The facilities were very nice , but unfortunately the sauna was out of order.
Unfortunately the room was not what we were expecting. It is advertised a lot larger, I stayed in a 2 bedroom sky apartment with another couple and there were only 3 chairs and a tiny square table.
When our room got cleaned there were only 1 set of fresh towels meaning 2 people missed out on clean towels, we ran out of toilet paper and had to grab more from front desk as it was not restocked. And there’s was no body wash :(
I was definitely disappointed in this stay as it is advertised to be so spacious and beautiful.
On top of that there were stained all over our bedhead and tissue paper stuffed in the door jam to keep it closed 🫤

The views across the city and bay are lovely - incredible floor-to-ceiling windows in the bedroom overlooking the city. I paid extra for the Sky view.
I travelled alone with my baby in a pram. The entry is locked and I was unaware that there are stairs and I had no help to get the pram up the stairs. I had to enter via a bar next door that had an accessibility lift, but the level to get off at was confusing and once on the right level, the door was also locked. I was let in by international students who felt bad for me as my baby was very upset at this stage as he was hungry.
The tap in the kitchen did not work and had to get water from the bathroom. The tap itself was about to fall off - the entire unit needs replacing.
The floors were covered in human hair - it was all over my baby's knees when he crawled. The kitchen bench tops, floors and rugs were unclean and the items on the bench had old dirty water underneath them. The oven knobs fell off.
The shower shelf and bathroom mirrors were very old and worn and needed replacing. Mould on bathroom tiles.
We went to the pool on level 8, yet we were unable to gain entry as my card did not work. One of the appeals of this property was the pool.
I ordered UberEats as it was too late and dark to venture our with a baby and the lift took over 10 mins to get to our floor and another 5 to get to ground. There is no reception in the lifts. Our Ubereats delivery driver had to leave as they couldn't get access to the reception desk to drop the items and were unable to contact me as I was stuck in the lift with no reception. I also allowed 5 mins before they arrived to get to ground just incase. When I tried to get back up to the room, my card stopped working and had to be replaced another 2 times. It took over 20 minutes to get back up to my room.
The line for the lifts is very long, so allow at least 15 minutes of waiting in line to get to the lift and 5- 10 minutes to get to your floor, particularly if you are on a higher level.
As there is wind coming from the lifts, the doors make a lot of noise when closed, like someone is trying to open them

Property was nice and clean.
Good for families.
The pillows are way to high and 2 out of the 3 lifts were out of service during check in was not working making the wait to get to your rooms sooo long. Was not staff fault just an inconvenience to everyone.

Was clean and functional. Good value.
The lift took forever to work. The room was functional but not inviting. The beds were tiny.

Location, Swimming facilities (although Outside spa was not operating) staff were great, many restaurants available at the base. Close to Melbourne Central
Elevator waits. Way too long waiting then over crowded. Not nice coming from Pool and having to wait damp, then get into crowded elevator

Great value for money, on the tram line, near the Queen Vic markets, Woolworths & BWS. Apartment was clean, comfortable & had almost everything we wanted!
If we had to find one thing it would be that there was no drawer space in the wardrobe, but that’s all!

location was great - very central and ample supermarkets nearby
the elevators - incredibly slow and only three operating and constantly crowded - anyone in high floors experiences incredible delays

i liked the location and the view from the rooms and was also clean
the bathroom vent didn’t work which meant the bathroom had a funky smell that spread throughout the whole apartment because it was wet and moist from the vent not working. there were no power points in the bathroom which didn’t make sense i had to do my hair in the kitchen which was a bit inconvenient. there is also a drain under the sink that didn’t have a cover so it was just an open drain which could of also contributed to the weird smell and had to be careful that nothing was dropped when we would use the bathroom to make sure it didn’t fall down the drain. the vent not working in the bathroom make it difficult to shower as it would get extremely hot and steam up the whole bathroom.

