Best hotel we've ever stayed in!

One of the best hotels we've stayed at. The hotel and our room was absolutely beautiful - the pool was the perfect temperature, the room had an amazing bath and incense, the bed was so comfy, and the air conditioning literally saved us from the heat. I've also never experienced such amazing customer service - when we arrived, we were welcomed by the manager with mint tea and cookies, told us the history of the riad, and gave us a map with recommendations for restaurants, site seeing, etc, and how much items should cost when haggling! He also upgraded our room! Nadia was so attentive and kind, and even got me a cake for my birthday!! We had amazing breakfasts there both days, and were given fresh fruit and cold water for our room. I never wanted to leave the hotel, it was like an oasis. We will definitely be staying again!

The most perfect stay

The most perfect stay. We booked this Riad for my partners birthday and the staff really went above and beyond anything I could have ever expected. I cannot thank them enough for making our stay so special. The riad itself is unbelievably beautiful, with a pool (which is warm) and a stunning roof terrace that we ate breakfast on every morning we were there. The location is amazing and I just cannot put into words how wonderful our stay was. Thank you to all the staff there who made our stay truly unforgettable!

Moroccan hospitality at its best!

Everything I tell you about Riad Hikaya will not be enough to express how great and wonderful this place is. The Riad by itself, the breakfast, the amenities are wonderful, but what makes this Riad your best option inside the Medina is the staff and their true Moroccan hospitality. Everyone was more than amazing -specially Wadya, Abdou, Sara and Miriam- and really really went above and beyond to help us and make us feel comfortable and at home, even before we even arrived!!! We have never ever experienced this kind of attention to service and hospitality with heart. I could make a list of every detail and every little thing everybody made to make our stay pleasant, comfortable, smooth and unforgettable, but it would be too long for this review and I also don’t want to spoil the surprise. Thank you Riad Hikaya for a hospitality we will never forget and for making our stay in Marrakech even more delightful.

‘L’acceuil de ce pays est dans son sourire’. It was magical.

It was our first time in Marrakech. The riad was incredible. The most beautiful interior design and decoration, the pool was very nice and warm even if it’s inside the property. We enjoyed the breakfast on the rooftop. We would like to highlight the team and the manager. They were so nice and listening to our needs. Really, everything was perfect and we will make this place as our place to be everytime we travel in Marrakech.

We have no disappointments about the property.

The Riad was truly beautiful, really highlighted the Moroccan culture and every detail was thought off. the room was very clean and the little touches made it extra special. The staff were super helpful and really went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. They would add little treats on our bed every evening and even neatly put away our shoes etc. We had an amazing experience at Riad Hikaya, the location is very central, we walked everywhere and took a tuk-tuk when we got tired of walking. Breakfast everyday was delicious and would highly recommend the Hamman experience. Really would like to thank the staff for such a lovely stay !

Perfect

I've travelled quite a lot and this is definitely one of the best places I've ever stayed. The room was amazing... clean, comfortable and decorated beautifully. The staff went above and beyond to make it a perfect stay. Highly recommend!!!!

wonderful, fulfilled, and satisfied.

The whole aesthetic of the place is beautiful. The riad is very nice. But I think the most beautiful thing about the place are the stuff. They really go above and beyond, very accomodating, we were spoiled. They even surprised me with a cake. The manager brief us about the city with a little history and gave us a map which really helped, navigating around. Even told us the prices of things so we dont get scammed. On our last day we were given a room to wait for our flight bec our flight was late. Even the breakfast and dinner is good. The room always spotless, very clean.

Great Stay at Riad Hikaya with lovely staff who welcomed us warmly. Flowers and necklace were even offered! Location nearby iconic old Medina and Marrakech famous places. The architecture and design of the rooms are amazing aligned with Moroccan's style.

Everything was really perfect! The location of the Riad, in the Kasbah, was ideal, very close to Jemaa El Fna Square, but in a very quiet place. The decoration of the Riad is absolutely luxurious and superb, and so well mantained! The room, perfectly clean and spectacular. The breakfast is really fabulous. We had dinner in the terrace, and everything was delicious. The Massage at the Spa is also worthy, so you shouldn’t miss it. And of course, the Staff!! Everyone in Riad Hikaya makes your stay unforgettable, always attending your wishes with a warm smile. We’ll come back, with no doubt!

I stayed at Riad Hikaya while I was working a bit and to explore Marrakesh. It was such a lovely experience. The staff set me up well to navigate the streets as a solo female traveler. The riad was such an amazing place to return to after a day of walking around, with the pool, great service and excellent wifi. Highly recommend to any future travelers in Marrakesh

Very helpful staff

Riad was beautiful and the staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. We were at this Riad in the time of the lockdown due to corona virus with our 1 year old baby. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and reassuring during this difficult and uncertain time. Thank you to everyone at this Riad.
