Beautiful, comfortable, quiet stay

Very friendly staff and exceptionally comfortable services. Clean and beautifully designed rooms. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

A tad hard to find initially - the name on google is dar salam palm.

Wow!

O Riad é muito bonito, bem localizado e o staff muito simpático. Saímos muito cedo no dia em que fomos visitar as cascatas de Ouzoud e preparam-nos o pequeno almoço na mesma 🩵. O pequeno almoço é tradicional e delicioso! O melhor chá de menta que bebemos em Marraquexe foi aqui! Recomendamos vivamente este Riad!

O único problema é o barulho das canalizações durante a noite para quem tiver o sono leve; mas assim que se chega ao pequeno almoço esquece-se de imediato com a simpatia do staff e o saboroso pequeno almoço preparado na hora

Favoloso Riard (struttura+personale+pietanze=TOP)

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura, e fin dal primo momento abbiamo notato l'ospitalità dei due Receptionist (Yassin e Oualid) spero di non aver sbagliato a scrivere i nomi. Anche il personale addetto alle pulizie impeccabile. Il nostro soggiorno prevedeva trattamento in mezza pensione. Sia la colazione che la cena vengono servite al tavolo senza buffet, nel rooftop del Riad, dove si percepisce fin da subito la freschezza e qualità degli ingredienti. Tale scelta da loro adottata ti lascia vivere una vera e propria esperienza culinaria locale. Posizione del Riad molto strategica, a due passi dalla porta per uscire dalla medina, vicino ai giardini majorelle, ed a 10/15 min a piedi dalla piazza principale dove consiglio di vederla sia di giorno che di sera. Consiglierei questo Riad.

Excelente ubicación y servicio muy atentos y amables.

La ubicación es genial, caminando está a 15-20 minutos de la Medina, la plaza Jemaa el-Fna. La habitación tranquila y muy limpia y la cama muy cómoda. El chico de la recepción muy amable y siempre estuvo atento a nosotros. Incluso nos ayudó a imprimir nuestro boarding pass.

Lo que no nos gustó fue el tamaño de la habitación que parecía más grande en las fotos y el aire acondicionado hacía un poco de ruido por la noche.

Emplacement au top pour commencer vos journées Accueil parfait

L accueil de oualid, très professionnel. Nos amis étaient sur place pour faire une surprise à ma femme et oualid s est prêté aux jeux Merci beaucoup. Les petits déjeuners sur le toit terrasse superbe. Et le départ avec fayssal pour organisation taxi au top. Accueil 24h/24h Respect

Il faut juste savoir que dans la médina il y a beaucoup de bruits et même la nuit 🤣🤣🤣

Escapade merveilleuse

L emplacement du riad était très bien, à 20 minutes à pied de la place Jemaa El Fna....et proche d un marché de fruits et légumes, fruits secs, viande, poisson... Le petit déjeuner proposé était typiquement marocain et copieux...il aurait été bien que le jus d orange servi soit à base d oranges naturelles pressées... Le personnel est très aimable , bienveillant et serviable.

Peut-être que les serviettes de toilette devraient être changées tous les matins, alors que le ménage était très bien fait quotidiennement dans la chambre...

Clean, friendly riad

All of the staff especially Faysal were extremely welcoming and helpful. We were given a traditional Moroccan breakfast in the mornings and enjoyed starting our days on the rooftop. Great location in the heart of the Medina’s east to walk to a variety of different places.

Génial ! Nous recommandons ++++ On a déjà envie de revenir.

L'accueil de Fayssel a été incroyable ! Il nous a donné ses recommandations, ses conseils pour profiter au mieux de Marrakech. La situation géographique de l'hôtel est idéale : tout se fait à pied et on rejoint très rapidement le souk. Le riad était très joli, bien entretenu. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent et le lieu nous faisait commencer la journée merveilleusement bien. Une bulle au coeur de l'ébullition de la ville... Merci pour tout !

Nice place for one night

The location, the design is great and people are hospitable and very friendly.

Bed is not comfortable, we woke up with back pain. Bathroom is not well maintained, the shower and handbasin sink were partially clogged.

Very authentic accomodation, in old medina, close to the local people, amazing atmosphere and Faisan was really great receptinost, friendly and helpful.

Very small rooms for long stay I think. Maybe I would add some more ingredients into the breakfast, like eggs, olives.

Exceptional at every point

Extremely comfortable bedding and a very nice room made me want to spend more time in the this Riad (which I unfortunately could not). Location is very convenient in short walking distance to city center Breakfast is not exuberant, with a high quality touch though and all necessary breakfast delights. I certainly will return.

If you are looking for a stylish, cozy place with a warm-hearted service in the medina, stay here!

Eventhough i had no time for breakfand just stayed the night, i got in touch with the very calm and friendly staff, who even prepared my coffee pre official breakfast and made sure to get me water at my night time arrival without even asking for it. the house itself is very morrocan, yet modern and allows a calm and comfy stay inside the medina. The bath room offers a rain shower, soap, shampoo and enough space for your personal hammam. highly recommended. would definitely come back.

Charming Riad fairly close to the Medina. Good facilities for the price, Fantastic service!

Faisal was the best, amazing service and help. Breakfast was great and the overall ambiance of the place is very cool.

The mattress was a bit uncomfortable and the bathroom showed its age a bit, but overall nothing major, great authentic and hospitable Moroccan experience.

Was homeless first night as receptionist was not there.

The hotel is small and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was delicious too.

I was stranded in the streets first night as receptionist left. I messaged him on booking.com to tell him that my flight was delayed and I told that I will arrive 1 hour more than the time already agreed. I arrived and no one was there and he didn’t even answer or leave a message. Next day he was very defensive and confrontative. He was gaslighting me and telling lies. I had to de-escalate given he was threatening that the whole reservation can be cancelled and I won’t get a refund. I found the encounter intimidating and threatening even though I am an Arab male too. I was refused a refund too. Terrible customer service. Please bear in mind that someone have to let you in to the hotel every time you go back in so this situation can happen to you anytime during your stay.

Superb

Breakfast was served with fried egg, which is not really common in morocco, and I liked it. Host was not there when I arrived but still he helped me to find the accommodation. Housekeepers were very nice even thought we couldn't really communicate because of the language barrier. Cute little fountain, cozy and romantic interior.

I thought the location was good, it's closer to Bab (porta, gate to the medina), meaning easier to reach from the station or so. But after looking around the medina etc, it felt tooo far from the centre.
