房东很热心，提前联系，确认交通方式和预计到达时间，离开时协助安排了出租车，提供提前寄存行李的服务。入住后介绍房间设施功能、推荐周边餐厅及参观游览点等，房间也准备了地图、相关书籍等。公寓地理位置非常好，黄金三角的三家博物馆都方便步行前往，距离超市、餐厅都很近。公寓提供了洗衣机和洗衣液，并且我们每天利用小厨房准备早餐。总之在这里的三天比住酒店空间大、方便、自由度大，感到非常满意。

浴缸墙壁能否按装个防滑杆，进出有些滑。

We wanted to stay so much longer and will seek out this apartment next time we’re in Madrid

A very comfortable, quiet, clean, spacious property in a wonderful part of Madrid - close enough to the central sites but within its own delightful neighbourhood. Plenty of bars and restaurants close; supermarket very close too - everything a traveller could need. Close to Anton Martin tube station and market. Host provided traveller essentials such as washing machine liquid for us to use.

Super stay in the heart of Madrid !

The apartment was perfect and very well maintained and had everything that was needed. An Excellent location in the heart of Madrid so everywhere is a walking distance. Cesar is an excellent host, he welcomed us on arrival, showed us the apartment and gave us a lot of advises.

Well located, and comfortable!

The apartment is an extremely excellent location. No attraction was further than 30 minutes on foot. The apartment had all the conveniences for a 5 day stay. It is a bit dated. The place is fully equipped and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The hosts had some essentials available like milk, sugar, coffee pods etc. A supermarket Dia is just a block away. As well there are many restaurants and bars close by. The hosts left lots of information for us to use to explore Madrid and very user friendly maps.

The Internet was highly unstable which ended up costing us some roaming charges.

Our time in Madrid was enhanced through having such great accomodation.

The apartment was in an excellent location, quiet but close to the centre of Madrid. Hosts were absolutely amazing - helpful and accomodating providing great ideas and suggestions. Car parking great as in building. Apartment had all needed facilities and was very comfortable.

Perfect location with plenty of room and great hosts.

Fantastic location! Right near the Prado, this property is really good to stay in. Clean and spacious, it has all you could need for a stay in Madrid. Great hosts too - Cesar and his family are really pleasant and so helpful. The apartment has really good security, and a lift - great with a lot of bags. It is in a vibrant area that has lots of drinking and tapas options - and not far from the train station. The property is well stocked on arrival with milk, bread, tea, coffee, water etc. Well thought out.

The only negative was the air conditioning was not working in the building. While fans were supplied - which was great, it did mean leaving windows and doors open to allow air to flow through - and noise...... This is the only reason I gave it a 9. Otherwise a 10.

This was our 5th stay in Madrid, but a new neighborhood. A very enjoyable stay.

The host provided clear information before our arrival and met us in the lobby. The workings of the unit were explained and also the area nearby. The unit is nicely furnished and there is plenty of space for our stuff. Host provided coffee pods, sugar and milk. Also there were pots and pans and utensils. Meal preparation was easy.

An anti slip pad in the bath/shower.

The accommodation was absolutely great. A quiet apartment that is well equipped. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is centrally located in Madrid and it is easy to visit all the sights. I would recommend the accommodation to everyone.

Exceptional

Room was clean and came with everything we need. Location is excellent, walking distance to museums, restaurants, shops and public transportation. Taxi very easy to find. Host is extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone who's visiting Madrid.

Check-in took a bit of time because we didn't receive instructions beforehand. Someone living inside the building dialed 26 for us and host answered the door right away.

Bright, comfortable apartment in a fantastic location with kind, helpful hosts

Such a clean, comfortable, well-equipped apartment in a really fantastic location. Lots of bars, cafes, shops, and a little supermarket right on the doorstep (so you get an interesting view from the balcony too), but still the apartment was quiet and private. It is a very short walk to the Prado and other significant museums, and easy to get to from the airport by taxi/Uber. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful - really lovely people!

Exceptional

A comfy quiet apartment close to everything. Well equipped and we really appreciated basic provisions of things like salt, oil and sugar and provisions for our first breakfast. The owner was a gem: there was a map of the neighbourhood marked with his recommended restaurants, cake shops and provision stores which we thoroughly enjoyed exploring. He also volunteered to organise a taxi for our early morning flight. Thank you Cesar for all your care.

Exceptional

What a great apartment to stay in the center of Madrid. It is closed to all restaurants and attractions. The bed is the best we ever had in Europe. The apartment is clean, bright and spacious. The shower is strong and hot. The host was very accommodating with all our needs plus arranging our taxi to the airport. I will recommend this apartment to anyone.

We had a great stay! Tapas/drinks and museums at walking distance and metro not far away.

1) The location - very close to the Prado area (as announced) and also at the heart of a very lively area with great options to eat and drink. 2) The host - very friendly, available and effective. 3) The building - despite not being a recent construction, it is solid, with well isolated windows, entrance with reception...

EVERYTHING! location was fantastic, the apartment was beautiful. The owners couldn’t have been more helpful/friendly! I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The apartment was beautifully kept, the bed was unbelievably comfy. We didn’t want to leave.

Convenience, comfort, and hospitality- what else could you ask for?

great location, near the Prado and a street (Calle de Jesus) that is filled with tapas restaurants; our room, however, stayed nice and quiet. Our host, Cesar, was a true gentleman. He let us in, showed us the general layout and provided recommendations. He also checked in with us several times to make sure we were happy. We could not have been happier with our choice.

Best choice on the Paseo!

LOCATION! It's in the center of Cortes, the center of tapas world, the center of the Paseo del Artes. HOSTS! They live on the same floor and were always available, friendly, helpful. SPACE! It is huge for a city-center property, newly remodeled, and everything you need is there. Four different coffee makers!!! Light, breezy, open. Five-piece tile bath. PRICE! But we won't talk about that. Let's just keep it our little secret.

I'm picking at nits here. My pillow was a little too firm? The only annoyance is that the thermal safety circuit in the bathroom ceiling light is wearing out and the bulbs cycle off and on. Easy to fix with new LED bulbs.
