wonderful atmosphere. Excellent food, with a well stocked bar. Michael, one of three brothers, who run the Hotel is a very good host.i
I can't really fault this charming part of old England.

Nice hotel, suited the purpose of my visit. Great breakfast.

The staff were very friendly. The location was great for Bicester village
Sadly the hotel and rooms are very dated. There was mould on the bathroom window and the bed mattress was not very comfortable at all

Breakfast good, nice quiet location.

We were particularly impressed with the flexibility of the manager, who adapted our booking to cope with the slightly different circumstances we presented him with.
The only problem we had was with the basin in our bathroom that took a very long time to empty, presumably because of a blockage somewhere.

We enjoyed our one night stay at the Littlebury Hotel. What really impressed us was the excellent customer service. Every member of staff we met was polite, friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with everything you could need, and a nice view of the hotel garden. Breakfast was very good - with spotlessly clean tablecloths! Check-in time was from 3.00pm which was good as it gave us time to settle in and change our clothes before visiting friends in the early evening; and check-out the next morning was by 11.00am which was plenty of time to eat breakfast and change our clothes again for a Sunday event! Plenty of on-site car parking space. We would certainly stay at the Littlebury Hotel again.
The only thing that I found a little awkward was that all the lighting in our room and bathroom was rather dim - a bit tricky for applying makeup accurately ... but on the other hand, the energy saving awareness is a plus point.

Location is great. Bar and staff are welcoming.
Uncomfy beds, rooms are tired and well worn.

The owner was a very nice and hardworking gentleman, doing all jobs from reception to waiting on tables and checking everything else. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient. Excellent breakfast and very reasonably priced evening meals served at the limited bar seating. Pleasant but dated rooms, with comfortable beds. The hotel is situated about 10 minutes walk from the nice pedestrianised town centre, where there are several restaurants, cocktail bars and pubs. Good sized walled car park behind the hotel, accessed through the rear door.
A little dated in places, with quite a steep winding staircase to the first floor, and more stairs to the second floor rooms. I did not see a lift, but the ground floor rooms at the rear are easy to access. Pleasant bathrooms, but dated low pressure shower in the bath, with a plastic shower curtain.

Lovely friendly staff and excellent communication prior to arrival and whilst there. Location was perfect, able to walk into town etc. both slept really well. Had been pre warned can be noisy at weekends but noise wasn’t a disturbance and children slept right through it. Really friendly family feel to property and felt like nothing would have been a bother. Highly recommend
Didn’t need the fresh towels every day. Would be good to have a way of saying when not needed so could save the carbon footprint :)

Lovely hotel, great atmosphere. Staff really helpful.
Uncomfy, creaky bed but I do have a bad back so may have been ok for a 'normal' person :)

The breakfast was nice, and having a restaurant on premises was helpful on arrival. Also, being pet friendly aided our travel situation. The staff were super friendly and excellent to talk with.
The room was really stuffy requiring the window open all night. Shower temperature and pressure were lower than expected.

Charming, quaint and some lovely features. Cosy areas to sit in bar, lovely decor in restaurant and lovely garden. Staff were exceptional. Very good value for money. Very comfortable beds and very good breakfast.
Can’t find fault - some people say outdated but it was lovely to not stay in a modern tower block building

The breakfast was absolutely amazing and the personnel was super attentive and nice
The walls are a little thin so I heard a person being sick in their bathroom. Maybe it's wasn't the walls but because he was super loud.

Well situated in Bicester within walking distance of local facilities. The hotel looks very grand from the front only.
Poor first impression, met with a very unfriendly receptionist juggling between the bar and welcoming me checking in. I was very unhappy about the fire door being wedged wide open next to my room until very late at night despite requesting that it be closed. I also did not enjoy breakfast.

Staff is very friendly, evening meal was good.
The mattress had no support. The room was tired and outdated. Investment in the hotel is needed to get it up to a standard that is expected by guests.
