Location, room was a good size, Best hot shower!
bathroom was a little tight.
Breakfast was ok. Bed was too firm for our liking.

The staff and the food was very good.
Since the place is located in the middle of the town, it is very noisy and the door and windows are not isolated. But rather than that everything is amazing

Great location in the center of salento. Very nice staff.
Poor breakfast. It was the month of the virgin so at 5h30am the church started playing very loud music very nearby for 30min. It was awful but not the fault of the hotel

This is a gorgeous place to stay, right in the centre of town (everything less than 5 mins walk away). The vibe was more of a hotel than a hostel. Really kind and helpful staff, who spoke English and went above and beyond to help me during my stay. Exactly like the photos. Super clean, and recently updated, rooms. Really comfy bed. Hot showers with good water pressure. My private room included breakfast each day, and was cleaned each day, too.
Just two small things: 1. It was pretty noisy overnight. It's an old building, so understandably there is no sound proofing. I was woken up several times each night/early morning by people talking on the street, motorbikes going past, roosters crowing, etc. I think it just comes with the old style of the building and the location (pretty close to the main square). If you definitely need a good night's rest, I would recommend booking a place on the outer streets of the town. 2. The bathroom was pretty cramped.

The location of the hostel is great, not far away from the main square. The room was clean and big and the staff were super friendly. We left early on our last day and they prepared breakfast to go, as breakfast started later in the day.
The shower had no pressure so it took ages to wash our hair. The bathroom could be better ventilated as it got really humid when we showered.
The beds were really hard.
4.5
Exceptionally clean and spacious. Towels and personal soap given.
Not bunk beds so rooms were not overcrowded. Room to leave personal items and individual side tables.
Comfortable mattress and thick duvet with an extra blanket.
Soap and hand towels in all shared bathrooms- not often the case in hostels!
Large bins with lids- again, bins were never full of tissue or their contents visible like in many hostels.
modern furnishing and bathroom design.
Powerful and hot shower.
Really happy with the experience.
Staff were helpful and polite and responded immediately to questions.
Information given about what tours are available.
Next steps - floor towel/ mat in bathroom.
More hooks to hang towels in bedrooms and bathroom.
On road so can be noisy with traffic but did stay over a bank holiday so may be busier than usual.
Organise activities to help get people in the hostel together- there's a communal area but didn't see people there.
WiFi isn't great- doesn't reach downstairs dorm.

Friendliest staff who went out of their way to be helpful
Lovely private room - so spacious and comfortable. great bathroom with hot water.
Super location
Although its a hostel, it felt more like a hotel. as a solo traveller it was hard to meet people within the hostel

lovely staff & accommodation
just reviewed down as whilst breakfast was included it was with a voucher to go to another hotel a few blocks away. I’d have preferred to not pay for breakfast if this was the case.

Very good location & helpful reception.

The hostel was super calm (which I liked), the bed was great, the room was clean, the location perfect and the staff was friendly too. I had a lovely stay and even booked one night more because I liked it so much. The Breakfast was at another place but good too: juice, coffee, fruit, eggs with toast and arepa.

Location was really good! Also liked the breakfast (it’s in another hotel close by)
Room was next to a street, it was really loud from 5.30 am! wasn’t able to sleep well

Central location
very noisy, not very warm welcome, breakfast on a different location. The room smells a bit.

Booked the place for a group of 14 and everybody loved it. The hotel is located in the heart of Salento which is perfect, the host will do anything to make you feel home, rooms are clean and beds comfortable. It's an older building but this is the case for everything in Salento, so be aware of it. It has an extra charm!

You can see hummingbirds at the reception.
It’s a bit cold.

Friendly Staff, Clean room and sheets, tasty breakfast
Our room was quite noisy since it was right next to the reception. The ceiling of the old (and charming) house is not isolated so the steps of the room upstairs were actually very loud.
Breakfast is not in the hostel itself, you will have to walk 5min to another hotel.
Because of the rain bad smell came out of the sink.

Really nice place. Clean and the rooms were a nice size with a comfy bed. The shower was nice and they had hot water. Location was really good. The breakfast was served at the hotel you had to go somewhere else which I didn't really understand.

For this money there are much better options in the city.

It was really nice to stay in this establishment. The staff from day to night is really appreciable. The localisation is amazing, really few minutes walking to go to important places in town. and the hostel is really cute. Thanks for everything, but...
But... No big big deal, just, I didn't appreciate the fact that in my reservation it was written on Booking.com that I would have a kitchen included, but obviously: there is no kitchen in the room. The establishment should make a correction about this information on Booking.com. More: the isolation is really bad, so they need to put rules or something about the noise at some hours because it's really annoying at night if you want to rest (some people speak really, really, loud). The breakfast is included but you need to go in another restaurant to have it. That's not a big problem, just when it's raining a loooot early in the morning haha

Clean room, comfy beds, nice staff, in the city center, close to restaurants.
Staff doesn't speak english, but are willing to help you. Rooms are very noisy in the early morning (6am) because of cars, etc
