Convenient location and comfortable room.

I am biased. I was unexpectedly upgraded to a suite. It was just the surprise I needed after a busy day. It was a really nice, clean, comfortable room with a little bit of a view of the gondola. The robe, slippers, and bathroom products were appreciated. The breakfast was good and served early enough to accommodate an early flight. The hotel is a short walk to the metro and bus / train station. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It is a pricier hotel than I usually go to but worth the deal in the end.

4 star hotel. Close to big shopping centre and restaurants. 5 min walk from Oriente train/metro station (10 min to airport- 20 min to historic town centre) Friendly staff.

On the bed, under the sheet there was something like a plastic matras protector. Terrible! It was really uncomfortable and sweaty. In the middle of the night I got up and removed the matras protector. After that, I slept well.

Hotel agradável, no entanto não faz juz à qualidade-preço!

Gostei do pequeno-almoço, no entanto poderia ter mais variedade. Nada a dizer do quarto, super amplo e confortável.

Os funcionários não são muito simpáticos, visto que o hotel é de qualidade, os RH deixam um bocado a desejar.

Convenient to Airport and Comfortable

Hotel is far from city center, but close to the airport. No free shuttle, but it is a 10 minute drive. The hotel is located in the new part of the city near the new harbor, shopping Vasco da Gama, aquarium and cable cars. Metro is also a 5 minute walk, so still convenient, but away from the old city center and tourist area. We had an early flight, so location was very good and the hotel is super comfortable. Also nice that breakfast starts early. Positive points: parking within the building free breakfast with good selection and early start room was comfortable and spacious restaurants, shops and attractions nearby minibar in the room

Negative points: far from city center sofa bed was ok for a 5 year old, but would not be comfortable for a grown up front desk staff could have been nicer

Room facilities were great. Location was in the main area. Breakfast was excellent and tasty. Bed was comfortable. staff was very kind.

The deluxe room is not very deluxe in evenings, if has not enough light. People need more light, brighter light, I switch light on but it is so little makes mo difference

Excellent option. Close to the airport and beside oriente station

The hotel is excelent! The room is very clean and confortable. The breakfest is amazing. The cost-benefit is really good. Would come back on this hotel for sure.

A nice place to stay!

The location is good. The breakfast was really good with different options. The staff members are friendly and willing to help

The room cleaning in my first day was not totally good, you could see dust and feel it in your feet (if you love to walk barefoot)

Great service, a bit pricey.

Service was excellent, very good breakfast. Rooms were a good size, very clean.

Beds are a bit too hard. Rates are a bit high. Been here 3 or 4 times over the past years. Bathrooms are starting to look tired.

my standard place to stay when I am in Lisbon

I got a free upgrade this time and the stay was great as always, I love the bar and the bartender who is very attentive. the selection of drinks doesn’t match a professional bar but for me it’s good enough as my favorites are always there. bed is comfortable - all you can ask for at a reasonable price. the furniture is a bit dated, yes but to me that doesn’t matter at all. the mattress is good, that’s what counts! highly recommended
