It was a pleasant stay

The location and service of reception, the assistance of getting extra towels when needed and the service of room being cleaned was great

The noise was terrible as you could hear through the walls and it felt like there was a party happening next door to our room so very noisy

Good stay would defo stay again

Roof top bar was very cool and food in the down stairs bar is great

Rooms feel a bit cramped and can't chrome cast to the tv

Good location, really average rooms and expect a lot of noise.

It did the trick but rooms are incredibly small, pretty dated. Expect noise from bar next door till round 10pm Location is the only reason we booked I don’t think I’d want to stay there unless I needed to be really close to the city. Husband nearly hit his head on something hanging from the ceiling in the hallway. When we rang reception he said oh that happens all the time! When I looked closely later most were hanging on my double sided tape 😐

Nice Comfortable Hotel Close To City Centre

I have stayed at this hotel before so returning tells you how I found it first time. Rooms are well serviced and have all the required utilities. Hotel situated close to City Centre and Harbour. Plenty of nice Cafes and Bars in the area. Highly Recommend

Loved It (and its rooftop!)!

Loved the hotel! The location, clean room/bathroom, lovely rooftop bar and convenient restaurant (1st floor) and - friendly staff!

Good enough. Great Location

The room had all the basics, and it was small but cosy. The rooftop bar was an unexpected bonus. Really enjoyed it. The location was just perfect. Nice view.

The room was quite small and so was the bathroom - tiny shower. The bed was ok but it could've been more comfortable.

Great location, needs a bit more soundproofing.

Great location & friendly staff

Very noisy, every time someone on our floor shut their door the whole room would shake like there was an earthquake, and when the rooms around opened or close their door our door would shudder like someone was trying to open it.

Amazing Staff

The guy on reception (sorry we didn't get your name) was absolutely amazing. We arrived early he checked out bags into the store room and got the paperwork and keys sorted so when we were able to check into our room we were ready to go. He gave us a recommendation for dinner - Lulu's and it was phenomenal

There was some rubbish from the previous guests underneath our bed, which we didn't realise until we lost an earrings and had a look

Bonne emplacement à Wellington

L'emplacement au centre de Wellington est très bien et son accès depuis la route principale qui amène à la capitale très facile. Il est aussi très facile de rejoindre le ferry depuis cet hôtel. Le parking de l’hôtel est petit mais très pratique. Nous avons pu prendre un excellent petit déjeuner au bar-café en dessous de l'hôtel.

Nous avions un chambre sur la rue et donc très bruyante ... d'ailleurs la direction de l'hôtel doit connaitre le problème car ils fournissent des bouchons d'oreilles!!!

Great location for short stay, but would prefer larger room for longer stay

It is an ok place for a quick stay however over priced and not very clean.

i like that the bed was comfortable and it was a great location.

A room was super small and only place to sit was on the bed. The walls were dirty beside the beds, there was mould on the window sills. There was also mould and grim in the shower that could of been removed. Very over priced for a small room.

the stay was pretty relaxing and managed to get it dont by then x

place was great. nice to be close to everything. and it’s really good there’s no bond too!

only fault we found to have was that walls were thin you could even hear people’s conversations from the next room over.

This is a great central city option.

Good proximity to the city centre and eateries. There is an excellent voucher system - if you choose to opt out of daily room services you get vouchers to spend in the adjacent restaurant/bar. It's an inspired idea and would be a reason I would come back to this accommodation.

The bed wasn't 100% comfy; and the 'opening window' only opened a few inches and the view was onto a very grubby roof area and block wall : (

Great value for a great location.

Warm, friendly welcome from the staff. The room was fresh and clean, view of a pretty church from our window. Comfortable bed. Bar fridge. Location is wonderful - easy walking distance from Cuba St and all its amazing restaurants. There is a roof bar and a restaurant attached to the hotel. Parking was available

Parking is underneath the hotel - difficult to manouvre. Everything else was great.

overall it was a good place to stay for a short time.

property was located well for my little family. Close to restaurants and small Little supermarkets. staff were helpful and friendly.

Rooms were small and there is no air conditioning in rooms. Although the rooms are cleaned daily, a dirty sock was found under the bed.

The room was nice and clean and was prepared each day. I was happy.

No coffee ect and the bathrooom was in poor condition. The windows in one of the rooms i stayed in wouldn’t open. FYI i stayed in multiple rooms.

The staff were very helpful, restaurant was great, rooms were clean and tidy.

The traffic noise was a bit much for us but the room does come with earplugs, we definitely utilized them after the first night.
