Qualité des équipements, vue
Énorme coup de cœur pour le staff, d’une gentillesse inégalable
Merci à Kushal & Michael pour leur bonne humeur !
7.0 / 10.0
The serene location.
The view from the shore.
The beachfront location.
All the staffs were very nice and welcoming except reception staff.
The managers and supervisors were very efficient in making our stay comfortable after we had a sour start at reception.
Reception is horrible.
The receptionists are unfit to work at reception as they very poor in customer service skills.
They badly need more training otherwise they will give a hard time to guests.
This is a serious issue that needs to be addressed for the sake of the hotel’s reputation.

Cote humain -

The location is good the property though small maintenance is apt
The breakfast and the lunch and dinner room is small and congested. The trainee staff are rude and lack in manners the permanent staff is excellent the options for vegetarians are less especially Indian vegetarian

Hotel Staff are very cooperative, well trained, humble. ready to help always. But check-in lady was very rude during check in and inattentive.
Room size is very small, not same size as listed. However beds very comfortable , quality of cleanliness is perfect.
Food quality is not very impressive for vegetarians, however they accommodated vegetarians request, but very little choice. Meat eaters have 10 varieties of spread but for vegetarians just makeshift, Besides food quality is not impressive overall, poor taste, cold . Besides location of this property is worst, there is nothing around, totally into slums and fisherman colony, no sites nearby, faraway from any tourist locations or good beaches. On site beach front is very ugly , dirty and stinking. Not value for money for a bomb price for half board. No value for money . Even asking charge for in house complimentary tea-coffee, no towels on pool, activities are just okay. Good place for retired people, not for travelers or who are here to explore island due to its very bad location away from everything. But staff are super helpful.
7.0 / 10.0
1. Beautiful view from the balcony.
2. Spacious room and balcony.
3. Polite young staff and manager in the restaurant/bar (you know that if you tip, the service is definitely better immediately).
4. Diverse, spiced, tasty food - everyone will find something for themselves (all inclusive offer).
5. Tasty freshly made omelettes for breakfast.
6. The hotel offers many attractions for spending free time (cruise to the island and a glass-bottom boat cruise, additionally kayaks and pedal boats).
7. Plenty of sun loungers (by the pool) and a small private beach.
8. A 3* hotel, so by these standards it's quite okay (note: this is not a hotel for demanding guests).
9. Well-kept area around the hotel.
10. The air conditioning worked properly.
11. Easy to use safe.
12. A welcome drink without alcohol (in fact, you could add rum from Mauritius, it's a holiday after all!).
13. Room cleaned every day.
14. The lady who offered the free time activities was very polite and professional
15. Good Wi-Fi connection (except main restaurant).
16. Wonderful birds and their sounds throughout the day, and rooster crowing at dawn.
1. The smell in the room and no wardrobe.
2. Fruits only at breakfast and the worst coffee in the world, hotel should improve it.
3. Time 16:00 pancakes, the same every day, it's quite boring.
4. We wanted to shorten the stay (by half a day, covering partial costs). The receptionist (Francesca) told us that it would not be a problem to extend the day and cover part of the cost of about 2000 MUR (40 EUR), but you have to write it through booking. It turned out that after writing a request through the booking portal, the same hotel did not agree and we had to cover the full cost (7000 MUR, about 140 euros per night), we checked out before 6 pm. This is very unprofessional.
5. Before the stay, we sent a request about trips around the island. We got the answer that the hotel does not have such an offer. On the spot, it turned out that the hotel was thriving, offering private transfers to literally the entire island.
6. The magnetic card to the room was only used to open the door, all electronics work without using it.
7. Very unfavorable exchange rate at the hotel, it is better to exchange it at the airport or in Port Louis (1 EUR - 44 MUR, at the airport 48-49 MUR, in Capitol 49-50 MUR).
8. Several times we have witnessed a strange practice in the hotel, when the receptionist walks around with papers (copies of passports) and looks for specific guests in the crowd between the bar, restaurant and beach). Why is it not possible to call or go directly to the guests at the indicated room number and arrange the matter. It looked like the teacher was walking around the classroom looking for naughty students. We were one of them, where the receptionist accosted us at the pool. Very unprofessional approach to guests.
9. Twice we had situations where glasses and cups were dirty with lipstick. Staff only cleans the inside of the glasses (no washing on the outside). We have informed the staff, we hope that this situation will not happen again.

