The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to all our questions. There was also a booklet with all the information you needed for the apartment, like WiFi code, washing machine instructions etc. The apartment was well equipped and near the cable car.

Excellent host, very helpful and patient with our ever changing plans. The apartment is exactly like the pictures. Clean and comfortable and excellent host. Roxana the cleaner has the place sparkling. Netflix on the TV and heaters to keep you warm.

Very nice neighborhood, close to everything including the “teleferico”. Mr. Juan is a great and helpful host.

The apartment was great, good location, clean and good security. Juan the host was amazing and went above and beyond to help us. Juan and his Aunt even ensured we had a taxi at 1 30 in the morning, magnificent service, highly reccommend this place to stay, great and prompt communication, would definitely stay here again.
Could use a heater with a fan as it was quite cold and only had a small oil heater.

It was a lovely, large apartment, full of everything you needed. It was particularly useful for us as we needed to get a lot of clothes washing done, and it was easy to do so, and there was a large space to dry the clothes too.
There was a TV with Netflix, and while the internet was super fast, it was fast enough to do day to day usage and watch movies and TV in the down time in the evening.
Hard to fault the property, the location meant there was a bit of walk to the central areas we wanted to see, but this is really a minor point.
