Sehr authentisch
Zimmer sehr klein

Lage ist spitze! Nur 3 ACTV-Stationen vom P. San Marco entfernt! Obwohl nicht im Zentrum trotzdem so nah! Einerseits in Venedig, andererseits Strandurlaub.

We enjoyed the atmosphere, breakfast, kindness and location very much!

all sorts of character and personal touches! the execution by the staff was perfection!
the lack of elevator made the staff work incredibly hard as they insisted on taking the luggage up to our room!

Breakfast was great lots of choices
4.7
The host and his wife were attentive to all our needs. They went above and beyond!
The room was very small. We couldn't walk around the bed. I'm guessing we reserved the last room and as a result the smallest.

Free breakfast was great. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Cleaning staff even folded our clothes. Location was excellent too. I Highly recommend this hotel, especially for families who want clean, quiet and rather spacious rooms.
Maybe add a few softer pillows (very minor)
4.7
Very kind staff. The hotel was clean. The hotel is located close to water tram station.

Personal was exelent and Mr.Marco Simonetto was superb manager, he exceeded my expectations.
Hotel is very nice with very good location.
Lido is excelent place and my spouse and myself enjoy it very much. During our two previous visits we stayed in some other similar hotels at Lido , but Villa dela Palme is the best one. We like Venecia very much and every year we are visiting this wonderfull city . I am sure that during every our next visit ( maybe even in September) we will stay at Villa delle Palme again.
the standard rooms are very small and not satisfying. Customers MUST BE informed about that, not to be surprised when they arrive. It is not worth money you pay. We changed standard room for superior one.The superior rooms are quite OK.

Breakfast and stay open longer!!

Lido was a great island away from the bustle of Venices busier islands and the hotel was a quiet sanctuary, tidy and really comfortable with friendly staff.
No applicable.

Great location! Recently renovated, perfectly clean, breakfast is expected continental. Highly recommended to buy daily tickets for local transportation (vaporetto) first time take a boat or ferry to Lido, in a case you go to central Venice or other islands in the laguna every day, so not to buy one way tickets.

The room was a little small, but everything else was great. The breakfast was a little to sweet for our liking, but delicious anyway. 😊 All recommendations for stay at Lido 😊

everything, from the start.. till the departure

Lovely building, not at its best in the Winter
Room, especially shower, quite small due to nature of building

A charming hotel located very close to the Vaparetto stop and the main street with shops, bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful, the showers hot and the rooms decorated in typical venetian splendour. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location near Lido vaporettto station !
Very quiet and clean hotel, nice breakfast .
A hundred years old beatiful villa. Highly recommended.

I liked the breakfast, location and stuff.
The floor in the bathroom was very cold. This was very uncomfortable.

The Hotel was perfectly situated for our love of the Lido, a short stroll to the beach, also very handy for access to the attractions of the City and Islands. Although our room was rather small and compact we had a lovely bonus…a large balcony with table and chairs! a fabulous place to chill out. We ventured to the very top of the Villa, wow what a view, amazing.
Adequate continental breakfast, rooms very clean, staff very friendly and helpful.
The shower was very small. Perhaps a kettle/tea coffee making facilities would be nice.

Francesca and Marco were both warm and delightful, helping us in a most gracious manner. We also enjoyed our large room on the 3rd floor. Breakfast was always satisfying: a real variety of continental favorites, salty and sweet, plus blood orange and other juices and cappuccino, croissants, hard-boiled eggs, etc. (Note: it is not a hot breakfast. But in the cold (aka continental) breakfast department, we were able to find and recombine enjoyable ingredients each day.)
Two flights of stairs to get to our room with our bags and no elevator, but luckily Francesca, the innkeeper, is very strong and was more than eager to help.

Excellent

Very helpful and kind persons at the reception, very nice and clean house, parking space available w/o charge, just a short way to the sea and city centre.
The breakfast buffet was too small for the amount of guests; once the initial dishes were eaten up, the filling up was poor.

Location near to waterbus n pretty good price n area
air condition working not so good
4.7
the garden is nice
the room was ultra small. the bed hard as a plank

Lovely to be able to eat breakfast in their lovely garden and enjoy the glorious weather. The hotel is also in a very convenient location for the Water Bus terminal, yet is on a lovely quiet street. The hotel also had a really lovely rooftop terrace where you could take a bottle of wine and watch the sun go down over Venice.
Nothing - we loved it.
