The location and design of the property.
The cleanliness was very substandard.
10.0 / 10.0
Brilliant communication with the property manager, detailed instructions on how to access the property.
The location was brilliant, it could be a little noisy at times but this was during the weekend. Overall the location was amazing, the property was brilliant and I will be visiting again
Slow wifi
Noises from the bar below and the restaurants opposite. It was only at the weekend so it wasn't a problem for me.

Great location.

Great location and so handy for Plymouth, Dartmoor, Devon and Cornwall - lots to do within walking, bus or ferry distance meaning the car stayed at RWY a lot of the time. RWY has a great buzz about it at times and my favourite trip for some time was catching the ferry to Cremyll, walking to Cawsands and having a beer (or two) before getting the ferry back to the Barbican and then one back to RWY. Love the ferries and the cost to the barbican compares well with the bus or finding parking for those who might wonder about the cost!
Sadly, the apartment we had (15 Mills Bakery) was a bit cramped for two weeks and lacked storage and it felt and looked in need of an update. The ever helpful Plumlocations customer service team did their best to sort out those issues that could be sorted but I would stay in other apartments going forwards unless maybe it was just for a long weekend.
The weather was unsettled but got a few really nice days and used the less good ones to explore Plymouth - the Box and National Marine Aquarium as well as several of the hostelries!
10.0 / 10.0
cleanliness and property itself
facing of windows towards courtyard.
6.0 / 10.0
Nice big towels, comfy bed, kitchen had everything needed, property owner/manager 10/10
No coffee table, windows sealed so no fresh air, long walk to car if taking heavy luggage, felt cramped, glass wall for bed to hallway so if one when to sleep early, they would be disturbed by person staying up.

The apartment had everything you could need for a short stay. It was clean and well presented with excellent view of the harbour. We were so impressed that they included a cot and highchair for our use too.
The single pane window was a little drafty but that’s being nitpicky.

Well laid out apartment great location. Everything on there you need.
The bedroom blinds do not stop the street light from outside so a curtain would be handy.

The location was 10/10.
The apartment was amazing, so comfortable.
Check-in and out was so simple and communication was also great!
Wi-fi a little slow but we both have unlimited data so it wasn't a big deal.
Shower didn't drain well but again, not a big deal.

loved the royal William yard but there were a lot of people being loud at night outside and inside!

Great location
Long way from car to apt
7.0 / 10.0
great location, contemporary styling and modern facilities. Comfy beds
Bedrooms were facing the main road through the complex so it was quite noisy. the windows weren’t soundproofed so cars driving past on the cobblestones woke us early, as did the seagulls! Maybe some curtains would have helped with this instead of cheap metal blinds.
Bathroom floor leaked water under the floor tiles when you walked on them, and there were no hairdryers in the property so we couldn’t wash our hair.
Nespresso coffee machine was a nice touch but no coffee to use in it!
8.0 / 10.0
the location first. then our room was very pleasant. everything we needed was supplied and good quality
it was too warm and not easy to adjust the temp. other than opening the window, which we did
also it is advertised as sea view…. we did have a view of a marina, but inwould not call that a sea view.
7.0 / 10.0
functional and nice location
comfy bed and nice big fluffy towels
it looks a bit tired marks on the walls etc shower a bit scruffy
7.0 / 10.0
A great location and ambience.
Dishwasher basket was faulty. No frying pan. Residue found in saucepan needed to be cleaned before use. The ergonomics of the kitchen facilities could be better, kitchen needs to be redesigned. High cupboards were difficult. The hair dryer was missing, the only part found was the nozzle! Hair dryer fixed to wall would be a good idea.
6.0 / 10.0
location was fine but parking was a long way from room and when pouring with rain as it was we got very wet
Did not like the step down from the bed, no instructions on how to use the cooker and microwave

8.0 / 10.0

Some parts off property could have been a little cleaner eg black mould in bathroom sink floor round bin sticky
