Mould in bathroom also ion communal kitchen & possibly on render on outside wall
No spoon or cups. The person in next room was using the landing as a shoe storage area.
The person did not want to know about the mould & wanted me to cancel staying on a bank holiday weekend. With health issues I would have preferred to not to stay at all. The property could do with some maintenance.

There was only one house key for all apartments, unfortunately this was not always available and I had to look for another place to sleep for one night.
Unfortunately there was also mold in the bathroom.
Problems are ignored and there is no goodwill.

Room 3
The room was cold the widows seal was letting in a cold draft. Thery is no chair in the room. I found a slug on the floor next to the fridge their mould in the bathroom and by the entrance to the room in the kitchen. Constant banging doors as other tenants enter the kitchen. Noise from tenants using the kitchen and the smell of food.

What did i like about the property? Nothing.
The place was noisy, the bed was uncomfortable. We didnt have the basic essential things such as a bin in our room, toilet brush, even a tv would have been nice.
Would not recommend.

I did not got the door code/door key, for four nights I was taking all my stuff out and bring it back when I need to use room for night. When booking the room was different to the room I got, which was not great for me, not happy with the service that I got, lots of issue, basically it's a HMO building.