View was outstanding inside apartment very clean.
Ran out of detergent first day as only one sachet. Not replenished when serviced kitchen not wiped and no replacement tablet for dishwasher. Pool area tiles slippery and edges of spa and bathroom dirty. Key cards kept failing. Sauna and steam room door were broken. Hallway smelt bad.

Excellent views of the city. The room surpassed our expectations with plenty of kitchen tools, all appliances you generally need, a full sized fridge with dishwasher and washing machine. The furniture was comfortable, the beds were divine and the shower had excellent pressure and quality shampoo etc provided.
I had an issue with the key access in the lift to select our floor, but the staff instantly checked the key card and provided me with a replacement card and a spare. We went out for the evening and returned after the front desk had closed, and access was quick, safe and secure.
We will definitely be booking to stay here again.
My only complaint if you can call it one is that they do not have their own parking but there are several parking facilities within a block or less from the front door and a voucher was provided for certain parking places.

A well-equipped apartment in a convenient location.
Floor to ceiling glass on the 42nd floor was disconcerting for my partner.

Just the Location.
Asked me for $150 deposit on the day of arrival at the reception, which was not even mentioned in the Booking Advertisement......I told them I don't have, and she said I can't enter the room...Is this ethical, professional, fair and.....I still haven't received my deposit money of $150 till now(after 5 Working/business days)....I'm extremely unhappy and disgusted with this behaviour.....I will take this matter further if I don't receive it by Monday the 22th January 2024..

Street location wasn’t too bad not really good value for money though bed was comfortable
I booked a sky view room at an extra cost with advertising of a city view … we were on the 42nd of 60+ floors with no view (looking straight into another building full of windows we had to close down our blinds for privacy, sauna wasn’t working only 1 lift was working, taking 15-20 minutes to enter and exit no entry to building upon arrival, we had to wait until someone left the building to enter

Extremely Unclean. As soon as you enter the apartment it stank of strong food smell. The cooker has not been cleaned properly as there were food stains all over it. Carpets were so dirty and being beige colour light carpets it was a quiet unpleasant. The pillows were limply as a pan cake so uncomfortable to sleep on. The quilt covers were far too short to the bed. Each night we had to untuck it out of the bed to properly cover ourselves.

We paid for a view and didn’t get view. Was told only “some” rooms have smart tvs but ours didn’t so we could only watch channel 9,7,10 and abc, there was no facility parking but they told us to park at cbd car park around the corner as we will get a discount for staying with them our car got smashed and broken into completely thrashed. Our towels were dirty same with the bed sheet. House keeping just walked in without knocking or anything when we spoke with reception they told us we didn’t have a do not disturb sign on so they thought they could, but they didn’t even give us that information or the sign so how were we supposed to know overall we had a shocking experience never recommend

Great location, great facilities.
Very small room, lack of storage, uncomfortable beds (size and linen).

68th floor Skye Apartment - the view of Melbourne city was immaculate - the apartment was clean and very comfortable - especially the bed! The shower was hot and strong. Was equipped with everything we needed for the few days we were in the city. Only heard other occupants if slamming doors closed - otherwise very quiet.
Reception staff always very helpful and courteous - easy access with the key/card. Held our bags while we explored the area, then called us when check-in was ready.
not a deterrent - but the time it took for elevators to the 68th floor -understandably. The toilet roll holder is a little too close for comfort when sitting - but there really isnt anywhere else to put it - bathroom is quite compact. Nothing else to nit-pick.

First night they mucked up my booking so i stayed on the 15th floor

Our top floor room with it's view was amazing! Loved having a kitchenette for the kids, too. The spa was beautiful and warm!
We felt the indoor pool was a little too cool, especially as it's advertised as being heated! The kids couldn't really swim in it as it was a bit chilly in winter time!

Location is good very convenient
Service, cleanlines, the room is SUPER SMALL. And it was the apartment that even australian government commented that it is so small that it can't be living to standard living.
