Great location

Walking distance to many sopocachi with many cafes and restaurants. The location is convenient to visit different areas. Miraflores, city center and zona sur. The teleférico is just steps away from the hotel. Very clean room and attentive staff, good breakfast.

Mi estadía en stannum bolivia

excelentes instalaciones, muy buena atención, cómodo y sobre todo la vista a las montañas desde la habitación, todo un espectáculo. lo recomiendo!

al ingresar debe haber una orientación o mapa de sitio para ir exacto en los ascensores.

Best Hotel in La Paz 5-Star

The location was best in the city, attached to a new Mall and cinema. The staff is amazing as is the on-site restaurant and bar. 5-Star Staff and accommodations

Une nuit sur les hauteurs de Sopocachi

La chambre était confortable, le personnel sympathique.

La box petit déjeuner à emporter était assez basique. Le service de navette pour l’aéroport a 25 dollars est trop cher.

Bon emplacement mais rapport qualité prix mauvais

L’emplacement dans Sopocachi, la vue sur la montagne et la ville, le confort du lit.

Le supplément pour la vue montagne n’est pas justifié de notre point de vue. Notre chambre était communicante avec celle d’a côté, séparée uniquement par une porte fermée, d’une isolation phonique médiocre. Nous entendions donc nos voisins comme s’ils étaient dans notre chambre, impossible de dormir.

We could not be happier with location, comfort, staffing, cleanliness, and breakfast.

Loved it. Perfect location next to a Teleférico station that takes you right to city centre. Staff were awesome, and thanks Carla for getting us the perfect room. She took extra time to do so. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve had at a hotel. We could have spent a week here.

My o my issue is they need better technology for the key cards. They are way too sensitive to deactivate, and far too often we couldn’t get into our rooms.

Not very satisfied with the toilet and no help for mobility impaired people

The reception refused a change the room as my wife could not get up from the toilet due to her mobility issue..but the staff were not bothered to help

Sehr gutes Paket

Das Hotel ist in einem Shoppingcenter in den Etagen 5 und 12 untergebracht. In der 5 Etage war ich mit dem Zimmer nicht ganz zufrieden, dass wurde jedoch anstandslos getauscht. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, dass Essen gut. Das Hotel Liegt neben einer Teleferico Station, an der Reception bekam ich eine Freifahrkarte für alle Linien. Der Transport zum Flughafen war kostenlos.

Great value for money hotel. The condition of the facilities and rooms is very good as is the service.

Ate at the restaurant twice. Food was served cold, and I found hair in my food too.

Hôtel moderne situé dans quartier agréable. Personnel aux petits soins notamment dans la salle de petit déjeuner qui est excellent avec beaucoup de choix. N’hésitez pas à casser la tirelire en demandant une chambre au 12 ieme étage CÔTÉ MONTAGNE.

My Preferred Hotel for La Paz

Central area of La Paz making it easy to travel north or south with a 'Mi Teleferico' station close by. Staff are excellent with accommodating the Later arrival/departure flights that are common for international flights to La Paz. Top suggestions on tour companies and things to do in the local area. Staff are quick on hand for any Altitude related illness and have been excellent overall. Rooms are a good size and have both A/C heating for the variable Andean Weather. Black out blinds are brilliant for recovering the flight in. Nice personal touches at start/end of visits.

depending on time of visit on how busy the hotel is effects the quality of the breakfast spread. Preferential to order from menu than have the buffet. Found that tours did not like to pick up from the outside of hotel and ask for a pickup near the roundabout up the hill. If you're not particularly fit its not the most ideal location for walking to restaurants nearby as majority of them are up hill. Access to gym is included though its with the adjoined mall requiring taking lift to ground floor and across into it. Use of lifts in the morning can be congested at times as hotel is on floors 5 and 12.

Great place to stay in La Paz

Very nice hotel with beautiful views of the city. The kind staff was very attentive. Great service. The restaurant and breakfast were good. Carla at the front desk connected me with a local tour guide who handled my city tour and trip to Uyuni.

Fantastic hotel, amazing views.

Everything was perfect! This hotel exceeded my expectations. The view from my room was simply amazing. The staff was really helpful, the room very comfortable, clean and quiet, the food was delicious and the location was perfect for my needs. I recommend staying at this hotel.

Great base point for La Paz travel and work

Great central location to La Paz, just outside the historic centre and not to far from a telefirco (Gondala network) station. The Tera restaurant has some great food and has always been easy to check in/out for the late/early flights that leave in and out of La Paz Knowledge staff of the La Paz area and overall high quality stay for the city.

The Lifts can be a pain as the hotel is split between the 12th and 5th floor of the Mall complex. Which sometimes can be quite busy making it difficult going to ground level or to breakfast at level 5.

Nice staff but we felt a exploited fue to extra charges and fees

Staff was very communicative through whatsapp! They were very attentive! The room was clean.

Checkin at 2 o‘clock but for 45$ one could book esrly checkin… Never heard of anything like this. But since we arrived at 7 am in la paz we had no chance but to oay 50% more than out original booking for esrly checkin( we were tited as hell) Even though the room was already clean. Same for late checkout. We got quite sick due to the altitude & asked if the room was free & if we could stay in a bit longer (our flight left at 2am) We had to pay 50$ & were allowed to stay until 7pm . after the room was still empty and we had to wait in lobby (very sick) for another 5h. If you book a taxi through them its normally 90 bob (uber is 40-50bob) but if you pay it with ur eoom they charge you 140 bob ….
