Excellent location at Salento

The breakfast was excellent! The staff super friendly made me felt like home. The location was superb with the beautiful view to El Valle del Cocora.

Lo mejor, las vistas!

Las vistas son impresionantes, desayunar contemplando el paisaje del eje cafetero es un lujo.

Las instalaciones son correctas, la habitación es espaciosa pero le falta algo de mantenimiento. Durante nuestra estancia nos quedamos doce horas sin agua, algo que parece que es común en esa zona.

Very nice view from terrace, friendly staff, the breakfast was good.

Small room and bath with almost no place to put your things. The WiFi signal didn't work in our room.

Armonía visual y sensorial

Es demasiado bello, las imágenes que tiene booking están desactualizadas, es decir, el lugar lo remodelaron y es tremendamente hermoso, tiene un mirador 10/10, la atención de los empleados es muy buena, son cálidos y atentos, vale la pena estar en Salento y quedarse en este hotel ❤️

Great place

The view was amazing and the room had everything to make you comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would book again!

There was construction, renovation when we were there, which was a bit annoying.

Great staff, amazing view, do not get the standard room

The staff was really great. They were great at accommodating our large car. The view is spectacular. The breakfast offered several options which was nice.

Unfortunately they are expanding so there is currently construction going on that partially obstructed the view. The towels were old and thin. Our “standard” room did not have a view. We had one frosted window that opened to a wall.

Amazing views

We stayed in an amazing room with the most beautiful view (with jacuzzi). The jacuzzi is not the most comfortable but the views from balcony are astonishing. We were offered breakfast in the room and we enjoyed the views from our room. The hotel is situated at the top of a hill near the mirador de Salento with same views. The owner helped us organise a bike tour and gave us restaurant recommendations and couldn't be more helpful.

The room was only available one night! Wished we could have stayed longer.

people should know it’s extremely loud. You could hear the voices of everybody in the hallways. I was shocked by loudness. You could hear the people upstairs and all the showers when they run.

Very disappointing

The views from the back were lovely.

Upon arrival we had booked a transfer through the hotel. The transfer was 30 mins late due to traffic. Owing to the traffic on the way from the airport, travelling to the airport we arranged the transport to give time for traffic. They managed to be an hour late even though staff had assured us it was going to be on time. The rooms are very basic with only a fan. The views from the front of the hotel are disappointing with lots of loud construction going on.

Beautiful views and good location.

Amazing views. We also had a room with a spa on the balcony and that was fantastic. 5 min walk into town was convenient.

Love the location (10 min. walk from the main street) and the amaaaazing view from the room looking over the valley, good price/quality, free coffee/tea during the day

The breakfast is quite basic. We had very low water pressure in the bathroom and only cold water, so we were not able to use the shower for three days (but this didn't really bother us).

Paradise in Salento with georgeous views

This an absolutely must stay when you are in Salento. As soon as we arrived we were thrilled by the views from the terrace over mountains and whole landscape. in the room there is everything you need (except hairdryer) and the shower with hot water and good pressure is also very nice. We highly appreciate that the staff speak english as it is rare in Colombia. They were so nice and polite. Breakfast was delicious and with the views from the terrace it tasted even better. This was one of our favorite stay in Colombia.

as it is in the humid locality, the room was very humid too, and we can smell it on the bedsheets. some were fine but most of the were musty. and we hated that we needed to leave this gorgeous place sooner, because our flight was rescheduled on the last possible moment.

Location is good, close to the street where you can take Willys to move around the area. Beautiful views from the dining area. Friendly staff.

Our room was cold and humid and so the smell. Disappointing that in an area so famous for its delicious coffee, the hotel serves very low quality one to its guests.
