Alles prima in orde! Een aanrader om te verblijven.

Ligging, behulpzaam personeel, goed schoon en veel faciliteiten.

Het enige minpuntje is het koude water met douchen

Atencion y habitacion y cama perfecta

Desayuno variado, pero la bolleria industrial, baja calidad.

Y las cenas igual de baja calidad-precio. Algo se salvaba como el pollo y el conejo. Los postres menos las frutas, baja calidad en dulces y pasteles.

Propre, bien situé, personnel professionnel et aimable, chambre en bon état et bon choix des matériaux et de la déco. Ménage effectué chaque jour sans même le demander 👍🏻le temps de revenir de la plage Buffet énorme

Hotel sympa mais pas reposant

le buffet est très bon et la déco est sympa. le Restaurant italien accolé à l'Hôtel est sympa aussi.

Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées, on entend tous ce que font les gens dans les autres chambres, les portes qui claquent etc. Les lits sont pas confortables. Nous avons mal dormi, impossible de se reposer.

Triathlon competition - Excelent choice!

The hotel staff was very kind and friendly. I went for a competition in Calella and the truth is that my 1-day stay was superb. They prepared an early breakfast for us at 5am, we were able to take a shower after check-out, and there was no problem leaving the bicycle in the storage room. The room with sea views was very large, comfortable. a 10 out of 10 I was very happy with the service provided

great place at the beach with amazing food

good rooms, nice view to the sea (we got an upgrade to the Seaview room, thanks!). very tasty food, we have take half board and also lunch sometimes, I was really amazed by how great the food is!!! Entertainment was also very good, very dynamic Spanish lady :)

Great buffet. Close to the beach and train station. Coupon for free kayaking.

The water tank in the toilet was filling up to half so had to flush the toilet several times. Reported to the reception, but it wasn't fixed.

Amazing location, lovely staff, great breakfast. Will stay here again if returning to this area.

Amazing location (about 2 minutes' walk from the beach, if that!) and lovely staff. We were really happy with the room - we chose a seafront suite, well worth it! Breakfast was great, with lots of choices.

Bathroom needs an update, it doesn't fit with the rest of the experience.

Very good

Staff is friendly. Visited end of May so not too busy. It's nice for a mini break and close to the trainstation.

It's a bit outdated, it's rooms might need some love in yhe coming years.

It was great

The food was really good. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The staff was really nice too. The hotel is just 2 min from the beach and it's close to the train station. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. We really liked the place

Lovely hotel - fantastic staff

Staff were brilliant, so helpful and cheerful - there was a good choice for breakfast (usual stuff) - Nice hotel - decent location - very clean and comfortable -

Only negative was the pool area which was ok but a bit small and a sun trap (too hot) - The soft drinks round the pool were expensive (2.70 for the tiny 275ml bottles) and it was also a bit weird going to the bar to order for them to insist they follow you back to your lounger and bring the drinks to you (a bit unnecessary and felt like a way to embarrass you into a bigger tip having already paid more than ten euros for 4 tiny little bottles in the first place) ... Needless to say, we only did a couple of hours at the hotel pool and went the beach or out for the rest of the holiday

Great staff, modest hotel, awfull surroundings.

The staff is amazing, they are professionals and more than that I think some of them are really good people and nice besides their responsabity at the job. Nice team! The cleaning services are the best!

The hotel is old dated, a little bit rusty, the pool is small. The breakfst is diverse but cheap, tasteless and the same ham, cheese and jam. The surroundigs are awfull, the train, the cars, loud music on the beach combined with the even louder at the bar next to the hotel. The entrance in the water is abupt and the beach is acceptwble but small. Overall is like everyone is somewhere else looking for the real thing and here are the people that hanging around by a reason or another, maybe they rented in the area and it is difficult to move everyday. The train is usefull for those who plan to visit Barcelona or other cities around.

* the beach and the water are absolutelly beautiful (we were there middle of July) * not to many tourists, my guess is this town is a bit farhter from the hotspots. there were other hotels, but I felt like there were not as many people around as one would expect * the food in the buffet and the amount of the different choices * good location if you have a car and want to explore Costa Brava * everything was very clean, the staff really looks after keeping it that way * pillow menue (I got a harder one since the standart once are so soft you practically lie on the mattress)

* we had a duplex on the highest floor and at arrival the rooms were scrotching hot, especially the upper room. I wish the staff would think of turning on the air conditioner when expecting guests. *also the air conditioners are both loud and kept us up at night. The one on the upper room is old, louder and doenst work well, so the room didnt cool down much * the sleeping couch was old, loud and uncomfortable * the pool is very small, I cant imagine how to use it (with the amoutn of guest the hotel can host) when the sea is not warm enough to bath in it. so i really only recommend this hotel in the warmer seasons when you can swim in the sea * i never stayed with full-board at a hotel so maybe its common and i just didnt know, but i was very surprised that you even have to pay for water. or are not allowed to bring your own drinks. so if you have luch/dinner, you will have to pay extra for drinks

Stay was excellent! Location and the breakfast were 10/10!

The location was fantastic! The breakfast was amazing - one of the best buffet breakfasts we've experienced and we have traveled to over 30 countries.

The only thing I'd change is to update the bathroom.

Very good

We have been off-season so haven't used all facilities hotel offers (like pool). Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Very good location. Our rates very very good quality for value.

Even hotel looks modern from outside and also all common space is very modern, a bit outdated furniture. Quite small room for 3 persons. Mattress not comfortable at all. Quite loud ventilator (air condition system) during night.

Great location and staff, good facilities and breakfast, poor cleanliness

The location is excellent and the staff super kind. Special mention to Pau the massage therapist and the breakfast team. The gym is big and the breakfast very varied.

The lack of cleanliness. The floors in te room were a bit dirty and I found a ball of hair inside the blanket they left for my baby.

We had a relaxing stay!

The room was spacious with an upstairs area for a fold out sofa bed for the kids which gave us the opportunity to have some space from each other when needed! The balcony was nice, though quite small and the terrace at the top was larger, but we did not use this. The rooms were cleaned each day. The pool area never seemed to be too crowded and we could always find a lounge chair. The pool is probably smaller than the photos led us to believe, but it wasn not a problem. There was also table tennis by the pool which was free to use. In the bar area there was a pool table (2 Euro per game) and quite reasonably priced drinks and food. Across the road at the beach it was clean and a lovely place to swim, though does get deep very quickly. There are lovely beach bars and our favourite was Tiare where we spent some lazy afternoons having tapas and drinks. We had half board (breakfast and dinner) however there was the opportunity to swap dinner for lunch on any given day. Breakfast was very good with hot and cold options and dinner had a good variety of meat and salads available. Drinks are not included with dinner (not even water).

It would have been nice for water to be included with dinner as you were unable to drink from the taps in your room so all of your water needed to be purchased. Whilst the temperature is not all that hot (around 30 degrees), the humidity was between 60-80% so it felt very hot. Pineda de Mar is not a pretty town and whilst there are a few large hotels such as this one, the rest of the town is very low key. The beach is lovely though!
