3.8
Happy with the service
Just one issue, they put me and my daughter below entertainment what was quite loud and didn’t finish quite late
3.8
Think its vwey good to go with kids love that they have kids entertainment for them.
3.8
Very quiet and peaceful
How far it is from the main centre
3.8
We liked the entertainment and and staff members were really good and polite
Evening meal on Tuesday my husband was very sick afterwards I left mine, and mattress in our room was awful complained and the manager was fantastic her got us another room
3.8
Very friendly hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Clean room. Stayed in a house next to the hotel. Lovely modern room. My daughter stayed in the hotel.
It was very windy so having to keep going outside with my granddaughter was a bit annoying and we weren’t informed of this when booking.
3.8
It was a nice quiet location but not too far out! Good pool for the kids!
Member of staff who greeted us on arrival was not very pleasant
Beds were extremely uncomfortable
3.8
Lovely clean hotel with great indoor and outdoor pool facilities
Nothing other than being quite a way out of town but I knew that
3.8
It's absolutely fabulous. Staff went above and beyond to make my daughters birthday special. The room was great, lovely and clean as was the lobby and dining room. Enjoyed the use of the pool, didn't manage time to use outdoor pool. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be back.
Only complaint would be the water pressure in the shower, but that doesn't really matter
3.8
It was a place to stay for me and my family. Good entertainment and friendly staff. Easy access on the tram to the centre.
The pool didn’t seem clean. It was quite murky.
The ground floor where the restaurant and lobby was glamorous but the rooms seemed outdated. The bathrooms were up to date baring in mind.
I didn’t like having to go down at 2am to complain about rowdy residents below us.
3.8
Nothing unfortunately.
It felt run down, drunken guests woke us regularly through the night shouting at each other and at other people through the windows. The pool and pool was murky and the surrounding felt dirty so we didn't swim. The beds were small and wobbled about if either person moved. The tap dropped, the floors creaked every time someone walked past, the walls were thin so could hear anyone walking by talking. Strange loud mechanical noise in the morning, not sure what it was but it kept going till we left. It's such a shame, we'd been really looking forward to it.
3.8
Excellent food and decent sized bathroom.
3.8
The room was spacious and had a double bed, the en-suite was clean and the added toiletries were a lovely touch. I had dinner in the evening in the restaurant down stairs and it was fabulous. Service was excellent.
My only recommendation would be to update the shower system it had the one attachment in the wall that could not be moved or lowered and as a lady I would have appreciated it to be moveable. other then that perfect.

Didn’t have breakfast
The room I was in

2 adults 3 kids …. Had an enjoyable stay in the annexe
Outdoor pool ideal 👍🏻however could do with more chairs to accomadate usage and better drink selection - indoor pool 👎🏼
Close to shop and tram stop
Would stay there again
Indoor pool needed cleaning up
More chairs and better drink selection at outdoor pool

Not clean. Old decor. Amazing staff, pools great for the kids but need some TLC, full of hair, no filter, cloudy water. Food was below average. Staff excellent.
3.8
The lounge areas were nice. Entertainment on our first night was fabulous, however The Greatest show was mediocre.Indoor Swimming pool was 3ft deep no good for adults
Double bed was a 3 quarter bed , breakfast left a lot to be desired poor value for money
3.8

Loved the modern decor. The entertainment and leisure facilities. Great little stay in Blackpool
The bed wasn't very comfy
3.8
Staff were all lovely, tram stop just across the road. Spotlessly clean everywhere.
Parking was just on street where you could find a space, although there is a space at the side of the hotel.
Bunk bed was creaky.
3.8
The staff were very friendly and the food was excellent as always
The only thing was the shower in the room took a while to get it to the right temperature Everything else was spot on
3.8
Decor and furnishings etc lovely . Lots of places to sit and enjoy a drink and look out to sea. Staff very friendly and helpful / particularly the bar staff. Parking available. Daily cleaning of room. Good value. Entertainment great although extremely loud. Kids team fab. Pool and jacuzzi was great. Good bar snack menu. Tram stop right outside
Small niggles - despite paying in full on arrival, hotel still insisted on a £50/night ‘retainer’. They said this wouldn’t come out of our account but it did - everyone was complaining about this as not everyone has this money to spare. Also wanted a £10 deposit per additional room key. No hooks anywhere in room or bathroom to hang coats, dressing gown etc, no real vegetarian breakfast options and no option to just have cereal and toast, fruit juice very watered down, only found out about vege dinner options on last night as these weren’t advertised anywhere. Loo roll very thin and cheap. Dressing table chair too low to see in mirror.
3.8

3.8
plenty of seating areas in the lounge and beds very comfortable
long wait for lunch to be served
3.8
Dinner was excellent. Breakfast n/ a
Lift ok for 2 or 3 .
No obvious signposting , if any , of swimming pools or steam room..Car parking down side of hotel . Cars blocking each other so keys to be left at reception to allow staff to move cars for access or to allow exit.
3.8
The Breakfast room was very good . Service was excellent for cooked food, serve yourself table for cereals fruit and juices was well stocked. We did not look at the pool room. Very helpful friendly staff throughout the hotel.
Nothing really. As renovations that have been done on the lower floors are superb, if the upper floors are treated the same the hotel would be superb.
