I’ve stayed here a few times now, very clean and modern house on a quiet street.

This home was very well styled, comfortable, and clean. We stayed for a total of 2 weeks and had no issues whatsoever. Staff were extremely accommodating and flexible. Big shout out to Sushi and Gail who answered all our questions and for checking in. Only a short walk from Asda supermarket as well! Would 1000% stay again!
Nothing to fault.

Oxford House was a perfect little property to host our contractors, its in a quiet location, with free on-street parking. The house is well equipped and nicely decorated. The lads feel at home here, we will rebook in the future

The house was nice and clean and spacious as well.
May be air freshener in the house.

Good value & everything available that was needed for the stay. Small issue at start of rent well-handled by staff.
Nothing worth mentioning

This is a lovely little house, with one single bedroom and two doubles, but also has a sofa bed, which we did not need. Great dining space in the living area, which is open plan. Tidy decked area at the rear
Might benefit from some outdoor furniture in the summer, but we did not want this during our stay

There was enough beds/bedding for all the guests.
There were UMPTEEN issues including damp in the living room and kitchen (which caused friend to use inhaler), insufficient pans, dirty crockery, no plug for kitchen sink, scalding hot water, kick boards off on kitchen, the water tasted funny (ended buying several large bottles water for drinking/brews) not enough chairs for eating at the table, further from Alton Towers than the advert lead us to believe. The keys to access the property are in pavement level and was extremely difficult to access.
ALL issues were raised with the management team who's response was "but overall are you happy". I gave several opportunities for the management to come back to me with a response to how this could be resolved as I was wanting some form of partial refund due to the issues, however, they stopped responding to text messages. Very poor behaviour.

The property was near family so ideal, that was the purpose for the stay, visiting ...
The bedding was nice and clean, kitchen well equipped and served the purpose ...
The carpets had seen better days and the parking was horrendous..... so bad 🙁

Clean and comfortable beds. Plenty of room. House was clean and presentable. Good tv
Slight smell of damp
Overflow on sink not connected 😂
1 tea towel (could do with 2 or 3).
Kitchen extractor didn't seem to work.
No sparker on the hob. Had to buy a lighter from the shop.
Mainly minor stuff except for the damp smell

It was 30 minutes from Alton towers which was handy. And the beds were very comfortable. Street parking was always available right outside and we had 2 cars so that was great!
Could do with some more pillows as they were very thin and also another small sofa in the front room as it is a family house with 3 bedrooms so with 3 children and 3 adults one wasn’t enough. Also a tv in a bedroom would of been handy with more hangers to hang things. There are drawers under the beds which we didn’t realise. Also a bigger saucepan as a family meal had to be split between 4. Other than those minor upgrades that could be done it was a great stay!
