About this house rental

Great modern home on the water! floating dock,fixed dock and a ladder. small boat rental avaiupon request. Jump in and enjoy the 72* water so refreshing in the summer heat. floating in the water behind the house with your friends or family is the best part of being just off the river on a nice clean canal away from the busy, areas of the river. 4 Kayaks included, living area is up on the second level. 5 minute kayak to Rogers park, Upper deck, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath and views from the beautiful screened Lanai. Kayak the Weeki Wachee River to see the manatees or you can rent my small skiff $80 all day, this is to try and accomodate seeing the river better, to take the entire 5 mile ride up the river to see it all. Your upper level screen lanai overlooking the water has seating and when you come down stairs to the back yard there is a Grill, Fire Pit and seating so sit and relax around the fire but don't forget your favorite beverage. Home has Vaulted Ceilings, Newly remodeled and no expense spared in the Kitchen with beautiful cabinets all soft close, Quartz counter tops, walk up Bar counter, touchless sink faucet, and high ceilings. From the Kitchen or Living room facing the water there is Triple Sliding Glass doors that open to the balcony patio screened lanai, the mornings are the Best to have coffee out on the porch overlooking the water, you may even see some Manatees swim by. Our canal of fresh spring water is why the manatees are seen in our canal, they choose a quiet section of the waterways to come and relax from the many kayakers and boaters on the main section of the river.

Living Room: Couch and Recliners are electric relax and watch TV /Internet Wifi on the 55" Roku TV, I also have Amazon Movies and TV shows. If you have subscriptions at home you can sign in to our tv and watch your shows and then just delete it when you leave.

Master Bedroom: has a King Bed, Large Walk-in closet and a beautiful view of the water from the master bedroom.

Master Bath: has a nice size walk-in shower, also a Jetted tub so you can soak and relax after a long day on the water having fun.

Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, good size closet.

Bath 2: Large Walk-in Shower. Teak shower seat.

Seating areas on the upper patio and there are stairs down to the back yard with additional patio table and chairs. You will have the Floating dock with seating, you may bring your boat, jet skis, etc., to tie up at the dock.

We stayed 6 nights in July & had the best family trip! The canal was clean and nice to float in; fishing right off the dock. The use of kayaks made this trip excellent! We paddled past the State Park and floated back, amazing views - including several manatees right next to our kayaks :) Roger’s Park is 2 minutes by car or you can paddle there. A few other parks were just about 5 minutes drive as well. The 30 minute drive to Homosassa Springs State Park was well worth it. The house: The listing was exactly as described and EXTREMELY clean. We were very comfortable during our stay. We enjoyed the screened in porch and zero bugs, a Florida feat hard to achieve! The beds were comfy & showers clean. Plenty of towels, utensils, plates, etc for a family stay. Hosts thought of everything you may need away from home. Any questions we had were answered quickly from Miss Mary. We look forward to staying here again!

We enjoyed our stay at the property. We saw several manatees that hung around the canal at dusk. We received quick responses from the manager whenever we had any questions. Overall the property was clean, in a great location, and would stay again in the future.

Awesome! Loved the neighborhood and quiet canal. Property was very clean. Loved the screened upper deck. Everything as listed. Several manatees hung out all week and we also say 2 dolphins during the tornado warning. Fabulous vacation week. Would definitely stay there again. Thank your so much Mary!!!

This is our fourth time staying here and that is a record for us. We would never continue to come back to any place unless we were 100% satisfied with our experience. In fact, there were times we wanted to a stay here but it was already booked. You cannot go wrong booking here. Mary, our host, is a pleasure to work with. We will be back again for sure.

Clean, modern and comfortable waterfront vacation home which is exactly as listed. The host responded promptly and we loved being a 5 minute kayak to rogers park and upper deck. We rented a little skiff and rode through the clear springs at Weeki Wachee state park. Loved our stay.

We so enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect for us. We experienced Crystal River to the north and Tarpon Springs to the south. And kayaking off the dock on the property was great. Loved seeing the manatees. Very nice deck that overlooks the canal. Inside the property was very clean. Finally, the host is super responsive to questions and inquiries. Always responded in a few minutes. We'll definitely be back.

From booking to checkout, it was a great experience. Mary was quick to respond to any questions and the directions for check in and check out were simple. The property was clean, comfortable and spacious and had everything we needed. The location was great for kayaking, fishing and boating. Overall it was a fun and relaxing stay and we would stay again!

We really enjoyed our time here. The property is well kept and clean. The directions on how to use the internet and TV were very clear and worked great. While the weather was unusually cold having the canal in the back was great. There was a nice patio, dock and kayaks for use as well as a fire pit and grill. Would gladly stay here again.

The owners are SO NICE and they replied back very quick when I had questions. We loved the house, the view, the dock. All of it!!! Can’t find many other houses that has a boat available to rent. The marina is a hassle to rent from in my opinion. You have to get there super early and you are limited on time. So a boat at our convenience what the best part!!! The people below us were nice when we seen them, But we hardly seen them! Can’t wait to coke back! Already planning for next summer! 🙂

If your looking to stay in this area look no further. I shopped around and this place was very nice!!!!!! Recently updated I read , and had a nice jacuzzi tub and spacious kitchen and living room area with large screened in porch and fire pit. Very nice owner and we loved that she had kayaks for us to use. We saw manatees and lots of fish. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and come back. Thank you for letting us stay there.
