A great place to enjoy with your friends

We loved everything. There was privacy. Everything was clean and well equipped. 3-4 people can comfortably stay at this place and enjoy their heart. Everything is very close to the location and that's a great advantage. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Goa.

Apartment originally is very comfortable and has everything needed.

Now everything is very weared and maintenanced badly, especially considering 5* hotel price ($1500 per week, while everybody around rents for $250/month).

A perfect place for vacation

The facilities present in the apartment made our stay comfortable, the apartment is lovated in a gated community and so safety and security is well taken care of, special mention of the host and the caretaker who ensure that the visitors dont face any issue.

Location is a bit far from main beaches(road) so the roads were a bit empty at night, a bit of nit picking that one of the room’s fan’s regulators was not working so repairing that would make visitors stay more comfortable.

it was a hassle free property with a smooth checkin and daily house cleaning services provided on demand. Thanks to Jerry and DJ for ensuring a great stay. the property is at a quite location but yet not too far from all the prime locations to party. the house is big and the wifi is great compared to all other places in North Goa. definitely coming back!

stunning ! I will be back for sure !

it’s like a 5 star self catering resort , it’s quiet. every room has its own balcony and it’s 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms . the kitchen is even equipped with a washing machine . all furniture inside the unit is beautiful and comfortable . modern lifts give easy access with only 4 apartments per floor . beautiful clean pool , gym and clubhouse area

The place is good and spacious so it is better for couples, groups and family.

Peaceful environment, spacious room which lets you enjoy the other part of the Goa. Either a group of friends or couples, the place is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Thanks to Jerry and Dhanraj 😊 for helping us in early check in and making us feel at home despite being away from home.

Nothing, till our stay. However, if you are considering partying at Baga and Calangute then you have to take a drive of about nearly half an hour.

Nice service apartment with all the basic amenities, a pool and budget friendly

The staffs and the managers are very friendly. They ensured a comfortable stay. They have even extended my check out by few hours as my return flight was in the evening. They kept on checking if I had any issue and the stay was comfortable. A nice service apartment with all basic facilities like refrigerator, aquaguard, microwave oven, gas oven, washing machine.

The internet was not steady. Some of the utensils are old with limited quantity. Only two forks and three glasses were there.

Service and rooms were exceptional. Dhanraj bhaiya was very generous and had a nice nature. He was very helpful. Thank you for having us in.

The TV digicard was causing a little problem and the wifi issued for 1 day only but overall the owner and the staff was nice

Best Family Apartment in Goa

The property look way better than we see in the photos... 1. Jerry and other care takers.. exceptional 2. Cleanliness... exceptional 3.Facilities Kitchen : Equipped with refrigrator,owen,gas,and all needed utensils Pool : Purified everyday and clean... Rooms : Spacoius and comfy with 2 bathrooms Living and Balcony: Splendid 4. All together we missed apartment more than goa, 15 Min drive to all major locations, best in class facilities...

I like everything about the apartment.... Only suggesstion pool tile need to be repaved...
