Tout était super pour notre séjour en famille.
Nous avons passé une semaine au calme avec la bienveillance de l'ensemble du personnel.
Tous ont été très gentils.
Nous remercions vraiment l'ensemble des personnes qui nous ont accueillis.

the staff is absolutely adorable and really care about details. the room were super well decorated and really well maintained and clean. The receptionist were always super helful with great recommendations for tailor, restaurants or taxi. On the day there were no taxi , the staff was so kind to drop me. The breakfast was also really delicious, with fresh fruits and omelett or crepes. Could also enjoy the spa with a wonderful massages.
the night can be quite noisy: cats fighting, security conversations.

Very cozy and clean place with attention to details. Remarkable the free cocktail and food at the sunset for new guests.
Every evening a different show is organized with local band and djs. We particularly enjoyed the tribal techno dj set.
The cusine is very good and refined.
It offers additional services such as spa at a very cheap price and the location in the health of the beach completes their offer.
The personell is very kind and discreet.
Great value for money.
Everything was good.

Room, beachfront location
Telling me they could make me an early breakfast when they in fact could not; also told me someone would be at the reception 24/7 but in fact, we had to wait for a while before someone finally came.

This hotel was amazing!! It’s right on the beach with cozy beach chairs, a bar and restaurant connected with good food/drinks, and a gorgeous pool. You can bring your breakfast outside to one of the bar’s patio tables to feel the breeze and watch men walk by leading horses and camels.
The staff were so lovely - Fatma at reception was incredibly helpful especially considering my language barrier (I don’t speak French/Arabic), and even the cleaning staff were incredibly friendly and always said good morning to me and gave me the biggest smiles. I loved everything about this place.
At first I thought I’d need to suck it up and pay for wifi in my room, since it only works in the lobby and courtyard, but I’m glad I didn’t - it was nice to be disconnected from social media for a while!

it is located on a clean beach and has a nice swimming pool. the staff are very friendly, including Fatima at the front desk who spoke excellent English and always greeted me with a smile. there was daily housekeeping and the breakfast was extensive.
the dinner menu was pretty expensive. you can find cheaper restaurants with better quality food a few minutes walk down the road.

Good location with private beach and small swimming pool. Clean. Nice staff. Good breakfest. English speaking staff members (reception + some in the restaurant). Generally, peacefull place.
Moderate food ala carte. Misleading and wrong hints regarding buses to Matmata. Horses and camels polluting the beach in places.

Nice room, friendly staff
Not quite as nice as the photos make it out to be, but still nice

not much... the hotel itself had its charm but that's about it
the cleaning of the room = poor - the room itself - pillows in the room which were like stones - the NOISE at 4 am when people come back from the bar and literally wake up the whole floor (!!!) - service at the restaurant was very poor - food itself wasn't great

Beautiful room, hot shower with a good amount of water pressure, literally right at the beach, friendly staff and 24h réception.
4.5
Great and super welcoming staff. They will help you if you want to do excursions outside of the hotel.
Rooms were very clean.
Slightly far from the downtown area, but taxis are available and very cheap.
The breakfast was very “meh” - flies everywhere.
The Wifi is only available in the lobby, not the entire hotel (You can buy wifi for your room. 5gb for 25 dinars I believe)
Besides that, everything is great! You get what you pay for.

Everything but the garden view room. Excellent location, staff is awesome, food and drink of good quality, super clean!
The only thing was that the garden view was very limited yet overall its a great value for money, adsolutely recommended!

I felt like queen in my hotel room! It was so spacious and super cute!! I would have gladly paid more for the room. Definitely worth the stay. Don’t hesitate, you won’t be disappointed. Great service, great rooms.
Some rooms had previously been smoked in and one of the two rooms I booked has a smoke smell in it. I didn’t like that.

The breakfasts and evening meals were very good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the property that comes at a very reasonable cost.
