The host was absolutely lovely. She couldn't do more for us. The room was comfortable and clean. We did have an issue with the toilet, but we were quickly given access to a vacant room to use the bathroom in there. The breakfast was really nice, good amount and a good selection of cereals. The location was fantastic for us. Close to the Lego event we were attending but also close to the tram station so very easy to get down to the amusements. There was parking to the front of the hotel which again was perfect for us.
Nothing. All was really nice.

The host was very welcoming and made us feel very comfortable and at home. The room was very clean and gave us everything we needed to make our stay pleasant.
Breakfast was very good and the service was very efficient.
Excellent value for money.
Unfortunately I didn't find the bed very comfortable (although my husband said it was fine) and the decor was a little tired.

A home from home. Annette looked after us really well. Nothing was too much bother. The hotel was a few minutes walk from the tram which runs regularly into Blackpool but far enough away from the hustle and bustle for some tranquility and quiet time. Thank you for a lovely stay

Not far from the tram stop
Old creaky beds, damp/mold in the corner

the proprietor was very sweet helpful and accommodating
it was a little further from the center of town than I expected but that's ok because there is a regular tramway service close by

Annette the owner was lovely
Location lovely and quiet
Very very unclean - hairs in the bed, mirrors filthy, dust everywhere, floors not hoovered, dirty sink
Dirty linen left in the lift
No choice for breakfast and it comes too quick.. no chance to even eat a yoghurt or cereal before it’s put in front of you
No brown bread
Bed uncomfortable
Only one bath towel provided
Kids and dog being so noisy in the kitchen during breakfast

there was nothing we didn’t like about it

Very nice welcome by Annette, the hotel is in a quite residential street with the main tram link to Blackpool just at the end of the road making it a perfect stay for visiting a show in Blackpool. Room 7 located overlooking the front street but very quite and peaceful sleep. Write that book Annette :)

It was lovelly. Was a short walk to beach. It was far enough away from pleasure Beach so no late night drunks fighting etc.
So I was very happy.
We could of driven, taken taxi ,or got a £6 day ticket for both trams and busses. We had no problems at all .
Loved Annette and Mia . So freindly and happy.
Annette has a great sense of humour too. 💖💖.
Only 1 word of warning MAKE SURE YOU CLOSE THE DOOR QUIETLY. As it can be quite loud. It caught myself and daughter the first day .that was fine . We learned lol.
It was so peacefull I slept so soundly. Clean and comfey 👍.
Ooh something else that caught me out 🤣🤣🤣. The lift ? It has a MANUAL outer door. ( you open it yourself. ) Well I got in a few times. Pushed the button. Then I waited and waited for outer door to open by itself 🤣🤣🤣🤣DUH !!!.
Well we booked in for 2 nights. Then had 1 more as we had so much fun.
I AM GOUNG BACK AGAIN 100%
Yes VERY HAPPY .👍👍👍👍👍
The lift door on ground floor IF ??? IF someone doesn't close it properly then a healthy person has to nip down and close it.
NOT A COMPLAINT .

Dogs barking in rooms wasn't great, and the lack of complimentary toiletries was surprising

Quiet location with easy tram access to town centre and parking. The room was cosy and warm with all you need for a short stay. The breakfast was very nice.
You would be nit pick to find faults. Accept it's a little dated, but that's not a problem. So no issues for us.

Clean, no frills and excellent value for money. Free off street parking. Breakfast was a full cooked English, with any additional request catered for.
Nothing to complain about, I got what I paid for.

The hosts are absolutely lovely, friendly and welcoming. The area is great as it out of the way of the hustle and bustle and you can easily get to all that as the tram is at the bottom of the road! Breakfast was lovely and just what we needed after being out for NYE! When we visit again we would definitely see if there is any room here first! Xx lovely break - thank you! It was myself, my partner and our two boys aged 12 and 13. They had a twin we had a double. The hotel is lovely and cosy and the bed was bliss! It was nice to have parking too!
Nothing to say here!

Location was good, quite near to the front with tram connection to the south, and shops and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious enough with a bay window view out to the front of the property. Breakfast was adequate. The communal areas have nice new carpets. It was reasonably clean throughout.
There were no bedside tables or plug sockets near to the bed head. The toilet did not flush well. The mattress was a little too soft and lumpy. The landlady was welcoming but rather brash, and a somewhat rude to another guest who was asking about parking facilities. There was no brown bread available for breakfast.

Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. My room was warm comfortable abd very clean. They accepted my dog willingly.
Nothing for the price. Excellent value.
