Estancia muy agradable

El tamaño de la habitación su distribución y la vista. La comida del restaurante es bastante buena. El ama de llaves muy amable, atenta y dispuesta a solucionar todo. El conserje de noche muy amable me imprimió dos hojas urgente

La limpieza de los vidrios pues se ven manchas de grasa. Limpié con papel y salió NEGRO! Recomiendo cambiar o lavar la alfombra pues además de vieja se ve y se siente sucia. Es hora de cambiarla o de darle una muy buena lavada. Una noche pedí un poco más de arroz y una papa para una trucha y me dijeron que me las servían pero con RECARGO! Por supuesto dije NO pues era muy poco

HOTEL PRESIDENTE...A LOVELY PLACE TO STAY

The staff were super friendly.I want to mention Rosario and Vanessa at reception and Jeremy,Santos,Jorje,Erickson and Juan-both of them-in the dining room.Breakfast was excellent and the room was clean,comfortable and serviced daily....Sleep quality was perfect.

I liked everything about this hotel.

A comfortable stay, overall

Spacious and comfortable. Good breakfast.

We found the room a little too warm and would have appreciated an air conditioner. We opened the window but then had noise.

The room was clean, comfortable and modern. Lovely breakfast and room service. Staff were helpful and friendly. A nice slice of luxury.

Some of the facilities are a bit outdated such as the pool.

Definitely the best in La Paz

The room was wonderful, very big, with great view to the upper part of the city. Staff was very helpful and polite. Hotel location is great, 2 minutes walk from plaza San Francisco, 3 minutes walk from plaza Murillo. They also gave me the room at 8am, which was very important after a long flight. They also open the breakfast buffer very early in the morning (4am), which is very important for guests who have to go on a trip or have an early flight.

However, breakfast was poor. No vegetables, no cheese (unless you specifically ask for it), you cannot cut the bread yourself, you have to ask the waiter to do it for you (maybe because of the Covid19 which has long ago passed from all the world except for Bolivia). Also they charged me 7bs for a glass of milk for preparing coffee in my room, unheard of!

Location to have a walk in the city center. Pool was nice, but felt like we were in the 1990’s ;). Nice reception staff and airport transfer organization.

Really poor sound insulation of the room, from the other room (the 2 communication doors between the two rooms weren’t close!), and from the city (could hear the cars all night long). The breakfast was cheap for a so say 5 stars hotel, pancakes were dry, we didn’t have a lot of choices, no on demand service to have a fresh cooked breakfast. The fitness facilities were poor, no well described on the website. Even if the pool was nice. Our stay was disappointing, we stayed to other 4 stars hotels in La Paz, and there were much better, for a cheaper price. We had expected a better experience booking a 5 stars for this price…

Great location, clean & comfy room, very comfortable beds & great staff!

Great location, clean & comfy room, very comfortable beds! I was in the upper room and the view of La Paz was great! Good kitchen staff! Very good room cleaning crews! Thank you to Rosario for her help for calling La Paz Golf Course and coordinating, arranging for my tour guide - she was very helpful. But I also like to say thank you to two front desk staff members (ladies work in morning shift) who were also very helpful!

Not a good experience!

The room didn't have A/C and it was very hot, I requested to change room and their solution was to open the window. That didn't help with the hot room and the noise outside made it impossible to sleep (This made not be a problem during cold weather). Also the mattress was very old, bad and not comfortable at all.

okay for 1-2 nights, but not for longer stays.

Rooms are nice and spacious. Central Location.

The wifi is terrible. If you’re on a business trip, I’d recommend you to stay somewhere else. Instant coffee in a 5* hotel is somewhat awkward. Airport Pick-up didn’t work, receptionist didn’t care and didn’t mean to apologize.

The peronel is exeptional, very good service and they allways want to help if you need something. The breakfast is really good and with a good varierity. The cleaning of the room was also very good☺️

This is an old hotel and it shows. The staff were always very friendly and helpful though.

The location makes the hotel almost impossible to reach by vehicle during rush hours. Internet was spotty. Noisy rooms

Nice hotel in city center with pool

Very nice staff. My room and the view (the 2nd one - better than the first one)

There was so pump next to my room banging all 5 min several times.

Central with good breakfast, but never a 5*

Breakfast is really nice, even in Covid times, location is very good. Staff are friendly and helpful.

WiFi was bad (dropped out and one needed to sign back in alll the time), staff at reception were a bit slow but friendly. Facilities wer e not usable due to Covid (which is ok). It feels like a 5* hotel that has seen its best times some time ago.
