Amazing views. Gabys was an amazing host, taking extra efforts to make sure we were comfortable
The instructions for the arrival were tricky, regarding the road conditions and distances.

Very cozy Place in the middle of the nature 3min walk to a beautiful beach. The Food was amazing and the owner + personnel were super nice and helpful. We took beach walks with their dogs and went to turtle beach from there. Snorkling and fishing is also possible but could Not go due to weather. So quiet and relaxing makes it feel like beeing away from everything.

The location was pretty special, the pool was lovely and the bed comfortable.
To be honest, having seen a punctuation of 9.4 I was expecting more attention to details. There were not spare toilet rolls, no shower soap, no filters for the coffee machine ( we were given some when we asked for them), no trash bin in the kitchenette. 2 out of the 3 outside lights were out and even when we pointed that out they were never replaced. In our room there was only a window that could be open and we needed to use pliers to do so. The Wifi was pretty weak and even though generally we would not miss it, our son needed to do some school work at the computer and could only do it by using my husband’s phone hotspot.

The room was comfortable, fresh, clean, big and had a nice view.
The building is well maintained and pool area has a beautiful view to the ocean and sunset.
They are pet friendly so that is a big plus. The road to get there is OK, considering that was raining every night, but definetly SUV is the best option for that last 3 kms.
Location is really nice. Really a good place to disconnect and relax.
Menu sounded as good idea, but was dissapointing, we tried 4 dishes and were too basic for the price.
We wanted to surf in Morrillo Beach, but the main road was challenging for our SUV 4WD because of the rain the night before, so we had to get back to the hotel and ask the staff if there was another way to get to that beach to surf. They recommended an internal route by foot and made it sound like a really feasible thing, so we trusted. Unfortunatelly they did not mention how challenging it was. After 20 min walking down the muddy road it turned really risky, and impossible to carry our surf board, cooler and dog through the jungle with 30 degrees. At some point I fell hard, hit my back on the ground and my shoes broke. I felt afraid of the whole situation and so frustrated. We had to go back up the hill as we could , and get back to the hotel again. Sadly we lost a lot o time and energy. I think they as locals should have known better how to guide their guest, for sure they are not familiar with that road.
Also, I paid my reservation there at the hotel, and I just noticed that they charged me a higher price than Booking. My reservation in Booking was around 10 UDS cheaper per night.

Incredible remote location, spacious, stylish building, excellent food, nice pool, close to beach, lots of quiet spaces to relax and enjoy magnificent views.
The access road (though the listing does warn it is rough). No hot water in shower

Incredible Location in a fairly remote area.

- Location: fantastically situated on a cape overlooking the Pacific Ocean, next to a pristine jungle beach just for yourself and 3 km to the surf spot at Playa Morillo. The property is reached on a 3 km long private gravel road, doable with a normal car if you drive slowly and on the side of the road.
- Property and rooms: a beautiful pool, huge rooms with a private touch
- The owner Gaby is a delight. Always smiling, preparing food. Incredible that she carved this property out of the jungle when she arrived in 2006.

Very friendly owner, great rooms, quiet. Access to deserted beach.
The catering was ok, but could be even better (more modern choice of dishes, we were there at a busy time and kitchen could not keep up well so wait was sometimes a bit long). A few comfortable chairs on the terrace would be a nice addition.

We spent one week in this hidden gem. The location is absolutly magical. Private beach, amazing view, rooms clean and tidy. Gaby, her team and the two lovely dogs do an awesome job! Perfect spot for a calm and relaxed vacation. We recommend a SUV or 4 x 4 for the last kilometers. We will be back for sure!

The staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean, it has a beach nearby and a beautiful view.
The final part of the road is a bit tough if you don’t have a 4x4. But if you have an adequate car for the road, then I would say it’s worth it!

The location offers a stunning view of the pacific ocean with access to a secluded beach next to a rainforest. The owner and staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The presentation of meals and the selection of meals were outstanding, given how remote this location is. The fact that this location is remote is why its beaches are so natural...a quality that is becoming hard to find these days.
The roads...but it's not a problem with an SUV, remember this location is remote.

The location on the hill, amazing view of the ocean, private beach, being able to walk to un island during low tide, and best of all… We were able to BBQ outside
Very remote, needs Landscapping work in order to appreciate the view much more…

The hotel has probably one of the best location on the Pacific side of Panama! Only a few meter walk from a beautiful wild beach, the pool has an amazing view.. The food was awesome, the room was great.. one of my best stays in Panamá definitely!

5 minutes walk (downhill, way back uphill) to pristine beaches. Nice location, quiet and remote, even though hard to reach. Nice staff trying to make you comfortable. Good (although pricey) local cuisine.
Because of a thunderstorm electricity went out for approx. 7 hours (from 5pm to midnight). The hotel had neither generator, nor gas lamps - only small candles. Basically, the whole evening was spoilt: nothing really to do in the darkness while raining outside.
Overall, I found it expensive for what the hotel actually offers.
It is not a piece of cake to get there: 2 to 2 and 1/2 hours from Santiago, with 20-30km easy gravel and last 3km nearly offroad.

Secluded in Torio, Punta Duarte Garden Inn is a delightful hotel with lovely accommodations perfect for a quiet and relaxing getaway. The pool has a gorgeous vista to the sea and also there's a trail that leads to a beautiful private beach. Service was top-notch, Gaby and Guido made us feel like home and the food was delicious.

Great location, sunsets unbelievable, gaby and guido great hostess, the best dish "Atun" don't forget to ask.
Around the hotel you can visit little towns like Mata Oscura, Quebroand Arenas.
If you like to drive to Cerro Hoya national park you need a guide to walk.
have to leave the last day. :-(

Excellent staff, service and facilities. The food was good as well! Ample room and bathroom. The biosecurity measures stemming from COVID were first class, since they go through a thorough protocol. The private beach access is only 100 meters. They have recycling bins on premise, which is fantastic! This is an ideal place to come, disconnect and relax
There was a cat, which we didn’t know about and since we’re both allergic, it was an issue. Also the last leg of the road towards the hotel is rather rocky, so a 4x4 is needed whenever it rains
