Location was perfect for our concert across the road at the Chch Town Hall. 2 minute walk to the casino and restaurants.
Can’t fault it
4.1
Spacious with a heater in bathroom so no foggy mirrors. Lots of great lighting in bathroom to apply make up. Good views
My possessed television would switch off every 5 minutes

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was spacious, very clean and very well-equipped, and had good lighting for reading. Our bed linen was changed 3 times (without our asking) during our week's stay. The location was perfect: opposite the Town Hall, which is beside the River Avon with all the many walks and attractions of the buzzing city. The area was quiet, although only a few blocks from the city centre.
Everything was lovely - we hope to come back.

the room was well laid out and the bed was very comfy and everything else was very good
theshower partition was a little bit awkward

Very close to the CBD
No restaurant or cafe facilities

Kitchen upgrade was nice.
Staff were helpful to provide desk fans for the room and fix AC when requested.
No air circulation for either bedrooms. Lots of construction in car park and at washing room location.

Nice size apartment in central location.
Room wasn't ready on our arrival

Good location, clean and spacious.

Great location opposite the town hall. Good secure parking in the building for $10 per day. Big apartment. The apartment was quiet.
No air conditioning. Only one wall heater for the whole apartment. It did keep the apartment warn once we had been there one day. I would be worried the apartment would be hard to keep cool in summer. The TV channels didn't always work.

Good location
That we got a parking ticket on the parking area, for $65 next to hotel, at 8.01 am on a Sunday morning, with absolutely no other cars in the car park.
Thought we had paid for overnight, guess it finished at 8am
We parked there because hotel had no car parks available and were told the overnight rate was cheaper there than the hotel anyway, we’ll it turns out it’s not when you are 30 min late leaving car park it seems .

The location was excellent so we could be near the Railway station to train to Greymouth, and check out other exhibits in the inner city. I would recommend this this well presented block of apartments.

The location is great. Comfortable beds and two bathrooms.
We’ve stayed at the Fino a few times now, always great. Usually on the 4th or 5th floor facing the city, two bedrooms.
This time we were given level 3 at the rear looking to a brick wall and roof. They locked one of the bedrooms so we had no choice but to sleep in the back room where the elevator noise is. There was a buzzing humming noise all night from upstairs, quite loud, and the tv didn’t work properly. The complex wasn’t full so not sure why we received the one bedroom down stairs in stead of the usual 2 bedroom upstairs as booked. Not very good rooms level 3 at the rear and very noisy. Probably won’t stay again.

Great location and had everything we needed in the room.
No dishwasher available and the coffee downstairs needs improvement

We expected a double room but this turned out to be a large one bedroom flat
with a huge lounge/kitchen so we were very pleasantly surprised. As we had our own kitchen we could plan our own breakfast and evening meals which was excellent. The location is very good only some 10 minutes walk from the very centre of the town. The building survived the two earthquakes in 2010 and 2011 but was even so reinforced so it felt quite safe to stay in the building.
Nothing much to complain about, possibly though the fact that the windows were quite dirty and had probably not been cleaned for quite some time…

Fantastic staff
Bit damp smelling in some spots
4.1
The size of the Apartment
The Front Office Staff were amazing.
Housekeeping let the premises down. From day one things just didn't feel really clean. More like it had just been wiped over

Location
Large, light filled living space
The damp soil smell in the foyer

The rooms are very large and the bed was very comfy. The location is also within walking distance to everything. The staff are also lovely. We would definitely stay again.
The clothes dryer was very loud and the lint filter kept flying off the machine.

Spotless - Great staff
Walking distance to city centre. Just across the road from the lovely river walk.

Great big comfy bed, excellent location with nice view, good sized rooms with large tv. Friendly service and good parking.
Unfortunately the apartment had a slight musty damp smell, and the carpet is in pretty bad condition. The shower also needs a good scrub. Would be a great apartment with some updating.

I didn't go downstairs to dine.
I went to a Concert at the Town Hall across the road
A little bit dated. The shower over the bath was old and clunked some getting started. The pressure was weak and temperature luke warm.

Spacious, felt like a proper living area. We had gone to the snow at Mt.Hutt & decided to spend a couple days in Christchurch before flying home. Was so great to get all the kids dirty clothes washed/dried before flying home. So having a washer/dryer was great. The full kitchen was also a plus, as we could do our own breakfast. Good location only 5 min walk to the Margaret Mary playground and the cafe's on New Regent Street. 10min walk to the riverside markets, so really easy to get around. 12min walk to FreshChoice. Was an enjoyable stay. The bedroom was also big and had full sized wardrobe.
The decor could be updated, but didn't bother us as the room was functional and comfortable. As the full kitchen, washer/dryer and size of the space was great.
