It was a nice stay location was good and staff helpful and polite

Our room was quite spacious and clean, the food in the restaurant was good and the breakfast was good and had lots of choices. The staff where helpful and polite I asked for vegetarian sausages and they where very happy to help.

well placed and well maintained. Comfortable room, good nights sleep and excellent breakfast.

Good parking, clean, well fitted, comfortable bed and hot shower. Reception accommodated our request for a quiet room to the rear away from the noise of the A55 “race track”. Excellent breakfast.

Food choice in the evening restaurant very limited and no clear allergy information on dishes. Dishes too expensive!

Don’t be put off by the location the hotel is great!

We had an executive room and the facilities were lovely. The staff were very good.

The hotel was on the main road and very noisy and difficult to find. We thought we were staying in the services! The signage needs to be improved or you drive past and have to go round a long route to get back again.

The holiday express we stayed in Preston was far more pleasant all round.

Stains on carpet, bath instead of shower, my wife has chronic osteoarthritis, and Fibromyalgia, Pain is continuous, and not being able to lift her left leg more than a few inches meant using the bath impossible, as she has fallen often, also toilet didn`t flush after using it for more than water works, and hot water tap trickled, and the hot water took ages to come, not a nice experience at all, also not being able to get back into the hotel grounds without going some distance and then coming back on yourself.

Very very very disappointed

I will never stay at the hotel. Can I stay in Holiday In up and down the country I have done now for over 20 years and this is by far the worst stay I’ve ever had at the Holiday In hotel location creation/ Staff value for money poor very poor

Almost everything this first negative review I have ever produced, to make matters even worse I had 2 rooms I feel the whole weekend was a big rip off, sorry there to many things to list

Exceptional

Travelling to Dublin with family. Stopped the night before ferry from Holyhead the next day. Great location only 1hr 20mins drive to Holyhead. Staff were great and helpful. Great breakfast as well.

The hotel is situated in a convenient place so that we can visit our daughter in Chester easily.

The service is good. The food is excellent. The staff are friendly. Overall an enjoyable stay. Looking forward to our next visit around Christmas.

Could think about position of sockets in relation to mirror - this was not very practical in the room I had.

Adequate for our purposes, not that enjoyable.

Friendly, herlpful staff .

We aren't keen on air conditioning, we found room over-heated and stuffy, not helped by quite heavy duvet, So didn't sleep too well for the one night we were there. Hotel not very accessible - quite confusing to reach especially after dark

Excellent service from EVERY member of staff we came across. This hotel should hold a masterclass for other establishments on how to look after guests. Thanks to all of you!
