Excellent value for money

The hotel is located on a busy street with lots of local street life. There is a small supermarket, a convenience store and a bakery within easy walking distance. All the staff were polite and really friendly. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The A/C looked fairly new and worked well. There is a pleasant patio area on the roof where you often get a nice cooling breeze. Its about 30,000 dong by Grab bike to the city centre. Overall, it's good value for money. You'll struggle to get a cheaper A/C room in Ho Chi Minh City.

Unfortunately, the room doesn't have any soundproofing. There's a lot of traffic noise. You can also hear noise from the surrounding rooms if they are occupied.

Highly recommend

The rooms are nice and clean, have everything you need during the stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The owner of the hotel treated me with fruits and gave a lot of advices about staying in Vietnam.

Excellent

Like staying at home I chose this hotel because I saw many good reviews of it by expats. I quite like it because its architecture looks modern. There are lots of plants and trees as well as swing chairs. Only here can you experience such an interesting atmosphere. My room is quite comfortable. Hotel staffs are very nice and polite. The location is very good because there are many steet foods stools near the hotel. It is also close to Vietnamese traditional medicine museum.

Very good

Friendly helpful and relaxed staff,owner. Great food and coffee right outside and lots of breezy roofspace with metal swing chairs. Ask for whatever you need and they'll try to accommodate. We got helped with a scooter hire, a dentist recommended, Sim cards, all spot on advice with best prices and service. All round, nice genuine people to deal with.

Central location and super friendly and staff

everything we needed was provided. everything was easy to reach from here and the staff helped us to rent scooters for a lower price than what we would have paid had we rented them ourselves. They also took care of our luggage after the checkout until we went to the airport late in the evening. nothing to complain about! Best value for the price.. we will come back :)

the property location was exceptionally convenient around the city. the staff was very nice, helpful and friendly in accommodating what I needed. It has hot water continuously so that was a plus. The room was clean with air conditioner and has water electric heater.

It’d be nice if the room has a microwave to warm up the food when needed.

Good, great, awesome

I like the location and it is not a fancy place. We had a balcony and were able to watch street life. I have stayed here before and will stay again. Not in the tourist area just mainly locals.

overall good; not the best but worth the money

the staff were wonderful! I can highly recommend it because it is worth the money , it was clean.

the walls are very thin and therefore you couldn’t get much sleep. woke up 7 am because other guests were talking outside

A nice quaint place to stay

The friendly and ever helpful staff and owner. Felt like you were home with a hall bedroom and bathroom the size of a bedroom.

The staff helps you carry baggage but a lift would be a boon. It's a little off the centre but they arrange transport for you

Wonderful

The first thing I have noticed is that the hotel is designed by a very good architect. The room was nicely laid out and clean. Very friendly staffs and managers. It is quite close to the city center. The street where the hotel is located is full of street foods and restaurants. I really dig the “Bung thit nug”. 5 stars overall!

Awkward place to be

Good location and decent size room

Owner and their family are living there. It's a bit awkward to see them using the kitchen in the middle of the hallway and forbid anyone to use these facilities.

Nice location but feel like you have a strict mom to report to at night

Mr. Receptionist is polite and thoughtful. We came a bit early and the room was not ready, so he lent us his scooter. The location is great.

Ms. Receptionist at night shift is not so nice. We went out for the whole day and came back at night, so we didn’t request room tidying and ended up without clean towels. I was in the bathroom with my daughter, calling her to ask for 2 towels but she asked a lot as if I was her bad kids before giving me two. Very annoying actually.

Affordable Price with Nice Staff

Great location, friendly and supportive staff, reasonable price.

The property is not so good. They have everything like electric kettle, microwave, bath tub… but they are all too old, stained or broken to use.
