A noise from bathroom is loud

The room was really nice. The patio was great, to sit outside was nice and very quiet ! The black out curtains made it very dark and the room was a very comfortable size. Loved having the mini fridge . And the staff was very nice ! I enjoyed my stay ot was very quiet.
I was disappointed that the bathtub drain was broken , although the shower worked well . But I really wanted a bath. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner maybe a 9 out of 10 and the outdoor porch had a bit of a dirty floor . But in general the room was very clean .

Lovely place to stay in the centre of Jerusalem, very comfortable rooms and facilities.
We were offered paid parking but you don't necessarily need to pay for parking at the weekend as there is parking in the street.

The hotel "Stay Kook" is well located. You are basically in the center of Jerusalem and the Old Town as well as the market are in walking distance. The size of our room was perfect for two people. We also had a couch and two armchairs in our room which made the atmosphere very comfortable.

Great location, clean.
Instead of room that I have ordered through Booking.com I was given cheapest room with horrible smell ,very bad noise isolation and have been charged the price for more expensive room. I consider it as a fraudulent activity and will dismiss charges since it was such a bad experiences.

The staff is great, gentle and young.
They are very kind and helpful for any request.
The position is awesome, with few steps you are in the old city or in the middle of the downtown triangle.
I did not like the lightness of the room, too poor.
Also the stains on the walls and the curtains, and the dust on the furniture do not help to feel comfy and clean.
The shower unfortunately wets the floor of the toilet, but I have to say everyday it is cleaned by the staff.
The bed linen were clean but much more appreciated if whiter and less dusty.
Nothing really bad, just few refinements for a better stay and worth price.

There was a volunteer there who was helpful when no staff were available. He was lovely.
The room was like a capsule. No space either side of the bed.
A long hair in the bed under the pillow.

The hotel is well located. It is accessible to downtown within a few minutes and you can find restaurants and shopping area. It is near old town, too. The room is spacious, clean and modern. The bed is really comfortable.I like the TV with Netflix and YouTube. Not every hotel is equipped with these functions. The staffs there, especially manager Fadi, are all nice and willing to help. They are detail minded and friendly. Once you have problem, they can tackle it immediately. Fadi is especially thoughtful.
You have to get the password prior arrival. I have clear instructions how to get to the hotel but without password. As I arrive earlier on the first day without notifying the staff, I cannot get in the entrance. However, manager Fadi came and solved the problem eventually. So I extend two nights in the hotel, too. On top, no cup is provided for brushing teeth and no paper cup. However, they settle it shortly once I raise out the issue. Not a big problem at all. I will recommend the hotel to my friends if they wanna visit Jerusalem. Overall i am satisfied with the hotel and it is value for money.

The room was spacious and tidy, and it had included a good coffee machine in the room.
The staff and the registration process were very unprofessional. firstly, we’ve tried to check out from our room at 10:15 am and there were no staff at the reception. We called a number that was prevalent on the reception door, and a lady on the phone asked us to send an SMS with our details. Secondly, we’ve asked to do our check in from their website, namely, uploading scans of our identification details, we’ve refused.
