Good value hotel in a convenient location.

Room was clean and everything worked (the TV had a good choice of channels). Staff were obliging and the reception desk was always manned, Bus route to Hanley (No 4) passed the front door. Wetherspoons within 5 mins walk.

Room temperature could only be regulated by opening the window which might be an issue in summer - the room overlooked a busy road. Lighting not really adequate for reading.

No plug sockets near my bed, In this day & age a lot of people charge their phone near their bed sadly i was unable to do this.

We came here to the Borough march 2022. Was a lovely break so I decided to book again for a well deserved break again. Was not disappointed

Good value for money.

Simple, had everything you needed and the bed was comfortable. Loved that the town centre was a 5 minute walk.

The television was temperamental and kept switching itself off and updating.

Local to everything Bed lovely and comfortable.

On arrival staff very pushy to order breakfast also pushing for us to eat in the restaurant that night and buy drinks. Every time we walked past the reception we was asked. Didn't like the pushing of the staff member to eat in there . Shower was lovely and hot but had to bend down to have a shower and shower head at it highest

nothing wrong with the property just a bit dated but for the price we had the room for it was perfectly fine! it wouldn’t stop me from going back and didn’t effect our stay in the slightest.

Perfectly located budget hotel.

Clean and tidy. Friendly staff and perfect location for our requirements. Bar and restaurant on site and ample parking. Warm rooms, hot showers and clean comfortable beds. All our needs were met.

The hotel is a little dated and basic, but this is fairly reflected in the price and doesn't not detract from it's comfort or welcome.

Good value stop for Manchester airport

well situated for Man airport , very pleasant staff , very nice bar with excellent food , good sized breakfast , set me up for the day .

Really poor quality hotel which did not remotely look like the photos advertised on booking.com. Cleanliness was poor with dirt on the windowsills, hairs and dust in the bath, and a carpet that looked like it hadn't been cleaned since it was laid. The noise in the room was unbearable - I might as well have pitched a tent at the side of the road. Staff were strangely overly bothered about which table we sat at for breakfast, despite just one other group of people being in the room with us.

Exceptional

It was a fantastic and very friendly and there always there 24 hours to help I'll definitely be back and i recommend to anyone that needs a place to stay for holiday or emergency due to the hospital my husband in hospital and I stayed here and its only a few mins away from the hospital I'll be back at the weekend 10/10 from me thank you to the staff and everyone that works here you do such a fantastic job 😊