Beautiful pool and restaurant/bar by the sea. Rooms and facility were nicely decorated and equipped. Staff greet you with a drink, hot towel, and chair for check-in process. Restaurant food was good and plentiful. Definitely like to visit again but in a different room. Location was good and next to harbour and many boating activities. Streets were a bit narrow thru residential neighbourhood to the hotel but no problem finding it. Hotel had onsite parking and security gate to property.
We were located on the top floor overlooking the restaurant and pool, great views. Also on the top floor we’re the noise of birds and pigeons, and the balcony had insects and ants. Restaurant served buffet style food for breakfast and dinner. Only one night stay so our experience is limited.

The food and beverage as well as the entertainment staff were super friendly.
The resort was spacious and well maintained, enough lounge chairs for everyone.
Great staff members: Francesca (reception), Nihaal, Nishal, Karthil, Karuna and Devina (all food & beverage) - they were outstanding in their service and kindness. Very hospitable.
I mentioned I was vegan and was told via email I would be catered for. However I was left without dessert on a number of nights until I asked. Think more work is needed on vegan food (different to vegetarian)
Room bathroom was a bit outdated.

The views
The dinner buffet had nothing but stewed meat varieties and they weren't great
8.0 / 10.0
Polite staff.
Elegant garden, pools, beach with sunbeds overlooking the ocean, beautiful trees and flowers.
Rich breakfast with fresh omlettes, pancakes, fruits.
Rooms have a nice design with ratan furniture.
The restaurant is a bit out outdated.
The hangers in the room were shabby.
The floor from the rooms is made of concrete or something similar and being porous it's hard to clean, and has some dirty patches.
During the evenings from 9-11PM the hotel has different music activities and it gets very noisy during these hours, it's not relaxing at all if you just want to rest and listen to nature.

The atmosphere, the scenery and the hospitality was remarkably pleasant.
Food was yummy.
since its a 3 star hotel, it lacked activities and mojitos!!!

mostly everything is fine.
most pleasant hotel we stayed in mru.
just one suggestion. no drinking water in the room coz they said we booked half board package. but water is a basic for a room even someone just booked the room without any package. hope it can be improved. the cost is small but for traveller who enter the hotel the first thing they want to do is to drink water.

Hotel is clean and looks just as in the pictures. the man-made beach and infinity pool are lovely and nice places to hangout. The staff are excellent, always smiling and willing to help.
The buffet meals were not consistent, on some days the food variety was very limited especially at breakfast and on some days there’s was good variety with adequate Vegan options

The room was clean with amazing views and the staff were exceptional! Great service from start to end!
the lack of vegan buffet options but honestly, I was so happy to have been able to order specific vegan dishes and the staff were very accommodating.

Small and cosy hotel with service. The buffet that they offer over there is awesome and special compliments to the chefs, hats off!
The staffs were very friendly. Had a wonderful room with balcony and with pool view facing the sea. Will surely come back again just for the food 🔥
They should atleast do pest contol.
And there were not much channels to watch on the television, fortunately we had laptop so we could watch movies.

Food was great. 5* food
Room was nice with minifridge and drinks included and tv unit
Staff were arguing among themselves on front of us constantly which was weird...they dont seem to be professional but were friendly and nice towards us
Very limited drinks included in all inclusive package
Very limited watersport activities and activities in general
Bar closes too early and have only 1 snack (peanuts) that are served with drinks
